I want to start by saying, I have been to Autonation in Laurel and Ourisman in Bowie. If you have the chance, just go to JBA. They are the only ones who understand the concept of customer service.I went in for a simple check engine light, and a rattling in my exhaust. The service rep was kind and courteous. The issue was fixed, and fully explained by the service rep. My truck was clean and was treated with respect.I wont go anywhere else.

They have serviced my truck for the last 4 years and always take care of me. They have a pick up and drop off service that makes it helpful to not have to sit at the dealership all day for a vehicle to be serviced.

This is a service rating...First the service people have all been very nice, most of them get 4 and in a few cases, 5 stars. Generally, they are as polite and efficient and perform their jobs as you would expect most car dealers to do.The shuttle driver guy gets 5 stars.Id like to take off a half a star for things generally taking a while on appointments but I have to round up for the niceness of the staff on the whole.That said, lets cover the objectionable practice of telling he customer that if they fill out the manufacturers (Chevy) satisfaction survey with anything less than 5 stars, some bad thing will befall the service rep who handled the job. No thanks, I like my ratings to be accurate, not to be manipulated by guilt-tripping. I take off a star for that.Second, when a dealership has taken in a car that is early for an appointment, it would help to either actually do at least some of the work (maybe the simple stuff) or call as soon as possible (8:30am, 9, 10... noon maybe, before the end of the school day (when the car is needed), to let the owner know that no work has been or will be done (not even the oil change or the balancing of tires also on the ticket) and then finally (at 4:15 pm) call and ask the owner if they want to leave the car overnight or make a special trip in traffic to pick up the car before closing. First time its happened but really unacceptable. I take a star off for that.No thanks. Not only will I not be back, Ill let others know what happened.

Great service! Brought my traverse in for routine service. They treated me great and the manager Jim Nowlin helped with several unresolved concerns. I did not buy it there so it meant a lot. Clean well run shop with very clean customer lounge. Would highly recommend.
I came in for an oil change and windshield wiper replacement. Service took two hours, I was notified that the technician recommended other services but I wasn’t told until it was time to pay. The person at the service desk said they tried looking for me and calling me, I didn’t receive a call and I didn’t leave the dealership until my car was done. No one looked for me. Now my service traction light is on, it wasn’t on when I came in for an oil change. When asking the person at the service desk about the recommended service, I felt rushed and as if he didn’t feel like speaking with me. I have been coming here for the past year but I will not be returning.

Still waiting for my car to be returned. Car was dropped off two weeks ago after repairs werent done correctly 3 weeks ago. No ETA on car being fixed, no loaner car given, rental car was given for 5 days, we are almost at day 10 now. ridiculous - have referred several people to purchase cars from them.That has immediately stopped. 2017 Malibu still under warranty... Ridiculous!!

Every time I come here I’m waiting at least two hours for a simple oil change WITH AN APPOINTMENT it’s ridiculous!!!!!!!!!
My wife and I purchased a Chevy Equinox from here with all the extra dealer service included, every single time we tried to bring our truck in for service we were 1.given the run around by the rude service staff especially some old lady who works there, on the phone about what is actually covered, 2. Once we did get our car in there we were never notified of its completion we would just show up at 5pm before they close asking and they would say oh yea its done 3. The charge for even the slightest thing extra is outstanding example car detail is $150? 4. When we did have problems with our transmission they tried charging us an extra $120 just to look at the problem not fix it, 5. Anytime i had an issue with something they would take it in and say they saw nothing wrong or say they fixed it and when i got my car back the problem persisted, today im having my final free oil change done that they wont except unless your oil is at 5% life, I cant wait to be done with JBA chevy and take my truck back to my normal trusted mechanic, dont spend the money on having the dealership do anything
JBA went out of their way to give me the biggest discount possible on a 2017 Chevy Cruze Lease. The customer service was good however, final paperwork did take awhile due to purchasing on Presidents Day.
