I got my prepaid phone activated from there, and they have lots of varieties of prepaid phones, and prices are very reasonable. I will recommend all my friends to go there to activate their prepaid phone as i am refilling my prepaid account monthly. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Stopped in to ask some questions about upgrading my phone and Ali was incredibly helpful. He spent 15 minutes educating me on new technology and showing me the options available to me. Great customer service. Ill be taking my business there from now on!

I am very to pleased to write this review, of my visit to this store, form the moment I walked in and out, I have been attended with great understanding and care, the Reps, are having highest level of product knowledge and customer service etiquettes. Terrible. My mom went in to activate my fathers new phone. Tom activated the sim card to my phone number. My mom caught it and had him changed it. This in turn meant my phone was now disconnected from the provider. The only response Tom gave my mother was to give her a new sim card for my phone despite her explaining I do not live in the area and she cannot get it to me. After finding this out I called this retailer to try to solve the problem myself. I received absolutely no help other than call 611 and talk to customer service. So now, due to the incompetence and lack of service provided by this retailer I am stuck without a phone, late to an appointment (cant access the info I need due to my phone being without provider), and sitting on hold with Verizon customer service.

In most cases you’ll probably have an easy experience, As I have over the years. But recently I purchased 2 iPhones on a bogo promotion. Simple enough. Until I didn’t receive my discount. Through an error in the transaction I wasn’t eligible. Visited the store 3 times to get it resolved, each time I was told they will contact Verizon and give me a call back. They never did. So that the last time I will be visiting them. It’s not an official Verizon store so Verizon couldn’t help me, and also they can’t process your Verizon up discounts as well.
