It was great. Everyone is nice, helpful and friendly.
Took a little longer than I expected but Id rather them get it right and not wrong and take their time with it. They have excellent customer service and they were a pleasure to deal with five stars all the way.
Honestly no stars because that’s the amount of work they did on the car...I’m disgusted and on top of it lied about featured problems. I’m writing this on behalf of someone I know who had this experience because I don’t think this is fair at all to them so I’m speaking out about it. Businesses should really listen to their clients instead of an outside source because they could be telling lies. And if your reading this and apart of the crew I’m sure you know what I’m talking about.
I am very thankful for Tony and the rest of the guys at Alpine. We have been going to them for a few years now and I couldnt even imagine taking my vehicles anywhere else! They are very honest and fair with everything and they really go above and beyond. Everyone here is very friendly they take the time to make sure you are informed about what your car needs and what they can do for you and the work they do is outstanding. You just dont run across people who care like they do very often. Thank you guys for everything!
Very fast service and reasonable pricing. I needed a/c repairs on my Subaru and they explained the process they used to fix the problem and didnt talk down to me. It was a very pleasant experience!
These guys are the best. I have been going to Alpine for over 13 years and they have always treated me right. They fix what needs to be fixed and at a fair price. Lou, Tony, and Steve always answer my questions over the phone or over the counter. Wouldnt take the car anywhere else. Try them. You wont be disappointed.
Ive been taking vehicles to Alpine for years. I would say it has been a positive experience overall until now. We took our Ford Explorer in with approx. 90K miles for a check engine light and loss of power. We were told that we had bad compression on Cylinder #1 and that we needed a new engine for $6600!!! Needless to say none of that made any sense to me. When I tried to question other possibilities or options I was shut down and told we needed a new engine. I decided that a second opinion was in order. When my wife went to pick up the vehicle (much to their surprise) they made a show of how we were going to damage our vehicle and made her wait over a half hour while they typed up a whole paragraph on their diagnostics. We then took the car to Bob Bell Ford on Richie Hwy. They were quickly able to determine that the spark plug on Cylinder #5 (not #1) was cracked and needed to be replaced. That was it. $6.42 for the plug and then their labor which I gladly paid.Needless to say, Alpine has lost a customer for life. Consumer beware of this outfit.
Tony and all the shop personnel are great!!
When I moved to Glen Burnie, I used Alpine on the recommendation of a local friend and I have not been disappointed. Every time I visit Im treated with integrity and professionalism. I would absolutely recommend Alpine to anyone I know.Edit - I will happily continue to recommend Alpine Auto to all my friends and family. Ive been going to them for two years now and have only ever had one issue during that time. The owner not only corrected the problem, but he went out of his way to rectify the frustration and inconvenience. This shop has so much integrity.
The guys at Alpine Auto knows what theyre doing. A lot of mechanics know what theyre doing, but the guys at Alpine are HONEST at what they do too. They have a history of not only providing great service, but often opting for much less expensive options.Last year, I was having a problem with the rear differential of my truck. I was told by several mechanics that I needed to have the differential re-built. The cost was going to be anywhere between 700-1000. I took my truck to Alpine and they suggested that the trucks in question often just need a slip additive to the differential. The cost was 150 and fixed the problem. They called me a couple of weeks after the service to check if the differential issues were gone. Try to find another shop that will do that! This isnt an isolated incident either. They never do work that doesnt need to be done. They cost a little more, but if it saves you $500 because you didnt have to get unnecessary work done, doesnt that make it worth while? Its hard to find an honest car shop. Alpine is one of the best.
