Infested with rats! All my items were DAMAGED, some items that were so sentimental to me that I can never get back. It’s sad how they don’t even let customers know of this issue. They don’t return calls and don’t try and help you. I’m so upset that a huge company such as UHaul would operate this way.
Rented truck from U-Haul get halfway to my house all the alarms for the brakes are going off allow buzzer sound brakes start squealing call the roadside assistance they sent the truck out to look at it it showed up 2 hours later the guy spent more time in his truck than he did actually looking at the truck during all this I spent on the phone with roadside assistance and customer service the filing at 5 after the guy fail to fix the truck they said a tow truck to come get it I want it up half the rent at Enterprise truck do what I need to do that day wasted my whole day they did not even offer me another truck it is kept putting me through the ringer so I never got to use the truck but they sure the hell took all their money if I were you I would stay away from the U-Haul
Mariam is so good. She is so polite and helpful. Patiently answered all our questions. We are moving out of state and it’s a lot of stress with all the logistics but she answered all the questions
A great storage location. The storage rooms were very clean, as was the whole facility. Security is outstanding and gives me peace of mind keeping my items there. I would recommend this location.

Hey I love my daughter very much but last minute moving this is the only place had the truck of the size that we needed worked out very well one load one trip and anybody tell you that a moving experience that you do yourself was good yeah right but thanks to U-Haul we made it work
This location is excellent I am writing a review to explain how bad u-haul corporate is at giving you the truck that you ordered on a timely manner or communicating with you about the truck that theyre not able to provide that you signed up for. I booked airfare to shut up and move and use u-haul and they drop the ball on a corporate level they need to answer to customers that are out there that are trying to use their service and theyre not able to because they dont have the manpower or the trucks available that they booked
This storage facility was clean, convenient, and as advertised. Rented a climate controlled unit for a planned 1-2 year long term use. Would definitely recommend.
The gentleman was very courteous, patient and explained things well. We were able to rent here and return at another location which was very helpful. We also could return after hours and use the app to complete the rental which was easy and convenient.

We are currently trying to get a u-haul towed. The tow person told us he is on is way and that we DO NOT have to be there. This was 5 hours ago. Now we are being charged $500 to get the truck towed by someone else. U-Haul isn’t a good rental spot-just use Penske-My bad, now we’re being charged an extra $974 dollars for a truck they had break down on us and THEY returned to the wrong spot.
This location is very big and clean. They rent uhaul and more at this location. Be very careful leaving out! I was at the location night time, and when I left out the train thing almost came down on my car. There wasnt warning to alert me to stay back. It comes down when the train is right there. It was scary and no fault of this location of course. It was safe for me at night alone with my support dog. The units are clean and they have a ton of units. The staff handles things efficiently and effectively and are kind. It has heat and security in the units with 24 accessible.
Ordered a hitch install through website. When I arrived on the scheduled appointment day they had no hitch in stock and didnt know when would it show up. I had to drive across the town because no one could be bothered to call or email me. They also took an advance payment for the part they didnt even have. Had to spend almost an hour on hold to request a refund. Disappointed.

Reserved a 20ft U-Haul from this location. Received a voicemail from Jasmine one hour before this location closed the night before my reservation. Her message said the 20ft truck came back with a flat and she wanted to see if a 15ft truck would work. I tried to call back was on hold for nearly 30min before reaching someone at this location. The person that picked up the phone said his name was Luis. I explained that I received a phone call from Jasmine regarding my rental and let him know a 15ft truck wasn’t going to work and I would need 2 trucks. He was very rude and said well that’s absolutely not going to happen. I said oh ok so in that case I guess you owe me 50 dollars for being unable to fill my reservation. He said we don’t owe you anything what are you taking about. I said U-Haul guaranteed my reservation and on the website stated I would get 50 dollars payed to me if my reservation didn’t get fulfilled. He said I don’t know what you are talking about would you like to speak to customer service. Yes I would thanks. So I waited on hold for 15 more minutes and spoke with a guy that tried to help me. He looked up my reservation and there were no notes on the reservation that I ever received a phone call regarding my rental. He ended up transferring me to regional customer service where I spoke to this really nice lady Pam. She was super helpful and changed my reservation to another location, switched it to a one way, added an additional 50miles to the rental and credited my credit card $50 for my original reservation failing to get fulfilled. I cannot say the customer service is completely horrible here as I have had ok experiences in the past. Luis however needs to learn customer service and needs to be sat down and spoken to. otherwise he needs to find another job before he continues to cost this company money.
When they didnt have the exact size truck we reserved they upgraded us to a larger size for the same price. The check engine light came on an hour after we picked up the truck and we brought it back and they immediately gave us another and paid for the gas we had put in the broken truck. Very impressed with the customer service here.

U have to travel to another location to pickup ur truck in a little convenient store they act like they cant understand what ur saying and theyre super slow trying to rent out trucks and wait on other customers buying stuff were supposed to social distancing but everyone is cramed at the counter

Staff was friendly and helpful, the facilities are very nice at this particular location ! and they have everything you can imagine to purchase for moving, Hauling and Storage, they have a huge showroom ! They even carry 4 or 5 different multiple bicycle carriers for Reese hitches ! :) they have a lot of room around back to park and pull right up to your storage unit and conveniently load and unload !

I’ve used this facility for the past 3 years, every time I come in they are pleasant and helpful. Even during a busy end of the month weekend, they were able to accommodate some last minute changes. Mike, Alysha, and Susie were more than friendly, they’ve gone above and beyond.

Very helpful staff. I had reserved an auto transport trailer online. Figured Id drop it off in Salisbury MD where I was taking vehicle. Come to find out that if I had done exactly that it would have cost me $150 extra since I was paying cash and there was a security deposit I would get reimbursed at the Salisbury location, which would have been closed by the time I got there. Luckily guy behind the counter said if I didnt mind returning the trailer to Glen Burnie when I was done it would only cost me $75. Thanks again for helping me save $150 and being an awesome staff.
I never leave google reviews, but I want to let people know that my experience with this place was a NIGHTMARE. I arranged to pick up a truck after hours, using the 24-7 pickup with a smartphone. They FORGOT to leave out a key for me (even though I got a confirmation email). I spent a half hour fiddling with the app and website and getting confusing errors, then another half hour on hold with customer service to find out that there was no Uhaul available for me. So I had to get a very expensive Uber to my destination, and then spend several hours the next get getting a truck that I should have already had. Luckily, U-haul ended up covering the cost of the uber, but still, their stupid oversight was a huge headache for me.

So I dont know how Google maps busy status works, but it is way off base for this location. Ive been in line for an hour. There are still 3 people in front of me. Im not even a customer. Im a truck driver picking up a U-Box!I asked one of the employees who walked in from the back to find out how long it would be, and I heard him asking the guy at the front desk who simply said that guys gonna be here a long time.What kind of employees work here?? Whoever manages his Uhaul should be fired. Ive picked up U-boxes in the past, and the longest Ive ever had to wait was 20 minutes.Theres also a line of people to the door, at least 20 people behind me.Boooooo!
My original reservation was changed at the last minute from one location to the Glen Burnie location too late in the evening to change it the night before my scheduled pick up. Not sure when the person who called me got notice of the change but I had to call several different locations early Saturday morning to find a closer location. I made a complaint with the scheduling department and received a call from Glen Burnies manage Jason Welbourm to discuss what happened. He was very polite, professional and apologetic for what happened. He assured me he was going to look through the files to see how it happened and refunded me the amount of the trailer for my inconvenience. He was great!
I have so many good things to say Jay is a great onsite manager the staff is always friendly polite willing to assist in any manner they go above and beyond. As a mover having a moving company I used several U-Haul locations and even if where I am working is far away from this location I still tend to use them due to their customer relations this is one of the best manage corporate locations in Maryland based on my experience with them over the past three to four years and again I have been to every location in the Baltimore region Laurel Frederick Anne Arundel County and a few in Washington DC again the Glen Burnie location is head-and-shoulders above the others thank you for always being professional

If I could give this location 0 stars I would.My boyfriend recently moved to Denver from Maryland and decided to use a Uhaul Box for the sake of convenience instead of lugging a trailer on the 24 hour drive. Our guaranteed deliver date was set at June 22 and we checked a few days before to make sure we had the right date and planned our weekend around unloading and settling in. Skip to the day of our guaranteed delivery and we havent heard anything. So we call Uhaul, sit on hold for almost an hour, and find out that they changed the guaranteed delivery date to June 29th.That meant another week of sleeping on the floor in sleeping bags, only using the two plates and set of utensils we had brought with us for a total of 4 weeks living like this. The $50 a business day refund is not nearly enough for the inconvenience my boyfriend and I have been put through.Fingers crossed we actually get all of our possessions this weekend but I am not hopeful.

The employee seems to not have a clue at all. I asked to borrow a tape measure so I can buy a box and there wasnt one available in the entire store. Ok, I should have come prepared but when I asked him to help me pick out a box that would fit my item he said just take the displays out and see if they fit. No customer service and I have been here for 30 minutes and still waiting to buy this one box. Oh and it after their closing time.
The employee wasnt very familiar with hooking the trailer up but Im sure hell get better. This is the cleanest and most stocked uhaul around. I choose this place first.
Call about a tow dolly and lady that answered took info ask questions then proceeds to tell me well we dont have one anyhow so i ask when will you, her response is tomorrow ok i say ill take it in which she replies we cant make a reservation unless its on hand and hangs up.......
It was my first time using Uhaul, great customer service, the guy that helped us made it fast and easy experience, explained how it works and what needs to be done.
Poor service! I have a reservation for a truck and they told me that I have to go somewhere else to pickup! The person stated that it is only 3 miles away from this location and my storage unit is at this location! Such an incovenience! At least have the other location bring the truck over since it is a last minute change on your behalf!

The manager was friendly and helpful, the service was prompt and efficient, and the store was clean. I had to go outside to check the sign to make sure I was at the right place because Ive never had an experience like that at any of the other Uhaul locations Ive been to before.

1 way move from MD to FL scheduled to get a 26 truck on June 29th @ 7AM. I get a phone call yesterday the 27th from Alisha confirming that my equipment will be ready for a Friday @ 7am pickup. I get a call from Brock at 7:16pm tonight the 28th telling me my truck wont be there for pick up. He is unsure when and if I will get one. I have movers already scheduled and prepaid to load the truck. At this point he states that the manager will call me in the morning we are so stressed out right now. I call the 1800 number to see if they can help and the young lady informs me that BROCK did not make any notes in the system regarding my call and if was to late for scheduling to assist me. With no notes the lady at customer service could not help me either. So now here I sit with no idea what to do. After coming in to this location and speaking with Alisha (sorry if name is mispelled) I thought this was going to be the easiest part of the move. Well I could not have been more wrong.
This place saved us many trips by renting us a truck. It was a good truck too! No check engine light!
