It was ok. Gentleman at the door helping direct people was super nice. I really liked him. Everyone else was not very personable. Didnt show up with much ammo because they told me on the phone that they had ammo. Turns out it was only for members which I guess I kinda get but heads up would have been nice. My wife had never been to an indoor range, and once inside did not feel comfortable. I fired 25 rounds and we left. Explained to the guy at the counter. That she never shot. Still got charged for 2 people on our lane. I kinda get it but still a little unexpected. Wont go back

Friendly and knowledgeable employees. Not a very extensive gun shop but can get some basics and popular models. More emphasis on the range and restaurant experience. Very helpful and understanding on the range when I tried a type of firearm that was new to me. Thanks!

Great place to be. The staff is great to talk to and really knowledgeable. Spike with Tyler today and was very informative and treated me with respect. I come here once a week and will definitely continue to do so with the attitude here. 😎

State of the art range, great staff, I had a great experience.

This would be a good place for new shooters to go shoot for the first time. The staff is helpful and friendly. They have a well-trained team of range officers that are both friendly and watchful. If I had one suggestion to the owners, it would be to add a two-person membership package, or allow a member to bring a guest at no additional charge. That would make Gun Club 82 perfect. They’re still good enough for 5 stars though.

We were there today and I was a bit nervous to shoot for the first time. An employee, Thomas, came by and gave me a few tips and before I knew it I was completely comfortable and able to shoot pretty well. I almost didn’t shoot today but with his help I finally worked up the nerve. Thank you Thomas for all your help! The place is clean, decent prices and the staff is awesome. I look forward to coming back.

My favorite gun range. They have the best pistol rental policy in the valley. I suggest they put the pistol policy and gun list on their website, might bring in more customers. The employees here seem pretty chill. I recommend giving these guys a chance as most of the negative reviews are petty.

Been there twice now, signed up for membership this weekend - absolutely excellent place. They have great staff when I have been there (Saturday mornings), both customer service and knowledge of what they are selling. Range officers are attentive but also educate and help. They have 2 sides separated by pistol and rifle so that a poor .22 shooter doesnt get positioned next to someone firing a louder rifle. Range is brand new and very nice, the best part is probably the AC and width of the stalls - both are great - and they have a bench in the range! My previous range has 0 seating within the range area so thats a nice change. Looking forward to sending thousands of rounds down range. Have not been to the restaurant yet, may update if I ever decide to stop by

Cool place to rent and shoot guns

This place was pretty good. A little pricier than where we usually go. Cool that they have a restaurant next door.

Good prices, but filled with a bunch of rude anti-maskers. We’re in a pandemic guys, get with the program. Or at least learn a thing or two about decent customer service.

This place is GREAT! When I first started going there were some minor things that were off putting, but in the last few months everything has been awesome. I go at least 2 times a week and I always try to bring someone new to try it out. Everyone always talks about how nice the staff is and how great the lanes are. All of the Range guys are very nice and helpful and the management team of Stefan, Ethan, and Thomas are all great guys!!I eat out often and the restaurant has great food and reasonably priced drinks. I’ve never had anyone that has joined me say anything but positive comments about the food, the service, or the experience and I’ve brought at least 20 people in so far.If you have a real issue, ask for one of the managers, they are all reasonable guys.

I recently purchased a Gun through their huge online store at a good competitive price and picked it up at their Phoenix office. My order came within 8 business days, fast and friendly service. Highly Recommend them, and cant wait till the store opens in SanTan Village in Gilbert!

The wait time is good for the range and prices are average. They lost my business today however. I purchased a red dot sight and when I got it home decided I would stick with magnified optics. When I returned it, virtually unopened (did not install the battery or anything) they told me the store policy is no returns, not even store credit, not with or without the receipt.There is no sign posted stating that or I would not have purchased here. I have returned optics at other stores with no problem. I wont be back.

This place is hands down the best range in the valley and Ive been a member of Caswells, C2 Tactical, and Scottsdale Gun Club. Sure SGC is a little ritzier Im not blind, but the people and especially the range safety officers are waaay nicer at GC82 so especially if youre a new shooter this is the place to go.Claudia and all of the staff are always nice and customer service oriented, and remember you by name. I recently moved to Surprise temporarily and still make the trip out there when I want to throw some lead down range. Ammo prices are reasonable given the environment were in, and theyre always willing to talk with you and make sure your needs are being met.

This is an ok place to fire few rounds off, however keep in mind that at 84$ for 50 rounds an a hour to use lane becomes rather expensive.

Great experience, very nice staff, safe range. Super nice facility, on the tech side it’s really cool. Digital waivers kept on file is nice. Bar staff was super friendly, enjoyed the chicken wings.

Awful customer service, I bought a drum from them, asked the girl working if it was .223 because they had it in the glass case. She told me yes. I said I will take it, she grabbed it rang it up bagged it. I get it home and its a .308. I call them they say sorry bring it back in, show up the young kid manager said well I cant take it back. Dont waste your time or money, they don’t have the smartest people working there. The kid manager was rude about it. Said that you must have used this, sorry man I don’t have a .308. If you want great customer service go to True Shot in Tempe!

They had a soft open on 3/4/20. We just happened to walk by and it looked open so we stopped in. The staff was incredibly helpful especially with my wife and I who are not experienced gun owners by any stretch of the imagination. One of the instructors took his time to go out to the range with us and show us everything we needed to get going. Really enjoyed out time there and will be back.

Super nice place. Waived my initiation fee for being a veteran. Staff is extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. Being and novice with the AR-15, the ranger was very helpful with suggestions that significantly improved the handling of the weapon.

Disappointed, the place looks 1/2 way unpacked and what they have is in shambles. The range itself was nice but there inventory was dismal, and there rental case could be condensed into 1 case with room to spare. The bar/restaurant was also in about the same state. These no effort in settings up a appealing area, again these 1/2 unfinished work you can clearly see around the place and they just pile supplies on open area that looks like a Chinese hole in the wall place. The food was just cheap, no effort outside of opening a prepacked ingredients and heating them up.

Gun range is nice. They need to be better prepared to handle people in line, but overall they are good. Range was super nice.Do not go into the restaurant. The staff is a mess.And we all got sick after eating there

There are reasons the building is empty. Literally was turned off when informed the five of us could only have two lanes, had to share them, and they charge per person not per lane. Thats 15.00 each sharing lanes. We were there as it opened at 11amThey made it clear they did not want seniors there

Gun Club 82 is up and running. Very satisfied with my three experiences so far. Staff is very friendly (which is unexpected compare to other competitors) and the food is excellent. The range has many cool features for beginners and experts. Great addition to the Gilbert community!

Beautiful location. I had a private lesson, the lesson was very professional and he made me feel confident and comfortable with my gun. I plan on going again very soon.

I would probably get a membership if the range was members only special hours throughout the week. Expecting more NDs than the average range since it seems more like an attraction than a regular range. The place is a neat concept though and maybe will evolve into something that will pull me away from my current range.

Is this place going to open? I believe it was originally scheduled for early 2019 this year and still is not open. I have left voicemail messages and submitted contact requests through the website and never received any response...concerning that a project could be this far along and have no infrastructure. Really hoping this has not failed before it opened.

This gun range is awesome! The staff are super friendly, they have wider lanes so you don’t feel crammed in there, and the AC works better than the rest of the places I’ve been to.

No rush in this world like pulling the trigger of the M60. Had a blast. Best range I have ever been to.i will be back and I will plan my entire day there to shoot eat drink a few beers and tell lies about how good I shoot.

Big building, very small gun shop....mostly range and a high end restaurant. I think I own more guns and ammo then they have in stock.

Clean and professional environment with friendly, helpful people. Bring all your own equipment and ammunition, you arent require to buy anything from them.

Excellent facility...Management top notch and very willing to go above and beyond to create a great experience. Given the reviews, I was apprehensive to check them out however, I walked away very impressed, and with a membership.

I have had great interactions with their staff the two times I’ve reached out with pre-opening questions. I am very excited that we will finally have a range that offers such a variety of firearm training courses. For now my review is simply off interactions with staff, I’ll update this once they open.They did an interview on TV and discussed how they use your ID/Info so their system if a customer gets a drink, they’re Flagged so they can’t go shooting afterwards . Since shooting and buying a drink both require ID, I doubt there will be issues. Should help ease concerns too.

Take yourselves off of google and pull your site down until you open. Put up an opening soon site so people dont think that there is a range conveniently located near them. Everything online makes it look like you are open for business. Lost my business before you ever opened ha.
