I have been a customer that keeps coming back to rent and I am so glad Melanie and Steve are still there. I know its a hard time keeping things very clean at this time with COVID-19 going on. I see that they clean with disinfectant the carts, office door handles, bathroom and where we punch in our code. They work very hard to keep the place clean.

I have had my belongings stored at ezstorage in Glen Burnie for a couple years now. Steve and Melonie always keeps everything so clean and I have never had a problem. Ezstorage needs to keep them as employees they are very nice people and care for their customers.

Steve and Meloney were very nice and super helpful. We walked in, told them what we were trying to do and they made it happen. The facility was clean and well kept also! Really glad we found them!

Let me begin by saying that after I expressed that I would be writing a review due to the lack of professionalism and customer service I experienced with this company, the Customer Service Supervisor said that I was threatening him (again unprofessional)I was given false information (Your account is paid THROUGH January when it was TO January) on several occasions, which I believe was done so that I would accrue fees and then be told that they stand behind their policies and due not waive ANY fees. The agent at this facility told me that I can set up my portal after receiving the email (that I never received). I called to cancel the rental insurance,that I dont need but is required unless you go into the office to sign paperwork to have it removed. (Im in the military and was unable to complete this because I was out of town) and no one cared to tell me that the account was past due when I asked about something on my account. I receive a call weeks later saying that I owed two months rent and an additional $80+ in late fees. I was passed along from manager to manager and was even told they agreed with me but they do not waive fees and that if I was told that information it was wrong because there were no notes of that in my account. I expressed that if I gave someone false information I wouldnt notate that either. The Supervisor agreed with me and continued to tell me that if I did not pay the bill (with the ridiculous fees) that Another fee would be attached and the unit would go up for auction. There was absolutely ZERO customer service provided and no responsibility taken for the mistake that was made by their employee. I will be moving my belongings to a different facility as soon as possible.To add insult to injury, I just went online to pay the charges and it automatically enrolled me in autopay. Be sure to check this before you leave the page.

The managers, Chris and Jennifer Felton, are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. They met our needs quickly and efficiently and saved our possessions. It is a pleasure working with them. The facility is brand new, and well located, easy to move around in and well- equipped with carts etc. I am glad we found them.

This place is by far the best storage place Ive ever found! Super clean and I mean really really clean spotless and Ive never seen any bugs or had any issues with bugs in our belongings. The staff is super friendly and is there for for you when you need them. They also sell products for moving if you need them like boxes tape locks etc. This is and always will be my first choice for storage and should be yours as well.

After almost a year at this location my rates are going up every three or four months. Three stars only because its clean and climate controlled. Stay away if you need long term storage though.

The most amazing customer service experience that I have had. My wife and I were stuck in traffic, and as a result we were not certain that we would make it in time. We pulled up at about 5:55 (5min before they close). I was expecting to either be rushed or not helped at all due to the timing of getting there, however, they were extremely courteous and temperate. They took their time in signing me up and showing me my unit. I will most certainly reccomend this specific Ez Storage to everyone I know!

Dont store you belongings here. There are rats everywhere! They got into my unit and boxes costing me hundreds of dollars to replace destroyed items. The rats got into my expensive leather boots and snowboard boots. The employees there said theyre not responsible for damaged items per the contract. The units are open at top allowing these rodents to easily travel across units.
