I went in for the first time to this location to add on a line for my son onto my account. Mirna was very informative and patient as she thoroughly answered all my questions. Fantastic first time experience and excellent customer service!

I’ve been with the company a few years and the phone service has been good, but in-store service is not very helpful. My monthly rate has also changed twice since adding a new line and the new guy that says he runs the store couldn’t be bothered to look into it. Sad excuse for customer service.

I brought my old phone number in and got a free brand new phone.The manager was helpful

Unbelievable.When switching from a family plan they switched the wrong number, when I called to fix it got the following:From the sales person - I wouldnt have changed the number unless you gave it to meFrom the manager- you need to buy a new plan and cancel to one we originally gave you (in error!!) yup pay twiceFrom the owner: you will need to wait until next week when I can ask the sales person if it was her fault. You waited already, you can wait another three days.Incompetent and nasty. Called the nationally line and they have little they can do with the franchisers, bad situation.
