Tamanna was a great help in setting up my account with t mobile she informed me about all of the savings as compared to at&t I am totally satisfied with her knowledge about my new service. Worst experience Ive had in a while. First visit was painless, and I dealt with two very nice sales people. Since I was switching from Verizon, I was told that I could be reimbursed for my phone and to simply bring in my last bill and they would handle the rest in the store for me. I dealt with someone who identified himself as a store manager. He told me it wasnt his job to submit these and I was supposed to submit this myself. After telling him thats not what his sales people told me when I signed up, he said I had to come back tomorrow and one of them could do it. All of this while on his phone via his earbuds taking a personal call. When I asked why he couldnt do it, he told me it wasnt his job, and he was busy. Even though there was only one other person in the store, whom was already being helped by another salesman. After all of this, the salesman did eventually upload my bill for reimbursement for me, which came back less than 15 minutes later as done incorrectly, and I wound up having to go online and do it myself anyway. Would never go back.

Fast and friendly service!. Switched my 4 lines from Verizon and it was sooo painless. Very clean store and professional atmosphere. I highly suggest this location.

Tamanna Daniel nabiha exemplify customer service. I came to the store with a bad phone. They spend well over one hour to fix the issue. When that failed, they advice me that my phone would no longer be operating the same. They got me new phone and set up on the spot.Beyond their professionalism, their generosity and kindness was exceptional. I went into this location to get a prepaid account. The sales rep had me swipe my card and sign the pin pad. Than told me his system froze and assured me that i would not be charged. He refused to provide me any paperwork at all. After the payment processed on my card I called the store and they told me i had to call customer service. I spent an hour and spoke to 4 people and the result was that T-Mobile was unable to refund my money.This store is a scam.

Stay away from this store, 32 School St, Glen Cove, NY 11542, and specially Mitch, he is unwilling to help neither he is willing to understand your problem. I have 4 phones somehow T-mobile dropped off the insurance on one of the phones, T-mobile representative said to go to T-mobile store to verify the phone is in good condition before they put the insurance back on it. He, Mitch, could have resolved my issue simply by calling T-mobile on the phone but instead he said Most T-mobile representative are incompetent and that my issue should resolve by waiting for 72 hours. Thank you Mitch for nothing

No sense of customer service. The employee had the customer waiting at the counter and talked with her friend over the phone, discussing irrelevant issues... Not even an apology for such an indifferent altitude afterwards.
