I had a vehicle die on me unexpectedly. The tow truck drove it to the closest shop, which was this one. I found out they dont work on European cars, but they still looked under the hood for me to give me the initial problem. They gave me a short time to get someone to tow it to my mechanic. Very courteous and professional.

I dont stress when I get the call of how much it will be and what the issues are - it has always been reasonable and is never as bad as what I think it will be in my mind. I believe this shop is honest and has very fair pricing. They dont use scare tactics. I will continue to bring my family vehicles here and recommend to others.

I cannot begin to express how thankful I am for this shop. I made the mistake of going elsewhere since I moved to Virginia. The other shop tried to tell me I needed $2200 in repairs and maintenance. I immediately brought it here and there was nothing wrong !!!!! He refused to even take money for looking it over for me. He is a truly honorable man— ethical. And extremely competent. He treated me like family and made me feel quite secure. I am so thankful for him!!! Almost makes me want to move back to Maryland !!! Highly recommend !!!

They always provide great customer service and do a great job fixing my car. I find them honest, trustworthy, and reliable. They helped me save $3000 on a job that they didnt even end up doing. Aaron did research on an issue with my Honda and found that the problem could probably be done for free or reduced cost at the dealership due to a class action lawsuit for the problem and recommended that I take it there for service. He could have just done the work and charged me but he helped me save money. I 100% recommend them.

I cannot say enough good things about the customer service at this shop. They are so courteous and pleasant in person and on the phone. They took the time to explain to me in easy to understand terms what was wrong with my car and what steps to take to get it fixed under a federal warranty thru the manufacturer. I didnt even know about the warranty, but they saved me so much money by passing along that info. I really appreciate their customer service and highly recommend this repair shop.

Great family mechanic for preventive maintenance and mostly any repairs. Aaron and his crew are always willing to go out of their way to fix your car right. They are experienced and very knowledgeable. If they cant figure it out, they will do the research. Also, they will not gouge you on prices like NTB .

This place is great. The people that I have dealt with are very nice and honest. They charge less than everywhere else and if you want to do the work yourself, you can. You can even buy your own parts and they will install them, saving even more money! This will be my mechanic as long as we live in the area.

Manager claims that the job was correctly done and refused to make me a reimbursement. My first and last $300 spent here.
