These guys are great. I found my tires at Amazon for a better price. However I didnt have to buy them because Mr tire matched the price. Very friendly and great service and good work. Highly recommended if you need tires or engine work.

Very pleased. Went in for a rotate and balance (free) and to begin shopping for tires for my other vehicle. I was given several tire options with pros & cons, without any sales pressure. Following rotate and balance, there were two items noted on courtesy inspection. These were brought to my attention, again without sales pressure.However, I was most impressed with the items not suggested. I had recently replaced my wipers, air filter and cabin air filter. To their credit, the tech did not come back with a suggested replacement for any of these. I can not say this about some of the shops I have previously used. Kudos to Mr Tire for making an honest assessment and recommendation.

Rick was fantastic; he exceeded all my customer service expectations. He worked me in to the schedule on the fly and had me out of the shop in under an hour. He was friendly and courteous. The tech who worked on my car was fantastic. If I could give the shop more than 5 stars, I would. I will definitely come back to this location for all my tire needs, and would highly recommend them to everyone else.

Ok let’s start with how great Rich is, he is not only professional, timely, kind, patient, trustworthy but beyond helpful. He is just great. Now about the service. I had been to two other places in the area to which they said I had to make an appointment or they were getting ready to close and had only two technicians. So I walked into Mr. Tires frustrated and beyond irritated. That’s when the wonderful Rich met us at the door with a calm and helpful tone. He was able to get us in and out in a very quick minute. Mind you all I needed was a tire fix due to running over a bolt. He was able to suggest services and that I will need to get a new set of tires soon. He was not pushy but gave us some information on pricing for the future. My husband said as we left, we will be life customers now. I am beyond happy with my interaction today. These guys seriously helped me out in a pinch. Had a flat for a couple days and Rick was able to find the tire I needed from a different store and put it on my car after I got off of work. They really put the customer first here and it shows.

My experience with this Mr. Tire has been fantastic! I have been there on three separate occasions and they have been prompt and friendly with service. They have also taken the time to walk me through any issues, as well as double check with me before doing anything that comes with additional charges to my vehicles.

Rick and Fred were completely helpful. Customer service at this location is some of the best you are ever going to find in an automotive store. I drove in without an appointment after I had to put the spare on my SUV because the regular tire kept losing air. Turns out I needed two new tires and an alignment. An hour later, I was on my way home with new tires and my spare was put back on the mounting bracket and my warning lights were off! They were quick, friendly, gave me a great price and had me back on the road in no time. Highly recommend!

I’m very grateful for Mr. Tire. This past week I had an emergency that needed to be taken care of immediately. I pulled in at 7:20am (barely making it there) and the gentlemen took care of my car right away. I didn’t have an appointment, obviously but that didn’t matter. They said 2 hours and that it was. The price was reasonable and the customer service was outstanding.

Bought a new car, tire went flat on the way home. Took it to a Mr Tires (not this one!) and they replaced the valve stem. A week later the tire has been having a slow leak. Turns out they put the wrong size valve stem on my car. I take it back to the same Mr Tires and they couldn’t fix it. Took it to THIS Mr Tires and they had the correct valve stem fit I needed for my car. Thanks guys! Fast professional service.

Everyone there did a great job. There was a computer problem and the gentleman at the desk did a great trying to get it straightened out so I could pay and be on my way. He did this while waiting on other customers and answering phone calls. I would have been pretty stressed out but he handled it very well

My friend and colleague recommended this specific location because she said she comes here for everything with her vehicles. As most of us do, we usually go to mechanics based on word of mouth. Let me just say I was entirely impressed and grateful with the service I received today. Rick at the desk was awesome. Friendly and best of all, forthcoming when it came to services. He gave me a fair evaluation and told me straight up what I needed done versus what could wait- in this case something that could likely wait for years before needing to be changed. Over the years as a vehicle owner Ive realized this is increasingly a rarity. He could easily have pushed me to get more done than needed and exchanged a perfectly good set of rear brakes for newer ones just to make an extra buck. Quality service and honesty is all any of us look for and definitely brings customers back. This will likely be my new go to location for many of my vehicle needs in the future. I actually haven’t had the best experiences at Mr Tire from the customer to some just trying to get over on me . I know because when I take my Nissan to Bayside Nissan in Annapolis they tell me some of those things I don’t need . Without tacking things on . And some of the people were just plain rude at Mr Tire especially at store 751.But not Rich I think that’s his name . I left my paperwork in the car . He was personable, talking to everyone and not excluding anyone. I was the only female in there and he made me feel welcomed as well.The Techs fixed what he needed to fix and told me about a few others things I could choose to get done now or next visit . I got my battery cleaned and my brake light replaced . I usually take my car to Nissan where I’ll continue to go. But it’s nice to know I have this location to go to if I needed something quick .If Rich ever leaves I won’t go back . Because I know what that location was like some years ago unless he just was off at the time . Things seem to be running better .Great Customer Service today !

He made recommendations but didn’t try to force me into doing anything and offered to list what he recommended at the bottom of my paper so I could refer to it at a later date. This place is awesome! Friendly and knowledgeable service people behind the counter. Mr. Rick is first-class and very understanding. Helped me out in a crunch. The young lady in the shop aligned my car and she did a phenomenal job. You should definitely come here for service not just tires or oil changes. (Side note this is the location closest to the courthouse and McDonald’s.)

I’m sitting here right now because I blew a tire on 97. I was concerned that because they closed at 7 and I showed up around 6, I wouldn’t be able to get rid of this donut. Not the case at all. Great shop and super friendly. We were involved in an accident around the corner and stopped in to see if they could inspect the tire because of debris stuck in the rim. Not only did they take us in right away but fully inspected, cleaned the tire, took it off the rim and balanced. We were safe to continue driving. So grateful for last minute service. I recommend this location above any other in the Pasadena/Glen Burnie area; I came to them because I needed tires and a alignment done before my long trip back to Ft. Bliss in El Paso Texas with my kids 2 days later; when everyone else told me they couldn’t help me or my kids for another week, they got on my case right away, I wasn’t there for more than 2 hours including the time they needed to go get the tires from somewhere else, I couldn’t be happier with them!!! Mr. Tire 731 was a convenient stop to assess a nail puncture and resulting slow leak. Unfortunately what I thought could be repaired for a few bucks ended up being a pricey tire purchase. I think I could have saved a few bucks shopping big box like COSTCO but with the convenience, professionalism and integrity of Mr.Tire I wanted to support local business so I decided to forego the remaining 8000 miles of tire life and single tire purchase to get the best Michelin tires available. In lieu of a better price, having to wait for shipping then an installation appointment I was more than happy to get it all done in a couple hours. For me, that was value!
