UPGRADED TO NEW PHONE, TOUCH SCREEN NOT WORKING, HAD TO MAKE TOO MANY TRIPS BACK TO THE STORE, FRUSTRATING. PHONE STILL NOT WORKING PROPERLY, sold me a new phone, called the next day to say it wasnt working, they told me my old phone was already sent back ( customer is sopossed to have 14 days ). Told me it was 5G, and then told me it wasnt, I then had a security breach on my gmail account. Asked for manager, they said he wasnt there, he was standing 10 feet away. seems like an unsavry business. Phone touch screen not working, feels like an old phone.

Rip off. Sold me an iPad charger 3 times more then buying directly from apple that took two days to charge. I brought it back and they some silly excuses.

Love this store and the people. Everyone seems to want to help and are extremely friendly. I went frustrated because my contacts got deleted and they assured that they would fix it and made it happen. Also they have the best music to relax. I do not go to any other att store but this one. Garry is the store manager and he takes his time with people no matter what.

Eddie was the sales person that help me. He did a amazing job in taking care of my purchase. He was very knowledgeable. He walk me step-by-step in my upgrade. Thank you so much!

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Total con artists. They talked us into a contract that we neither wanted nor needed by lying about the charges we would get. I’ve been fighting with AT&T almost ever since to try to resolve the issues and now have had our phones disconnected. I feel worked.

TOTAL SCAMMERS!!! I went into this store because my I Phones alerts werent working. I had sound but no ringers, or text message sounds would play. Both employees who took a look at my phone had I Phones of their own but before they even looked at my phone they asked fro my cell number and started looking up my account. They quickly told me my phone was un-repairable and tried to sell me a new phone with a new plan. I explained to them that I am on a Family plan and I should be due for a free phone under that plan and they told me I wasnt and still tried to get me to go off my Family plan and start a new 2 year contract on my own.IT REAKED OF A SCAM...and GUESS WHAT? Theres a little button on the left side of my phone (hidden by the case) and I flipped that button up and THE PHONE WORKS PERFECTLY......and these guys had I phones and had to have known this.

I paid for an iPhone 7. They guaranteed that it would arrive on Wednesday. I showed up Friday and turns out they accidentally shipped it to the wrong store. Instead of trying to fix the problem, the salesman suggested I drive to the Farmingdale store (40 minutes away!) to get the phone. I said no way and then he suggested that I call UPS customer service and deal with them. You gotta be kidding me.
