Service was ok. Got a tune up and alignment done, i spoke to someone and told them i had my oil changed already so i didn’t need that and they said the price would go down a bit since i didn’t need it but i was still charged the same price, still alignment wasn’t anywhere near cheap and i found out midas did it for 20-30$ less than what i paid. I would like to know the parts being used in my car tho lol

This is more a note for me than anything else. But after hearing how a customer here was charged for fixing their car and it still doesnt work for the issue they came there for. That smells sheisty to me. Ive had my fair share of bad mechanics who have done this. Which is why i go to the dealer now. But if i do end up going to a mechanic Im not going to this one.

I am originally from New Jersey and moved to Maryland about 2 years ago. I bought a car in October 2012 and once I got it registered and on the road my battery light started flashing off and on.My alternator ended up having to be replaced. I figured o.k should be simple I got under the car and started attempting to get it out but the bolts seized up. I call All Tune in Pasadena and they said that they would be able to do the job for $285. I let them know I was going to attempt to get the alternator out and if I couldnt that night I would give them a call back. I worked on trying to get it out for 3 nights of P.B Blaster, a hammer, a chisel, a saw, and everything else you could think of. I realized that the only way it was going to come out was with some heat and personally I did not want to bring a torch to it myself and end up blowing the car up! I decided to try All Tune because of the good reviews and their website said that they have competitive prices. I called and spoke with Lee who was very willing to work with us. Lee said he could do the whole job for $280 and that included a new alternator belt. I was very pleased with their customer service and their knowledge. I will be bringing my car to All Tune for all its mechanical needs. Thanks for being honest and caring!

They are not integral. Said it was alternator and it wasnt. It was the transmission. Dont throw your money away.

Slave cylinder was going out in my truck and i needed it for work. Drove by and noticed they did transmission work. They Replaced entire clutch assembly in 8 hours. Ed promised to search other estimates and beat their prices and if I found a lower price later, he would refund the difference. Dave was a knowledgeable mechanic and waisted no time. Normally I do not have a great experience with mechanics. Some are over priced while others do not have great customer service. Ed and staff at All Tune and Lube were excellent. I reached out to All Tune and Lube, Ed took care of me. He took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable. He even beat alot of other shops prices, and he reached out to our Drive Care Protection Plan and saved us some money on the repairs. I give All Tune and Lube 5 stars. I was having an issue with my 2010 Tahoe. It was leaking oil or some sort of fluid and causing an issue with friends and neighbors when I parked at their houses. I took the car to my local dealer and they wanted to rebuild the engine for a pretty penny. I then decided to give All Tune and Lube a shot and they were able to diagnose and fix the problem. My family has been using this place for a long time (at least 20 yrs). Two weeks ago I went to a local dealer after getting a recall notice. While it was there they told me that my car also needed front brakes (which didnt surprise me because I had been hearing a bad noise in the front). Anyway, what was a surprise (shock actually) was the dealers $1100 quote! Anyway I picked up my car and immediately took it over to All Tune and lube and they agreed it needed brakes. The mechanic brought me out, showed and explained exactly what I needed (which was helpful because i know NOTHING about cars) and they fixed it perfectly for $160 - while I waited) These people have always been very friendly, knowledgeable and their prices are very good. I will continue to use this shop and tell my friends about them.

I went to this autoshop because I had a brake job here before and the price was good and they did an excellent job, but I went 2 weeks ago to have the inner tie rod replaced, so I paid for the job but when I went to inspect my car the same day in another autoshop, then the inspector old me that they didnt do the same, they just painted the inner tie rods and charge me for it. That me me so mad that I had to go back to make sure that they do the job this time. They came with an excuse but did the job right this time. After that experience I dont trust mechanics anymore, watch it guys.

Personally my experiece with the All Tune & Lube in Glen Burnie was an excellent visit and every time I go there manager has been great with explaining exactly what has been wrong with my car (front and rear wheel drives). I am of course not a mechanic but he has explained things to where they are understandable and if you can not understand him all you have to do is ask. I have two cars and every time I need something done to my car I call him, and he tells me to bring it right in, problem fixed. That is the only mechanic shop I recommend Because the manager is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and always gives me a great price and is affordable. THANKS FOR GIVING A SINGLE MOTHER AN AFFORDABLE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE PLACE TO NOT GET RIPPED OFF!

This place is truly the best automotive repair experience Ive had in a long time. I called up needing brakes, calipers, rotors, pads, and hoses on the rear of my truck. I saw the great reviews online, and thought Id do some price comparison. Keep in mind, I had already been quoted close to $1100 at another place....which is outrageous. I spoke with the owner, who was extremely helpful and promised hed offer me a price that no one else could beat. Well, not only did he beat everyone elses prices, he actually surprised me with how low his quote was. I took my truck in at 11:00 a.m, and it was completed by 5:30 p.m, without an appointment! If anything goes wrong with any of my cars, I know where Ill be going first!

I dont know if all these positive review are bought or what but When i first walked in i felt the vibe and already knew what was coming. i dont want to blame it on ethnicity but thats exactly the way i saw it. Im not the type of person to throw anyone under the bus and try to make someone look bad but thats how TERRIBLE my expierence was and the people working here are scumbags. Thinking about my experience here makes my teeth crench. The worst part is i cant get my money back. THEY WILL try to rip you off. My best advice is get a quote for the work and check somewhere else. This man charged me $1000 for a $200 job. The worst part is, he was trying to charge me $3000.b. They were suppose to change a pump, brakes, oil change, change the mount and tune up. The only thing that was done was tune up and brake change. they tried to say they changed the oil, i took it back and they had the nerve to tell me that no oil change was changed because they couldnt get the oil cap off and when i went to pick up the car NO ONE told me anything. It did not need a new pump, it needed a new radiator hose. they were suppose to put a new side marker and change bulbs and none of it was done. I I took the car back and they were trying to charge me another 1500 too get everything changed again. I went back a total of 3 times and the owner wanted me to take it back again so he can personally take a look at it but i knew it was a waste of my time. not that it matters to them but im never coming back to this place. take your business somewhere else

Got a great deal on the work done on my car. They did mess up and didnt align my new steering well properly. They did fix it the next day in a short time frame.

Its a great business but you might wanna think before taking your vehicle there for maintenance because there is mechanics that do sneaky work such has you will be told you need work that you dont truly need and two you do need type of work done but you end up paying for parts that you dont end up getting put on your vehicle ! What ends up happening is the mechanic takes your old part or parts and take it off and then spray paint it to make it look new, then puts it back on and you never will know at all .....

So I just bought a used Chrysler Crossfire on April 8th. Got a lil carried away while driving it in Baltimore and a pot hole threw my alignment off completely. Im VERY protective of my cars against mechanics. After some research and reading reviews I decided to bring my car to ATL. I went after and 8 hour overnight shift and just wanted quick, precise service. My overall service was AMAZING. I was in and out. Took maybe an hour with diagnostic. They made me aware possible deeper issues, which after further investigation there wasnt. They did what I came to them for. Nothing More, Nothing Less and very cost effective. EXTREMELY PLEASED. Fist made an appt via telephone for a front end alignment on my 02 jeep grand cherokee (solid front axle). I arrive to see they do not have me on the schedule. So I reschedule another aharryppt later in the week. My schedule is very difficult to fit in anything other than work. I arrive to come to find its going to take over 3 hours for Tie rod end installation and alignment. They also think that there are more alignment adjustments to be made on a Jeep WJ other than Toe and drag link steering wheel alignment, good luck with that.... Your mechanics must be slow as molasses to take over 2 hours to install 2 new Tie rods and a new adjusting sleeve. I can do the installation part in a parking lot with a jack in 1 hour.

I have a 2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse that has some serious, serious AC issues. I took my car into All Tune and Lube at the beginning of summer 2013, after having taken it to the dealership and various other places years prior and them having fixed the issue and charging me butt loads of money. The first time i went TJ let me know that it was possible my compresser would eventually have to be replaced, but he was willing to try other things to see if that was absolutely neccessary, since i really didnt have the money to replace the compressor. After trying numerous other things, we decided that it was absolutely neccessary that i get a new compressor if i wanted my AC to work. (summer in baltimore with no AC? no thank you). Not only did he give me a great price on the compressor, he also applied some of the money I had paid for the previous fixes to the compressor, since none of them had permenantly worked!!! I had to take my car back a couple times for little things regarding my air conditioning, and each time i was in and out with quick fixes and no charge. (BTW I am convinced the interior of my car hates being less than 80 degrees) So that was the begining of the summer and now its October and I have been the coolest while driving my car since i bought it. I had to take my car to get my brakes looked at today and of course becuase i waited it wound up being more than just a routine brake replacement, but once again, TJ and Ed worked with me on the price (I called around to get quotes and they were by far the cheapest)! I am a female who knows absolutely nothing about cars, and i have always been nervous about taking my car for any type of maintenance, because i always feel like im getting jipped or the run around, but since discovering All Tune and Lube, I think i have found a car place i can trust. They have never given me my car back or called me saying there was a problem other than the one i took it in there with (One time i went to GoodYear for an oil change, and walked out with a list as long as my arm and the price of a new car with repairs and maintenance that needed to be done) and i have always gotten my car back with the problem 100% corrected. Customer serivce is always great and they get your car back to you ASAP.

TJ is the worst mechanic Ive ever had to deal with. I never write reviews for anything but I felt the need to write a review about him and his shop because I had such horrible service. I wont make this review to long as many do no not like reading reviews that are to long. I brought my car into AllTune in Glen Burnie, MD and my mechanic was TJ. I had major alignment problems in the back end of my car. It was swaying back and forth and got so bad I couldnt even drive on dry street. He charged me $500 to replace some coils and he only worked on the FRONT of my car. My steering wheel was crooked. He fixed my steering wheel and did some sort of work on the front of my car, which I have no idea why he only fixed the front, since the BACK OF MY CAR was what was messed up in FIRST PLACE. A couple of months later my back end was swaying again and it became even worse than before. I went back to his shop. He not only blamed me for having bald tires in the back but he blamed me for racing my car. When I left his shop a couple of weeks later after the first time I saw him I was having my clutch fully replaced at a different mechanic shop and while I was there the mechanic told me my back end was jumping and swaying....My front tires were replaced during the time I was having work done at the other mechanic shop and at the time my back tires were perfectly fine. As a month went by my back end was still swaying again, my back tires became bald because the ALIGNMENT was so off my tires were dragging. When I got to TJs shop he blamed the swaying and jumping in the back because I had bald tires...DUH I HAD BALD TIRES BECAUSE HE NEVER FIXED THE BACK END OF MY CAR. It was ALIGNMENT problems, NOT BECAUSE OF MY TIRES. I didnt appreciate being blamed for racing, just because someone has a sports car does NOT mean they are racing their car. Its unprofessional and rude for blaming a problem they should have fixed in the first place!!! I went to go back and talk to him about 2 months later after he fixed my car and tried to explain to him that he NEVER FIXED THE PROBLEM and that is when he started to blame the tires and my self for racing. I have a Mazda RX-8 and it was a mistake to take it to ALLTUNE in the first place, that was my mistake. The second time I went to go see him, after arguing with him, he told me by the way when you get those new tires, come back because your ALIGNMENT IS SLIGHTLY OFF. ....slightly off???? It was soooo OFF I COULDNT EVEN DRIVE MY CAR. As I was dealing with another mechanic, which by the way he was GREAT, he was the one who fixed my alignment. TJ had no idea how to fix my car, he lied to me, stole my money and never fixed the problem of why I even brought my car into his shop in the first place. It was simple, all he had to do was do an ALIGNMENT on the BACK END OF MY CAR and he never did. That simple. Hes the worst mechanic and his shop SUCKS. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP IN GLEN BURNIE, HIS NAME IS TJ. I hope hes reading this because Im doing everything in my power to prevent continued business for him and I want to tell people how horrible his shop is!!!!!!!
