Very poor customer service. I went there to pick up my firearm. I had transfered and they acted like it wasnt there, even though UPS had sent me a conformation email saying it was delivered. The gentleman that helped me had the personality of soggy bread and a drunken stupor

Good selection of guns and accessories as well as a helpful and friendly staff. Best of all NO insane wait LINES like at some other store and general outdoor outfitters. You won’t be disappointed here. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is they haven’t back up with me on some requests after I put my name in their system however it’s possible they never got the products in especially in this crazy environment. Overall one of the best gun stores around and great customer service as well as knowledgeable staff makes up for not having everything at the moment you want it.

Definitely would not buy anything here again. They do not stand behind the products they sell. I purchased a Leupold Delta point pro about a week ago. I finally got to shoot and it and it broke in less than 100 rounds. The shop wont exchange it or help at all. Told to go through Leopold. Any of the other shops I go to would have exchanged for me in such a short period of time. I will never shop here again. I only go to shops that stand behind the products they sell and understand good customer service.

Been in several times.. nice gun shop but zero customer service.. 3 guys behind the counter. Only one was hoping a customer. No one acknowledged me or asked to help me.. This has been my experience evertime I go in..No idea why I went back today.. I wanted to buy a optic that they had instock but I will wait and get it elsewhere.

Cost me 40$ and 15 minutes of my time walking around the store to figure out theyre poor.Prices are 15-40$ above MSRP on everything in store.Bring your equipment into the store to ensure fitting, no returns.Clerks excuse was something about credit cards when I am a cash only person. If the business is too poor to give back 40$ just say so. I let them keep the product I was trying to return and the money since they need both.

Came in today to pick up an ffl transfer, was met with a non eye contact hello, I responded and proceeded to tell him how he can help me. The ice cream in his hand was more important than the customer in front of his face, most likely because it wasnt a sale. He was in the middle of a transfer and asked me to hold tight so I looked around. A younger gentleman with an ice cream lol asked me what the name was under for the item I had shipped there he then headed to the back, the first guy then asks me, when it arrived, i told him earlier in the day more than a few hours ago, while eating his delicious treat he then informed that they ask for 24 hours to get it checked into their system, I told him that is fine Ill see you tomorrow. The rating is for the customer service and etiquette, made me feel like I was more of a inconvenience or problem than a customer.

This store does not only have every gun that most other shops don’t carry, they have just about any accessories that you would need for it. Prior to purchasing these weapons from there classy store “The Vault” next door. I had made several calls to all nearby stores all recommending me to visit the Pistol Parlor. I can assure you that you won’t be disappointed.Con:Currently their phone is off the hook, making it difficult to verify particular items in the store.

First day I went they were all eager to help. Second time I went after my app was delayed they no longer had the gun I wanted. I ended buying a great gun however, was def charged over priced. Realized this after I bought it. Bought the same exact thing from a different shop and was way cheaper. I was over charged a couple hundred over. Went back a third and something was just off. The guys were not acting as kind as the first time. Gave me the impression that they got their quick sale and that’s it. Def won’t be coming back.

I had 1 phone conversation and about 2 mins exposure to these guys, in the store, and can tell you theyre 5000 percent better than most gun shops Ive been to. Super friendly and eager to help. Cheaper transfers than American guns and ammo. Tons of stuff in stock. Just a great shop. I highly recommend

Great shop. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. They carry a wide selection of guns and equipment, including reloading supplies. There arent many shops that stock a wide selection of Geissele, Radian, ADM and other high end products. In my experience they have also been the first local shops to have hard to find brand new pistols such as the CZ P10F optics ready model and CZ P10S.

Prices are best Ive found so far. People are friendly for the most part. Some days they can be busy and I feel kida rushed. Other than that I had an overall good purchase experience. I purchased a Springfield XDs 3.3 9mm (FDE).

I have been a regular customer of the pistol parlor, and have been able to find the guns that I’m looking for most of the time, however lately the customer service has been absolutely terrible. I go in to ask a few questions and I’m treated like the biggest inconvenience in the world and am usually met with short answers and eye rolls. While I have liked my past purchases, I don’t plan on buying from them anymore dude to their rudeness and being generally annoyed with me. There are other gun stores that have better selections and treat regular customers better. I’ll stick with those.

I purchased a roll pin so I could repair gas block a while back for less than $1. Today I came in looking for a hogue grip, they had what I needed for a great price and installed it for free. If you need to bring your fire arm in the store don’t forget to empty it and leave it in an enclosed case while walking in the store and also handing employees the firearm. That way it cannot appear that you are brandishing it from a holster or pocket. Thanks Pistol Parlor for your service

I’m a first time purchaser and I was impressed with my experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful, upon request! Their selection of firearms and accessories is really nice. I also witnessed their protocols and procedures as very responsible. Furthermore, I was wearing proper facial protection when I went in and felt perfectly safe and respected. Definitely better than I expected!

Don’t bother with this shop absolutely terrible customer service. Employees are unknowledgeable about most product they have and will try anything to avoid talking to you.

Amazing customer service. never felt rushed when asking questions. I was looking for a particular gun but never felt like they were trying to sell me something different but they did say based on the one I was looking at, I might consider a couple of other ones. They gave me an excellent deal. And I noticed they sold firearms previously owned by military or law enforcement. I really like this because Its more likely the firearm was taken care of properly.

Pistol parlour honestly has one of the best selections in terms of firearms and accessories than most gun shops I’ve been too. Prices are usually right at MSRP but I don’t blame them due to current situation and competition from online retailers.I’ve only been here three times but staff are always very polite and courteous and honest in their answers, if they don’t know then they tell you which is fine!

I have purchased several guns from this store previously. I purchased a gun recently which was jamming when fired. Took back person who sold it to me said would take to range and test it and call within two business days. Never called. When I called said hadnt gotten to it evertime I called either busy signal or no information after 4 weeks my son went in they said had sent to manufacturer for repair wouldnt give eta again weeks passed just kept saying not back wouldnt confirm when sent. When again mt son went to store said finally had come in. Per receipt they had it for five days but no call saying ready. . They could care less. When I went to pick it up wouldnt even come out and apologize. Hid in back. I understand sometimes repairs take time but zero communication or myself and family will take our business elsewhere.

Great selection to bad there is some extreme fudd style information. I watched and listened to a guy behind the counter talk a dad into buying his daughter a ruger Mark 4 target 22 for self defense. He said it was an assasins round and 22lr killed more Americans every year then any other bullet. The selection is great and prices are good, but take everything said with a grain of salt. Especially if your talking to the guy who wears a knife around his neck.

They automatically get a 5 stars because they had the rifle I wanted for a couple years ( Ruger precision rifle 338 Lapua mag). I do have to say that some guns and parts are marked up way more than what they should be but I did get this Rifle for sub $2000 when the MSRP is $2100, so I wont hold the price gouging against them. They also have a lot of parts and attachments for guns in stock all the time and feel like that means more than price. WONDERFUL gun store overall with many people behind the counter ready to help you. Seemed like there was probably 12 people in there on the Saturday I bought this rifle and I wasnt waiting for an hour to get help.

The staff is friendly, I haven’t experienced any negative issues like some reviewers claim to.I have walked into the shop many times for the 2 years I have lived here. I have always been treated well, I will say that they don’t really say “welcome in” when you come in. For me this isn’t a problem, but for some reviews it seems like people take it personal. They don’t require a mask, which is well within their right as a business. No gun shop that I have been in does, and this is something I love about our 2A community.I never felt like I wasn’t welcome. Even when I would walk in just to look and not buy anything, I never felt like I was expected to buy something. I have bought all my ammo from them, some NAR Gen 7 TQs are always in stock, I have only purchased 1 firearm from them. Every transaction has been just fine.

Pistol Parlour has been my go to shop for the past 3 years. They have a large inventory of firearms, accessories and a very knowledgeable staff to back it up. They always have the newest products and can order items for you should they not have it. Their pricing is very reasonable. Pistols, Rifles, Shotguns, Revolvers, Suppressors, Holsters, Reloading supplies, Knifes and lots of Ammo!. They have it all! I have brought family and friends in here and they have never disappointed! They can get pretty busy at times however they do a pretty good job to make sure everyone is taken care of. Great experience. Kelly was great. One of the younger guys didnt have much experience, but he was nice and he tried. It would have been better if he passed me onto an experienced guy right away.Once I got a different guy, Kelly, and it was a much better experience. I got a used smith and weston and it is perfect. It came with 2 different sized grips and that is great because I have small hands. They were so busy but I was patient. Its retail so its hard to be perfect for every customer, and I understand that. They were recommended by Allegiance Arms,, who has 4.8 stars on maps. Great experience. Thanks guys.

I came here with my dad to look at hand guns prior to reading their several reviews. I was surprised by the several negative reviews considering that I had a great experience.Prior to coming to this shop I had been to Sportsmans Warehouse and done a bunch of online reading to narrow down what I was looking for. I told them what I was thinking and asked them to show me some other hand guns that I should also consider.I went in with a TON of questions and they made sure to take time to answer me and show me several different guns. I also couldnt resist handling a few of their AR collection. I was impressed by their selection right when I walked through the door to say the least.I decided to stick with the revolver that I had planned on and they were happy to order it for me. Cant wait to go to the store again to pick it up and browse through what new stuff they may have behind the counter.As for the customer service, it was top notch and I ended up interacting with 4 different employees. This is a great little shop!

Ive been a couple of times now and love the place! All the staff Ive interacted are not only helpful but also engaged, knowledgeable, and really work to make you feel comfortable. If youre a first time firearm purchaser I highly recommend Pistol Parlour, there was no pressure at any point and it truly feels like they want to make sure you walk out with the right thing for you, not just what is convenient. They will absolutely have my repeat business.

My time as a regular customer of Pistol Parlour spans two decades. Without fail, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to spend whatever time is necessary to answer all my questions and show me products. The inventory is both broad and deep. Their pricing is competitive, and generally slightly on the low side compared to other local retailers. On one occasion, a firearm I purchased had a minor cosmetic flaw -- the fault of the manufacturer -- that did not affect function. Pistol Parlour gladly, at their own expense, packed and shipped it, and when it returned, made sure I was completely happy with the way the manufacturer made the correction. Over the years, whether I was there to make a purchase, or just looking, I cannot imagine how I could have had a more positive experience.

Boarded up windows for last several months. The only storefront like that. Absolutely not one of their employees wearing a mask as well as,the vast majority of customers.Got the feeling that most of them were pretty upset their man didn’t win the election and something just felt off in this store. I don’t know if it was a touch of paranoia or they were just angry people. Been here a few times before but I don’t think I’ll be going back. There’s plenty other places to shop. Just my observation.

Shop looked slow, but staffed well.. the kid behind the counter is more interested in his phone texting than he is making a sale.  I felt like a bother to them, no help as I browsed, I am an easy sale (heavy shooter/gun guy, money no object) this was the first u0026 LAST time I go here... I will go out of my way to avoid this place.

Ordered a gun from Staccato to be shipped here since they are a preferred dealer. Long story short never got an email or call and they just let the gun sit in the back for 20 days. Also they charged $35 for the transfer fee. That is insanely high especially for a transfer from a company youre a dealer for.

It’s just another gun store and the area is flooded with them. Prices are fair. Half the staff was happy and helpful with all my questions. The other half was rude and I have to mention a EMPLOYEE’S terrible muzzle discipline, I had multiple handguns pointed at my chest while at the counter looking at rifles. Left without making any purchases, headed straight for another shop. I will not return.

This place is the epitome of local gunshop stereo types. the staff didnt even notice when i walked in. the prices on all the guns and accessories were cheaper than dirt gouging level. when i finally decided to grab a sales member to inquire about a geissele rail the employee barely wanted to get off his chair to help me. when i saw the price on the rail i noticed it was 100$ over geiselles MSRP on their website. I had asked the lumpy sales guy if they could price match geiselles website since it was so over priced. I guess my mistake was telling the sales guy i had just ordered the same rail from sportsmans and was quoted 5 days for the shipping. I didnt feel like waiting so i gave pistol parlor a chance to make some money instead of the larger corporation. The sales guy sauntered into the back i could hear them laughing and talking. He then came out and said since these are so backordered and hard to get the price is firm. I immediately walked out knowing mine was already on the way for 100$ cheaper. Good luck sitting on a expensive high end rail for a 14.5 ar that most people dont want. I will never be back and i will never ever recommend anytime to that disorganized dumpster fire of a local gun shop! Makes sense this place is only 3 star rated!!

I always try and support local businesses. Ive purchased firearms here on a few occasions over the past 10 years or so. I sent an email on their website over the weekend and promptly received a reply regarding inventory. I walked in a couple days later and the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, even installed a new part on my new firearm. Pistol Parlour has that small town hospitality feel when you walk in, great assortment of firearms and great prices.

The place is great, the people below b!tching about boarded up windows and employees not wearing masks or broken guns (operator error) shouldn’t have guns anyways, They only bought because of COVID and have no idea, I don’t know what was washed more in 2020 brains or hands? Never had a problem with customer service. These people are the BEST at selling firearms, explaining equipment, and providing customer service. The negative reviews MUST be coming from competitors as I have NEVER been ignored nor have I EVER seen any employee sitting around reading a book or be rude to ANY customer. These people are an absolute pleasure to work with and were very helpful to both me and my wife in the purchases we have made.

I felt discriminated against as I walked in to the store as I am a black man. The only one in the store at the time. Sadly all the white people received excellent customer service and the clerks approached them first. Had to approach someone myself to get answers. I witnessed them laughing and having conversations but when I had questions they gave me short answers or wrong answers. I was actually helped by another customer in the end.

Ive been a regular at Pistol Parlout for a few years now and have always had great service. These guys have the best selection and get their hands on the good stuff. If you need something that they dont have, they will do whatever they can to get it for you. Great prices and a good selection of class 3 items. Its the best gun shop in AZ.

Update - 10-19-2019. This is now my go to gun shop. I have purchased many, many guns in the past 10 months. Selection is the best I have seen, always has the latest newest guns, staff is very knowledgeable and prices competitive. Do your self a favor and make this your next stop when looking to purchase a firearm.

The staff I talked with were all very helpful, the first time I walked in I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help with anything. I told them what I was looking for and he laid out all the options and gave pros and cons of each. They also have a very good inventory, they are the only shop in town that had the specific gun I was looking for, every other place couldnt even give me an estimated time when they would have the gun in stock. The owner was a little unsettling though, he came by when I was talking to the staff and just starred at me for like a minute without saying anything. But other than that, good experience.

Went to purchase a firearm and was clearly ignored for 20 minutes at least while standing at the counter waiting for assistance, other people walking in and out of the store were greeted kindly and instantly, when I finally got some attention to inquire about some firearms the employee very rude and spoke to me like I didn’t have money or knowledge of firearms. They missed a sale today and I will be taking my business elsewhere!!!!

These guys are awesome! They are always very polite and eager to help. A couple of the guys are really pretty funny too and are willing to just shoot the breeze with you for a few minutes (if theyre not busy of course). Ive purchased a 10/22 from them, several accessories for my AR-15, cleaning supplies, ammo, etc, and their prices are always competitive. Two of my buddies have purchased pistols from them and had the same great experience and found the pricing on their pistols to be great as well. Their new store on Gilbert Rd. is bigger and better laid out than their older location.Pistol Parlour makes the shopping experience a lot of fun. Ive been shopping here for several years now and will continue to do so in the future.

In these crazy times it is very hard to find a gun if you are looking for something specific. If I owned a gun store during this time it would be pretty much first come first serve. But these guys went above and beyond that. I called all around looking for a specific gun. I was over an hour away from this store. I called them and they had it!!! I asked if they would mind setting it aside for me as I was about 1 hour away. They said no problem! I had a great experience there and have already went back for more ammo. Thank you!

Good selection of firearms for such a small place. The prices are ok, but the sales staff can be hit or miss. Some guys are super nice and very knowledgable, and some are pretty green. if you know what you are looking for, its a quick in and out trip. if you are looking for your questions to be answered, make sure you talk to one of the old timers.

Terrible service the guy trolled me on his hunting knowledge of laws and funny when I called wild life and game they said he was waaaaaaay off in saying there is a length of barrel requirement to hunt. You sur should not advise anyone of anything till you learn your stuff ........ for a second he had me nervous i missed something in the new print out for this year . When you treat people like that before they even get 5 words out why would I buy anything from you . Ended up spending my money online with the manufacturer.

Not going to sing them on not having ammo, cause nobody does. Plenty AR15 magazines, but the prices of their guns are high. Been going to these guys since their old location, will still go out of loyalty, but nothing special anymore.

I have been going to Pistol Parlour for years and my experience has always been great! Great selection, knowledgeable staff, and good prices. Staff is always willing to answer questions and help out. They’d probably make a fake receipt if you needed it so your wife doesn’t find out how much you really spent on guns/gun stuff (maybe... never tried, but they are helpful people so it’s worth a try if you need hahaha).

I bought a gun that I was told was new in the box, however when I got home and checked it out closer it appeared to me as a used gun. Dirty like it had been used when I cleaned it and missing an accessory - was supposed to included two magazine butt plates. I’ll take a small amount of blame for that because I should’ve double-triple checked my box for everything being that all gun shops have a no return policy. However I’ve never experienced that with other gun shops I’ve bought from. This was first time I’d been there, only stopped in because it was next to another business I went to. Gun was same price as other shops so I figured what the hell. Most likely won’t shop there again.

I have been buying firearms from these guys and gal for awhile now and lost track of how many guns I have purchased but at least 10 firearms from rifles to handguns, ammunition, holsters etc... every purchase has been amazing, why? because these people know there firearms, they give me so much knowledge before and after the sell, thanks to Eddy which has been helping me lately I have purchased some top notch weapons and accessories all with the help of this very knowledgeable man, and I get help and cared for every time i walk into the store, thank you Eddy, Clyde and all the crew down there for always helping me when I walk through the doors. I was in the store last weekend and purchased a pistol. All went well but I have a question. The store was very busy on Saturday. Had to be about 15-20 people there and I was the only one with a mask on. There was absolutely no social distancing going on and your counter was crowded with people. No one, including the staff had a mask on. I was happy to get out of the storeNeed to ask management why you are not complying with the Governors and Health Dept guidelines for the Covid 19 and conducting business?No social distancing, no one wearing masks, and from what I saw no sanitation controls anywhere. What’s up with that? You guys are not bulletproof.Was in the store again yesterday (6/12). Myself and 1other fellow were the only ones in a very crowded store with a mask on. Observation tells me that the Pistol Parlour may be a breeding ground for the transmission of COVID 19. Be advised and enter at your own risks.

Being completely ignored is never fun. It is especially not fun when you are entering an establishment looking to make a purchase. I walked into this gun shop ready to purchase a new pistol. After being inside the shop for about 10 minutes without so much as a hello as Im looking at different firearms in and outside of the cases there was never an offer for assistance. People were greeted all around me over and over so I finally just left. I will not purchase my next firearm at this shop.

OH SO MANY REASONS! As a stout enthusiasts, veteran and 2A supporter, this place has everything you need for AR builds, reloading and stock buys. Plus one of the best used gun selections Ive seen in awhilr. Though some of the staff can come across as rude, they are all very knowledgeable and helpful. My only complaint would be that they need a larger store as their inventory is so great it tends to crowd you. Other than that, prices are competitive and inventory Is kept fresh.

Great experience for me. The vault next door has more hard to find guns than I could find anywhere else. The gentleman that helped me was exceptional. Also a badass setup. I picked up a Stacatto c2 and they had more than 1.

I love supporting a local business like these guys and encourage everyone to to the same when possible. It doesnt hurt that they tend to have a better selection and much better prices than the big box guys. Also, Ive always been treated well. It really turns me off when going to a gun counter and finding that I have to educate the sales associate about the firearm I am looking at. Ive have never experience this with Pistol Parlour.

We were renting skis at the shop nearby and stopped in here to check it out since Id never been. Walked in and wow, great selection of firearms and accessories for a local shop. Very impressive until the guy behind the counter asked me if he could help me with anything. I replied thank you but no, I was simply checking out the store since Id never been there. He gave me a dirty look and then ignored me. I proceeded around the counter and checked out the velocity trigger they had on display and was going to buy one but the guy at that section of the counter didnt acknowledge my existence. My moneys not good enough for them so Ill take it elsewhere. This is the place to go if you want to support a store that doesnt understand customer service. So much for supporting local businesses. Ended up ordering the trigger direct from the manufacturer.

This place is awesome! Id spend way more time here if my check was bigger. Fair prices on new guns, they have all kinds of tactical accessories and quirky little things for your firearm. The staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable, never had a problem.

I couldnt be any happier with my purchases although I didnt buy any guns from this place Pistol Parlor yet thats in the very near future. But I did make a few purchases for some of my previous guns I own. These guys are very knowledgeable u0026 down to earth people not to mention extremely helpful. I purchased a handgun here a few years back, and since then i havent gone anywhere else. The nicest staff, always so helpful and knowledgable. Ive been to this shop a few times pretty much to look before I buy someplace else. Their selection is great, but I can drive a mile away to Bear Mountain and they will order what I want for 50-80$ cheaper. This time they had a used pistol that I actually wanted to buy but will not buy it here. The customer service here is terrible. I was there 10 to 15 minutes just to get acknowledged. Everyone is just standing around gabbing. I wanted to sell/trade a pistol I had towards a used pistol they had. First guy I spoke with saw the pistol but said I would need to bring the box spar mags and everything else back and speak with the owner who couldnt talk to me now because hes at the front bsing with someone. I drive home get everything and come back and a 2nd clerk tells me the owner isnt interested without letting me talk to the owner. I wasnt selling some hunk of junk it was a like new pistol they have currently on the shelf. And not interested is fine, but I shouldnt have to make two trips to get that answer. Plus if you are under 50 they look at you like scum in this place. Im almost 40 and they are just so dismissive when I come in but the whole time the guys in the shop will ignore me to bs with white hairs that arent even there to buy. I have always disliked this place but this time was me last visit. Oh yeah, the guy behind the counter didnt know Jack all about guns. What he did say was wrong and getting him to say anything was like pulling teeth. I recommend bear mountain. The selection is less than half of what this place had but the guys that work there are cool and if they dont have it they will order it for you for way cheaper.

I had been shopping at the old locale for over 15yrs u0026 always found good deals, having spent several thousand dollars there during that time. The guys behind the counter are great u0026 the new store is so much nicer with room to actually move around u0026, it seems, their inventory has tripled. As to the complaints about the owner:I have had many conversations with the owner and his wife too, and they both have never been anything but very personable to me or anyone else, as far as Ive ever seen.

Cool place, employees are great they help alot, lots of inventory ...but there return policy sucks.

Have been a customer for over 16 years and always a pleasant experience. Have purchased numerous weapons some special ordered. They are always friendly and willing to assist you or show you anything. Great prices and selection. They have often gone above and beyond to get me the particular weapon or components that I want. Maryln and Logan are extremely effecient and friendly. I would and often have recommended them to many people. Great place to shop and buy all your shooting supplies and weapons.

Ive been to this shop a couple times over a ten year period and every time I went the experience was less than pleasant. Staff is consistently rude and unwelcoming. During the gun scares they have always tried to price gouge. Their prices are consistently higher than other shops and msrp even. I would not recommend wasting your time at this dealer go toarea 15 or American guns and ammo bette. At least they will give you service with a smile and youll find a much better deal.

Its kind of hit or miss, depending on who you deal with. But I will say that it the customer service has been going downhill the last few times that I have been in there. It was as if I was inconveniencing them by shopping around. And I have purchased 2 handguns from them (both good experiences 6 months and approx 2 years ago). I will say they have a great selection and the prices are competitive.

Went in ready to purchase a firearm. Apparently it was close to closing time and the man was not helpful, short with me and basically rude. I proceeded to ask if they had safety vest, he immediately labeled me as some type of criminal and told me that if I committed a crime with a bulletproof vest on did that I would get an extra 10 years on my sentence, that was his answer to my question. I come to find out this was not true and the other facts he had stated to me were completely false I am a clean-cut ex government worker thirty-four-year-old man I look anything but suspicious. My next trip into an Apache Junction gun store was a great experience I ended up buying a $500 nine millimeter and I am extremely happy.

Great place to shop! The amount of highly desirable and sought after firearms they have is pretty impressive and means they are following the industry closely. Knowledgable and friendly staff makes me keep coming back.

These guys are awesome. The best part in my opinion is their knowledge. They know what they are talking about when it comes to firearms and modifications. This place is great !! I have been to many small and large gun store and normally the staff ether ignore you or did not know much about the stuff they are selling. Not these guys they are very friendly and knowledgeable, and there prices are good to.They have a wide range of ammo, guns, and accessories. I would highly recommend this shop Eddie an John go above and beyond for the Customers. Not only have I gotten great service I have become great friends with Eddie and John. I have read the reviews by others and cannot say the same. I have purchased a Kimber, two Kimber conversion slides, holsters, suppressor, suppressor components, Glock parts and a Zev threaded barrel from the guys at Pistol Parlour. They always take their time and answer any and all questions I have. The prices here are always good on components, ammo, handguns, suppressors and knives with an awesome selection. I stopped in today on my way home as the store was about to close, they let me in and completed a transfer of a NFA item that went beyond the closing time and still asked if there was anything else I would like to look at before I left. The young guy I usually interact with is always outstanding and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend stopping in if you are in the market for any new firearms or components.

Extremely rude staff, was not knowledgeable, and has horrible customer service. The older lady that helped me was completely incompetent of firearms and did not clear any firearm I requested to view. Will not come back and certainly will not purchase from this horrible store. Glockmeister in mesa has more common sense than this firearms dealer. I would have a better experience purchasing from a convicted felon than I would this place.

Horrible experience here, which seems to be pretty common looking at the other reviews. Went in this last weekend and asked for some prices on different optics that they had on display. The associate closest to me initially ignored me... then rolled his eyes and walked away after responding with “I don’t know”. Seriously??? Plenty of other GOOD shops out there that care about customer service. I’ll go spend my money there instead. This place is close to my house but I’ll never be back. Check out AZ Guns in Chandler, you won’t regret it.

I have made several purchases from Pistol Parlor Ofer the years. Every time I go into the store the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to assist me. Pistol Parlor always has a large inventory and if I’m looking for a particular item not found in the store, they have no problem getting it for me. I’m grateful for the many years of business I’ve done with Pistol Parlor and have no doubt there will be many more years to come!

Terrible service, extremely rude and disrespectful to my wife.. had to put a fraud alert on my credit card because they apparently refunded me too much and made NO EFFORT to contact me to let me know (fraud)... The “Manager” Eduardo is a rude arrogant child, the owner is also an extremely rude lady. This was during the height of the covid-19 and my app was delayed and this POS implied I was a felon in front of the whole store. I was later approved. They made numerous legal mistakes and have terrible information when trying to accomplish anything that isn’t a straight sale... I would NOT recommend going there with all the other options around, having been to most of the surrounding stores and have always had great experiences with all of them. A private security guy saw me at another shop the next week that saw the whole thing and told me it was BS and that he took his business elsewhere because of it... almost $800 fraud.

I went on Glock Day, with so called huge discounts. $10 to $20 dollars off on newer. Customer service was average. They abused an advertisement tactic of promoting big savings, only to get to the door and to read a sign saying that it was on select (old) models. I wont look to this shop ever again.

Finally purchased a gun today. I cannot express how great my experience was with the staff especially Chris. I would recommend anyone shop with them best in town.

Treated my husband and me very unkindly when my husband made an honest mistake with the address on the application. I 100% understand there are rules but they made us feel like criminals in front of everyone that was there over an honest mistake. It wasn’t so much that they enforced what they felt they needed to, it was the way it was done, which was not kind. Very bad experience, I left the store crying.

The staff was exceptional and handled our complicated situation with grace. We are currently dealing with a mix up from Taurus manufacturing and although pistol parlor was merely a middle man between us and Taurus, they still took it upon themselves to ensure we were fully taken care of. Im so grateful for their patience in the matter and for their willingness to be of service in any way they could. Thank you pistol parlor staff! We will definitely return to this location!

So today I came into pistol parlor with cash in hand looking to buy the pre-owned Kimber k6s. However upon arriving I was informed that the price was set on the pre-owned guns and they would not budge one penny. Well, if they are set in their ways on their price and dont realize that its a used gun and its only worth what somebody is willing to spend for it then I guess Ill take my business elsewhere. You guys are under trained, lack common sense, insult your customers, generally are P.O.S, and have no idea how to deal with customer service! I will go over to Guns Etc like I have my previous guns and buy more.

Came in hoping to find a nice conceal carry pistol and was helped by staff right away. Told them what I wanted and they found me the perfect choice within ten minutes of walking in. If I ever need another firearm, this will be the place I look first. Highly recommend checking it out.

If you need an NFA trust to buy suppressors or any class III items - this place can do it for you for less than $100, which is amazing. Their selection is excellent and the people behind the counters are very nice. Their prices arent bad either.

Just went here. They were super nice. Good variety of pistols and long guns. They talked and answered all my questions. I looked at 8 different firearms they had no prob showing me. They even gave me a free soda. Schweeeet.

Pistol Parlour is my go to shop in the east valley. They carry anything from a basic Glock to your high end 1911/2011 brands like STI, Triarc, etc. they also have the best selection of high end AR’s in the east valley. Customer service is always on point and they are always super friendly and willing to answer any questions. Will be shopping there more often.
