Employee are always friendly and efficient. Coffees and lattes are made with love! I also appreciate them going beyond and when my phone died on me, even though they did not have charges at this locations the staff landed an extra charger they had in back room.

The young Barista, is the best! I am.at this Glynn Ellyn Starbucks for drop off with my boys on Sundays and he always offers us some free for our Kiddos! Please make home.the manager! His customer service is the best!

Been my go to Starbucks for 20 years which says something since I’m in my early 30s. The staff has been consistent, they know the regulars, are friendly and quick which is key near the train station. Love this place! It is truly my third home.

I’ve been here plenty of times. The tables are sometimes dirty and the floor is sometimes sticky. They need to do a better job of cleaning this place. As for the service, you can repeat your order plenty of times but they’ll still get it wrong. Most of the time I placed my order in person, it was wrong. My suggestion is to get the Starbucks app and place the order online so they’ll get it right. The drinks taste good if they make it correctly. I would stay away from the food since I’ve seen flies in the food case. Overall, they could do a better job.

I went to breakfast here with a friend. Had a small black tea and a toasted bacon gouda egg breakfast sandwich on a sourdough roll. The tea was perfectly made, right temperature, no bitterness and they quickly brought out more half and half when I mentioned it had run out. The sandwich was delicious. Hot, but not scalding, cheese melted but not drippy, bacon tasty but not greasy, eggs fluffy and plentiful. Truly enjoyed it.

Its Starbucks, which is to say that if youve been to a few, this one will be just as unsurprising as the last. There are better coffee chains but there is something to be said for predictable too. Ive consistently found the staff to be friendly, even during the morning rush.

Im really put off by the fact that this place only had small and extra small cups for hot coffee. I ended up settling for a small pumpkin spice latte and the cup probably was just a little bit more than halfway filled with coffee and then topped off with a ridiculous amount of whipped cream. Personally I feel that with his many other Starbucks in the area I should have gone to a different one, but didnt think I would have to. In my opinion being that all of the Starbucks are overseen by the same regional manager or territory manager or whatever that may be, and I know this for a fact the guys last name is Rhodes I feel that somebody should have gone to another location and acquired a few sleeves of cups in order to make sure that the customer got what they wanted versus having to settle for something less than what they got.

If you enjoy waiting in line a long time for a very expensive cup of coffee, then this place is for you. If enjoy being surrounded by mobs of screeching teenage girls and junior high cut-ups, then this place is for you. If you enjoy drinking your coffee while standing up waiting for a place to sit, then this place is for you. If you enjoy waiting with angry behind schedule commuters while they snarl about missing their train if you dont let them ahead of you, then this place is for you.

I at least go here three times a day. I love this store they know my order, always have it ready, and is always made correctly. My favorite barista is Laurie she is super awesome!

I ordered a Peppermint Mocha Frappe. Instead I was given a toasted white chocolate mocha Frappe. I order this drink all the time around this time of year. I already knew it was wrong! I kindly asked the barista if it was a peppermint mocha frappe. I was giving her time to correct her mistake. Instead I was met with a very rude response. I told her it was not even the right color and had sprinkles, she got became ruder! How hard is it to fix the drink and give me what I ordered? I was on my way to a dinner running late, so I tried it out it hoping it be bareable. It was very watered down adding to insult. I was beyond angry so I took it and walked out. I hadnt been here in years as I moved, but am disgusted by the treatment.Summing this location up, dont try correcting certain baristas. The vibe I was given: they dont care to correct themselves and the customer is wrong.

Great coffee! probably the only Starbucks that cared enough to get my coffee orders right. and the big plus is that its in a quaint little town that has that olden days feel to it.

I stop here almost everyday when I commute home from Chicago. Its one of the best Starbucks in the area (Glen Ellyn/Glendale Heights/Bloomingdale/Lombard). Highly recommended.

It can be a little crowded and staff are moderately friendly. The have 4 arm chairs. 2 in front and 2 in back. 4 tables 1 table big enough to share and 2 areas of bar seating. They also have reserve coffees.

Normal Starbucks, really. No complaints - cozy, reasonably quick service, and nice baristas. Drinks are, of course, Starbucks standard and enjoyable to my taste.

Would not go here after 3pm. The staff in the evening isnt very knowledgable and something always goes wrong with my drink. Last time I ordered a peppermint mocha in my red reusable cup and the barista didnt know how to apply the fifty cent promo and instead of asking decided to try and charge me normal price. Asked the shift leader how to do the promo after I pointed it out. Then did not put the chocolate curls on my peppermint mocha and was annoyed when I asked for it. If Im paying $5 for a coffee I would like it to have all the ingredients included. Better training program maybe? Not the first time something has gone wrong for me here in the evening.

I ordered an strawberry acaí drink here when they weren’t very busy and it took almost 20 minutes to get my order. Not pleased with the service.

Very friendly employees!

Absolutely inexcusable. I went here to get the limited edition red, reusable holiday cup. I, and my two siblings who were also with me, each ordered a qualifying holiday beverage. When the beverages were ready, I noticed they werent in the holiday cups. I asked, but the barista brushed me off and said we ran out. Incredibly frustrating because I wouldnt have purchased anything having known it wouldnt come with a cup. After waiting on hold for half an hour, Starbucks corporate refunded my drinks. Disappointing behavior by the employees, would not return.

Great warm space and homey feel. Smaller than other Starbucks so you can actually hear yourself. Staff and baristas are always so nice and efficient.

After a few lukewarm cups of coffee from this place I gave up trying to go here. There are so many better places for a cup of coffee, much less a better breakfast sandwich. Youre in downtown, and the Einsteins is only a few blocks away.

I like this particular Starbucks because the atmosphere feels very cozy, the outside/window view is quaint (downtown Glen Ellyn), the Baristas are really nice as well - great people. So yup! 5/5!

Staff is always friendly, drinks well made, but this is a heavily trafficked location and it shows. Also, it is a decent sized space but not much actual seating, so room for improvement here.

I am tired of going into this location and the customer service is aweful. Got two shots in a caramel frap and she threw away the extra. I paid for those shots! Oh it wasnt that much she says. Ughh! DOES IT MATTER? I paid for extra shots i didnt get! All i can say is most of them there act very careless and dumb! Get it together!!!
