I contacted Steve to inquire about work on my car. He gave me one price and then went up within a matter of hours. All I asked him is how did the price change within the matter of hours. He got very nasty with me and raised his voice. He accused me of trying to argue with him, which couldnt be further from the truth. I was just trying to understand the sudden change in price. Anyway, he yelled at me and said that he dont even want the job.It was really unprofessional and it hurt my feelings. It makes me wonder if he wouldve talked to me the same way if I was a man asking the same question. We are in the middle of a pandemic and the fact that I questioned an increase in the price should not offend anyone to the point of yelling. All I can say is that Im glad that he showed me now, rather than later.
