HORRIBLE! There was NO cashier upfront to check out customers. Went there at 4:30 on November 3rd. Tried to use the self checkout but it didnt work. Was stuck in the store with about 8 other frustrated customers who were also waiting to check out. I finally just put my item back and left very upset that my time was wasted by negligence of an employee who was not there to check customers out. Will NEVER shop there again!
I visit this CVS because it is close to my job, but I am not a fan. The people working here are incredibly lazy and there is hardly ever anyone by the register. One time the cashier actually took a break and just told me to go to the pharmacy to check out. Super inconsiderate and slow staff. Their store is also never stocked with basic items like water and Coke and most of the time shelves stay empty for weeks on end. If someone has an issue with the self checkout sometimes it takes the staff 10+ minutes to notice. If you have the option to go somewhere else, do it.
Greeted when you walk in, and helped if needed.
Came in to drop some packages off. The cashier working on April 29th at 8pm was terrible at doing her job. She wasnt present at the store had to run to the pharmacy so they could page her to the front. One she saw I had a good amount of packages to drop off which would not have been an issue for anyone. But clearly she didnt want to do any work and said we shouldnt even be bringing these packages here for her to scan. It takes up her time. If you plan to get in and out of this store you definitely wont.
This is by far the worst CVS I have ever been to! All thanks to their manager and his lack of customer service! How did this waste of space become manager? Because it certainly wasnt because of his knack for good customer service! He and his employee working the register ignored the fact I needed help at the self check out for 20 minutes! The cashier serviced 2 other customers before she even looked at me and the 3rd customer in line was the one that brought me to the cashiers attention! The manager walked passed me twice, a foot away from me! He only came to help when I started to complain and talk loudly! This manager was not interested in providing good customer service at all! Most managers at other, better places (like Walgreens) would do something kind for the customer for the inconvenience. Not this guy. My call to corporate seemed to be pointless as well.
When I walked in and started looking around I wondered why this place looked a lot nicer than the Walgreens near my house. Obviously it was because its a CVS and not a Walgreens that looks so different lol. Well I was wandering around looking for what I needed I was approached by Beverly who was the cashier and she gave me some great advice and was really kind. She had to go back up to ring up a customer but in the meantime I was engaged by Josh and I think he was a manager. He was very helpful and also gave me a good recommendation. This place is near my work and if I need to go to a drugstore Im going back to this one! Thanks Josh and Beverly for a great experience.
This is from a visit on 12/3 at ~730p. If CVS Cares, they should take a look at who was working. Very disappointed in the customer service of the staff. Had issues with my purchase at self serve and she said she would help me and then walked me over and then said oh no not me...my register is not open, he will be checking you out. Makes me wait. Then She walks away. Then the young guy behind register is struggling with another customer order and needs her help. She comes back. They work with her for about 10 minutes and let a line build up. 2 of us left. I will never go back here. This is not the first time the cashiers have been unhelpful.
I had my wife schedule an appointment for a covid test. I left work cause of shortness of breath. I got to the cvs early cause I dont drive and I called number provided with my confirmation email. Told them I here they said go through drive up window. I said I dont drive well we cant test you lady said. Parking lot was empty and it would be a liability . Anyway I went in to ask again what I can do I was told to google a free clinic for testing. I have amazing union Insurance. Im so sickened with what happened I will be contacting as many people as I can. Its reasons like this that make the problem worse
The MAIN reason I shop at CVS is Beverly!! I needed some CVS brand liquid soap refill which was on a special sale, and I called ahead as I am handicapped, and Beverly found it for me and set it aside at the checkout for me. When I arrived, she helped me with a special offer to save even more! She is a great lady, very dedicated, kind and super helpful! She really cares about customers and makes them feel welcome! In the past, I have found others working there are very friendly as well! Thank you Beverly, for your great service, help and friendly kindness!! :) 😊
The main problem with this CVS, although freshly built, is the ridiculous nature of the building preventing cell phones from operating inside of it. I am shocked that they are allowed to operate. Forget being able to ask for emergency services inside this place or quickly look up an item you were trying to remember to buy. Who allowed this place to be constructed with such a blatant safety hazard.
My wife went to this CVS and was called mentally ill when she requested a copy of her receipt.Honestly, I hope this was an anomaly. But it was disheartening customer service.
Sometimes ill shop here because of the deals they be having.
FYI they close at 10. Not midnight.
Happy to have such s nice CVS close by. Everyone has been helpful and delightful.
I love the store its clean and new plus they have all the kids cough meds like the lollipops and powdered stuff
Thanks for help me beverly!😁😁😁
They dont know how to operate their computers, I tried to load money on my PayPal to pay my bills and the manager was trying to use a system thats been outdated for over a year This place sucks
