I’m having issue getting caught up with my bills (America is fun). I spoke with Brian who took his time to go through my account with me and explain how I can avoid my unit going to auction. He was extremely helpful and willing to spend more time with me than he needed to, making sure the information he was giving me lined up with my account. He was also super polite.

I went in looking for storage options for my furniture between moving. Sam helped me find the right size for what i had in my house. And even helped with packing supplies while there.

Hello this is Bryon Buckland again.Public Storage on Furnace Branch Road has been there since I was 15. I was born in 68, you do the math. Back in the day they were open 24 hours and they would go out of their way to work a deal so you could store your stuff at a reasonable rate. Nowadays they are open from 8 a.m. until 9 p.m. and their rates are, what their rates are there are no specials old customers do not get any special treatment. Again I tell the truth I dont know how other storage areas are but that was my experience. Good luck and God bless

I needed an outside unit that was easy to get to. This location has drive up, garage door spaces. The process was easy and Sam made it enjoyable.

All my furniture covered in mold I called they said oh your units not climate controlled but I asked if they were when I rented it. 100 a month for a 5x10 and everythings ruined

My wife and I just came in and rented our first storage unit. I’ll be honest, we had no idea what size we needed. I just recently rented here and there were two lovely ladies that greeted me. Julia and Sam were absolutely wonderful. I thought I needed a smaller unit than I actually did and these ladies helped me get the perfect size! They also helped me make sure my mattress and box spring were protected as well (which I never even thought about during the packing). If you want friendly staff and a clean, well protected property then this is the place to go! Thank you ladies!

Dont go here 1) They told me the unit was climate controlled, it was not 2) an older white female employee quoted me a promo price, ten minutes later she claims the store hit their cap on the promo price for the unit I was given a quote for. First of all, own up to your mistake instead of pointing the finger at the customer for wanting the price you quoted them on. Your billboard says promo pricing, the employees should honor 1) their word and 2) their advertising

Just rented my very first storage unit. Let me tell you, Julia and Sam made this the easiest thing I’ve ever done. Julia went over everything and even answered my questions I still had. She made sure I had the best lock so that my stuff was safe.

Nice respectable establishment

If I could give this location 10 stars I would. Like most people, I rented my storage unit in the process of moving and was mentally and physically exhausted. I hired third party movers to load my storage unit, they did a horrendous job, I could not get the door to my storage unit to close. Julia, and Josh (who I believe is the GM) helped me carry, rearrange, and repack my storage unit complete with couches dressers and other pieces of large furniture for OVER AN HOUR so that I could get the door to close. They exceeded every expectation I possibly had by a mile, and were so kind and helpful to me when I needed it the most. If youre looking for somewhere safe, with fair prices, and genuinely kind and helpful people who have their customers best interest at heart, this is your spot!

Great representatives at front office.Clean well-kept exterior, but not air-conditioned or heated. Interior hallways and storage lockers kept clean. Lighting is not the brightestNice safe place to store things.

I have been renting here for years, horrible circumstances put me in a place where storage was an absolute need and I needed a place fast. I found this place and was greeted by Sam who really made a bad time pleasant. She really truly is a phenomenal employee; there is a constant stream of employees coming and going but Sam has been constant. Always in an upbeat mood with a great smile whenever I have an issue she is always patience. I am getting on in years and can never seem to remember my gate code, but she always has it written down for me even before I walk in the door!! Talk about service!!
