VERY unresponsive. Needed some urgent work done. Called several times and talked to Rusty several times; was promised time to meet and take a look at my car and given the run around. Won’t be calling again.

I have been taking my Mercedes to Rusty for the past 3 years and I am always happy with the quality of the work and the cost. I used to always go to the dealer, but I will continue to come here now that I know better. I agree with the other comment that there is no fast talking service-advisor to try and talk you into other work you may or may not need or understand. I like knowing my car gets the repairs it requires and I dont ever leave there wondering if I paid for stuff my car didnt really need. Ok service. Been here numerous times. Diagnosed both computers on a BMW to be in need of replacement with an estimate in the thousands. This was on 4th visit for same issue after paying for other repairs. BMW of Annapolis fixed problem on 1st visit for $600 but, they had to have BMW Factory Engineer come out to diagnose. Wish Id gone to BMW in the 1st place. More to the story, friend who recommended H R was embarrassed when he heard full version of story.

CUSTOMER BEWARE! This company replaced rear headlights on my Mercedes. 2 Months later the entire car stopped. I got it towed to a car repair shop, and after days of trying to find where the electrical problem originated, the discovered that BOTH gaskets were missing inside the tail lights, allowing water damage in the SAM module. The mechanic wrote this in a detailed report. I contacted Rusty, the owner, to explain the issue and that it cost, 1k to fix his negligence and my trunk and sunroof are still inoperable. I asked hoe he would like to remedy the problem. He got enraged and said that he gave a really great deal on the headlights. I explained that his discount ended up costing twice the cost to get fixed. He yelled take me to court then and hung up. This kind of service is baffling. He should not be in Bussiness. Mind you, this is the OWNER speaking to a customer about HIS negligent service. I guess we have to go to court then. We have all the evidence, but he will not cooperate at all. Please beware. Any company that is this careless about the service they provide to the public should NOT be in bussiness. Cheaper is not always better. You will pay big time down the road.
