I have called them several times in the past for various help with my AAA Account or travel. Each time the worker that handled my call or visit was very professional, friendly, and helpful. They have been very upbeat and knowledgeable. It is a pleasant atmosphere at all times.

Had a flat tire and had an amazing experience dealing with AAA. They towed my vehicle to the shop within 40 minutes and did a phenomenal job fixing my tire. Amazing customer service! We went there to get an International Drivers License and we were out of there within 15 minutes.

The staff at (AAA) is very friendly and knowledgeable about vehicle repairs, changing tires. They also have staff that can advise people if they plan to travel in the next few months.

The Philadelphia AAA car care centers refused to honor my warranty and service my truck with larger wheels due to COVID limitations, despite me getting the work done there in Dec 2019. However, Glenn was amazing. He remembered my vehicle from a year and a half ago when I lived in Baltimore. Tried to get Philly to do the work, but then just had me get the truck sent down there. He had me fixed up in 2 days and even let me know of an oil problem that the other guys didnt even notice. 10/10 would go there again.

So sad that a customer of 37 years is not entitled to any thing but a thank you.

Ithought i was getting a free oil, change but i guess i was wrong.but i dont think so.I fell just AAA wanted me to use there car care center.pretty sure car center does great work im giving 1 star to triple A.

They literally lied to me. I recently lost my job and I was trying to do my own oil change but they over tightened my oil filter for my 2014 Corolla the last time they did the oil change and it was impossible to get off. I called them to see if they could just remove my oil filter and Glen claimed he cant do that becuase all the oil would come out. That is a complete lie ! All they want is money. Will never take my cars there ever again!

I was quoted $1115.11 for a job that only cost me $300. I will give Glen kudos for professionalism on the phone, but the price was ridiculous! Just because I am female, doesnt mean I will fall for the ripoff! I only used them for the free battery and free diagnostic offered by AAA premium, which is well worth the price.

Love this place, I walked in and was able to get my oil changed in less than a half hour with no appointment !!! Ive been having my truck & car service here for years, and its always been 5-star service at the Glen Burnie shop location.

The worst costumer service ever! They give you hard time to cancel anything the you want to cancel and all are lies and lies. If you are going to make Business with them make sure you make an investigation first otherwise you are throwing your money in to the garbage agents don’t care about you! For 2 years I was throwing my money away just to realize everything we ask we didn’t have in to our policy

Disappointing! After a AAA roadside call to jump-start engine, drove to this facility. After 2 hours, was told they had fully charged battery. Had checked all systems and that battery, alternator and all charging systems were good. They said problem probably occurred from not driving at least 20 minutes (which I actually had) and from the cold snap over night. The next day I experienced the same failure. Engine started in the morning, but at the first stop, after shutting off the engine for 20 minutes, it would not turn over. AAA roadside service again jump-started engine. Drove again to this AAA facility in Glen Burnie, where I was told I would have to pay $122 for an hours diagnostic service. Instead, I went across the street to AutoZone, where they installed a new battery. Problem solved. Engine starts quickly and easily, despite even colder mornings and despite both short and long drives. AAA blew this relatively simple problem.

Got the best service yesterday! My car was making a weird thump noise during right turns which required some investigation. I requested photos of the parts that were suspected to need repair since I wasnt physically there to see for my self and they sent them along. They even showed me the parts inperson when I arrived to pickup the vehicle. The mechanic also offered to do a test drive w me to be sure the noise was gone and it was!! This was my first time using AAA for car repairs and it definitely wont be my last. My husband recently started taking his truck there & has been extremely pleased with their service which is why I gave them a chance :)

Repairs were done quickly and well. Price wasnt cheap but less expensive than other estimates.

I have been here several times since I have premium AAA. They did not fix the battery or nail in the tire. I went to Pep Boys. They also did not tag and title my car so I went to a tshirt place on Ritchie highway that did.

Great & professional service every time I go. Way overpriced for certain things. You mind as well go to your cars dealership instead of paying the prices they want to charge you. Definitely don’t let them be your first choice for major fixes on your car.

Went for insurance quote. Had to leave my name and phone #. Would get call back when person returned from lunch. That was 5 days ago. Still no call.

We had our tags and title taken care of here and it was definitely so much better than dealing with the mva! (Just call ahead and make an appointment just to make sure) well definitely be back for more of their services soon!

This AAA is very open and bright inside. Makes the atmosphere seem light. Knowledgeable staff and awesome driving educational team. - this driving ed is not “driving school for novice drivers”. If you need to take a course for driver improvement call AAA. They offer the best program.

The AAA operator talked me into towing my car here when the steering went out and was undriveable. Got an absolute ridiculous quote(2600 dollars) that included a new battery and tires and other issues that had nothing to do with the the steering. Came and got my car and took it to my regular mechanic and had it repaired for under 400 dollars. Thats 15% of the AAA quote. Save your money and find another place.

I went in to the local office to get some paperwork for international travel. The staff from start to finish was so nice and friendly. It was a pleasure dealing with Associate Lauren Singh. I highly recommend this branch.

We’ve gone here for over 2 years. They are always friendly and helpful. The waiting area is clean. They have some snacks and drinks available while you wait. There’s also a target within walking distance for longer services. Sometimes I think it’s over priced, but maybe that’s just a Maryland thing.

Was towed there due to my alternator (and subsequently battery) dying. They completed their evaluation and advised I needed the alternator replaced but also the drive belt and belt tensioner. Fine, I’ll trust your professional opinion. The problem is that when I went to check out, the bill was $500 more than the estimate, and it was because they tried to charge me for two different belt tensioners and associated labor!! AAA is supposed to be a reputable, trustworthy service provider! Very disappointed.

So far its taken them almost an hour to install two tires. Vehicle has been in the shop for a half hour or so.Thats with having an appointment. I understand things take time. But they dont seem to be super busy. So not sure what is taking so long?Otherwise the employees are friendly. The facility is clean with free coffee and water outside the waiting room. Target, Chick-fil-A and Bone Fish grill is within walking distance.

Third time back for same problem. They use refurbished parts that lasted less than a year.

Great experience here! I came for an international drivers permit, and Tori and Matthew had me in and out in about 20 minutes. This included filling out the forms, getting the passport photos taken and printed, and payment. Im very happy with their speed, professionalism, and the service they provided!

Very convenient me stop shop. No stress or issues. Wait times minimal and nil if booking an appointment. Staff go out of their way to be friendly. Beats going to the mva any day of the week.

Called and scheduled to have my truck picked up and taken to local shop in Glen Burnie and Jerry said they could not bleed the fuel system on my F350. funny is they did it last year and had record but he said they did not charge me for it. I had brake job done at same time then he said they did not charge me for it but they did get it running. they said the tech did it as a favor. I am lost as when I asked him if they changed fuel filters he said yes??? he said I needed to take it to the dealer for engine work. I tried to explain that I changed the fuel filter and had it air bound, my fault but he did not work on engines. This does not add up. guess they should stick to towing and not repairing.

This place is the worst !! They tried to rip me off! Telling me that my car had other issues besides a dead battery that I bought from them! Telling me I needed a engine dio on it and I didnt ! Telling me they put a new battery in and that it wouldnt start lied!! It started right up!! They completely tried to rip me off!! Bad Business dont take cars or anything there!! BE WARNED - DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!They are dishonest, take advantage of a situation and horrendously over-charge. Take time to read the customer rating about this place, they speak for themselves. At the advice of AAA and their tow-truck driver I had my Jeep towed to this location after breaking down in the city. After the tech performed what they described as a diagnostic I was quoted a price of $831.00 for an alternator which they reported as bad and a new battery, which they reported as having a bad cell. I called 3 different parts stores in the area and all came in around $205.00 for a rebuilt alternator, which is standard practice now days. Keeping in mind that when the old alternator is returned to the parts vendor a refund of approximately $55.00 is given. So the math here is realistically $139.00 for the alternator when all is said and done. This establishment quoted me a price of $318.00! Simple math would show $318.00 minus $139.00 equals $179.00 in their pockets. Which is obviously greater then a 100% profit.I had my Jeep towed back to my house at my expense of $100.00 because AAA considered this a non incident even though they recommended this location. I removed my battery and took it to another reputable mechanic to be tested. Test came back fine, no dead cell as previously reported by this place. At this point I believe zero of what they told me. When I confronted their front desk staff as to the alternator price discrepancy I was literally told they couldnt justify the pricing. What!! You cannot justify pricing that youre charging your customers or potential customers?!?!?But being the educated consumer that I am, I will be filling a formal complaint with the BBB and dissuading everyone potential victim I can of this so-called Customer Care Center. They have the faintest clue what customer service is or how to deliver it.

If I could give a Zero star review, I would. My girlfriend had her Explorer towed here after it broke down, and they could not wait to rip her off. First of all, the diagnosis was completely wrong. These scam artists claimed that there was a crack in the radiator, and that it would cost $900 to replace... in what world would this be true on a fully stock standard SUV. They also claimed it would cost $500 to replace the serpentine belt, again, this is an extreme inflation of cost that even a dealership wouldnt charge. The closest they came to reality was that they wanted about $300 to replace the throttle body. The truth of the matter is, that when a real shop looked at the Explorer it was discovered that the solenoid connecting to the throttle body had bare exposed wires, and the radiator cap was loose, so all together it was about $300. Never go to this AAA repair center.

Always have great service when we bring in over two vehicles. Ive been going here since it opened up. The auto Center is upfront with costs and gives you the right information to make decisions on auto repairs before doing the work.

Long wait time and overpriced. I had a 12pm appointment for a oil change and state inspection and I ended up being there till 4pm and the amount charged was overpriced. I arrived at 12pm for my appt, which I was told would take 1 1/2 hr over the phone. I waited till almost 2 pm when someone came out and said my car did not pass inspection and would need a $16 light bulb and windshield wipers $15/each. I asked how long since this was the first time I was called and I figured it must be ready by now. I was told another 30 minutes. I waited another 45 minutes & then I went to the desk to ask the status they said, oh the windshield wipers dont fit so we needed to go get other ones and I would need to wait longer. I was going to just leave but was told they would not be able to pass my car for inspection without them replaced. I could have easily done this myself at home, however it would mean having to drive back to AAA to get the passed inspection paper work. I felt like I was being taken advantage of and had no choice but to wait at this point. I then waited another 30 minutes at this point I am late to get my kids from day care. They finally are done and ring me up for me to find I am charged $107.25 for both my windshield wipers. I questioned this and was told it was the make of the car, I have replaced these several times on this car and have never paid more then $30 for both windshield wipers. In addition the inspection was $90 with a $11 discount, this is not a discount it is still over the cost at any regular inspection stations, just did my truck 2 months ago for $69 with no coupon. I paid the invoice and left feeling very frustrated and ripped off. In addition I ended up spending an additional $50 for late pick up fee with my kids daycare. Never would I think an inspection & oil charge could possibly take 4 hours. If you want to save your money and time do not go here.Edit from original-- spoke to the store manager who understood and apologized for the the issues I had. He rectified the situation and advised me of steps he was taking to ensure the situation would not happen in the future I appreciated the time he took.

I went to AAA since I am a AAA member. The customer service was good . They got my car up and running after less than 24 hours. The only issue that bothered me is if I would compare AAA to other mechanics they are 20%-30% more expensive. I went there thinking that my membership would give me more that a 12% discount.

Customer service is excellent and they take care of your car needs. I would recommend this place to everybody. Also, if you have any other travel needs, they have plenty of solutions for your needs.

Service department sucks came to pick up a vehicle out of the 3 service writers 1 can do anything for you the other 2 just say you have to talk to Gary. Took 26 minutes just to get any help while I waited for him to make 3 phone calls Instead of taking care of the person standing in front of him. I suggest they either train someone to do something other than say you have to wait on the slow ignorant guy at the end to wait on you in 20 minutes or just learn the definition of customer service.

Vehicle towed in last Sunday to replace clutch and power steering. Told it would be done Saturday by the latest. Called Saturday for an estimated finish time, was told it wouldnt be done until Tuesday. After arguing was told theyd call back at 4 if it was finished. Called at 4:10 and was told everything else was done but they needed to wait for a part for the power steering. When told to take it down and itd be taken elsewhere after the holiday the store manager, Glenn, proceeded to stall for time, then finally told us at 4:35 we had until 5 to get there. We got there at 4:45 and told by Glenn the clutch is working properly. Paid 1500, they locked the door behind us. Drove car out of lot to find that clutch was lose and speedometer had no been hooked back up. Went in today to have the car looked at and was told no techs were in on Sundays. Returned after finding two techs in the garage, store manager Tony proceeded to blame us for not checking to make sure there were no problems before we left! Corporate has been contacted for a resolution. Dont bring your car here. They dont care about quality of work, customer service, or customer safety.

Had the same issue as Scott Holoki. Had to get my alternator replaced and I was told that the battery needed to be replaced as well as a slew of other issues. When quoted for the alternator and battery it was $831 which is very overpriced for both items as well as the fact that my battery was only about 6-8months old. They seem to take advantage of the fact that a car breaks down to gauge you for your money. I can say I will likely never be coming back to AAA. And quite honestly I will tell other customers to stay away. Im all for reporting to the BBB.

I had my car towed there after it was broken into and they were very informative with the diagnosis and also understanding of my circumstances. It was during the extended cold weather period and Gary and the staff did a very good job being accommodating in one of their busiest times of the season.

Called here to get a quote on a transmission replace. Their price was almost double what the much more reputable shop down the street was charging. The person working said he would not budge on price so I budged myself down the street and gave someone else my business. With price gouging like that I highly doubt I am the only one that would have been over charged.

Worse place ever!!!! They seem to take advantage of people when they know you have no clue about auto repairs. I had an appt and while sitting in the waiting room, i was disgusted about how they target women in particular.... went there for an oil change and was called to tell me that my battery failed the test. My vehicle is only a year old.I told themi willlook into it. When i gotthe print off, my battery actually passed the test....i will never go back there again for anything.
