Im very happy with the phone and deal I got from this store,a wanted a good smartphone that did the basics, and the employee recommended different phones so my options were open and loved how she explained all the different features each had. Definitely coming back here!.

Yesterday i went to this location for the first time i bought 2 phones the service was wonderful the people there were very professionals i give this location 5 start they also transfer all my info to the other device and the best thing of everything is the speed that they do thing i only had 10 minutes to spend in this location they were able to finished on time thanks Jeff you the best oh and Marlin too :)

You are supposed to be open at 10 am. 5 minutes late, I can get. At 10:25 and no one is in sight is just unacceptable. You are part of major corp.

Horrible experience. The salesman name “Jeff” had very poor customer service. He acted like he didn’t want to be at work at all. No smile, very nonchalant and could careless. My son & I went in this location because it’s by our home and I just purchased a new iPhone 11 for my son, being that we currently have the Metro Pcs service, we came to switch service to the new phone. Although I forgot my metro pcs account password, they were unable to move forward. They referred me to go to the corporate office or Caine back on Monday. This was a Saturday we were there. As per the other sales person she explained that the “ASR” or manager they could override “ forgot password issues” does not work on the weekends. She was more apologetic and spoke kindly . However her and “Jeff” started talking in Spanish... holding a conversation. It was extremely rude and unprofessional. Were they talking about us? We were the only customers in the store. Worst customer service ever. I will never go back there again.

Best store in town fix all problem and it has the best customer service

Store is nice and air conditioned with two sitting place. They have bunch of phones from budget to top of the line.However, the dude that worked there didnt set up an account correctly, didnt tell us about the pass code and secret questions. So we had to go back to the store instead of just calling metropcs. The lady was nice and fixed the issue but was half hour late to open the store (10:30 instead of 10:00).They also have a tip jar for some reason.

5/3/20. Please update the store hours to “closed” i just wasted my time driving out there for nothing! Really needed to be helped Switching my phone. Anybody in the glen cove area dont bother going,, all lights are on Even says “open” but nobody is there.. very disappointed !!

They will sell you the phone and monthly conract but when needing assistance with sim card issue or transfering data, they said, I dont know how. Really, so much for tech support! If your going to sell something know the product line!
