I went to trade my ticket for 20 bucks and they gave me a fake 20 dollar bill

If I could give negative stars, I would. The gas attendant racially profiled me & refused to accept a perfectly fine $10 bill. Not to mention, he too was of minority race. I am completely disgusted with my experience here & will never return again.

Just bought gas and coffee.

Everytime I try to use my mymixx it never works so today I went inside waking up my sleeping child. When I explained it wouldnt work the employees just kinda looked at me like I was stupid and another lady was having the same problem and the other employee was rude to her. Never coming to this gas station ever again! I pay more at BP but at least I get fantastic customer service

Don’t buy Shell gas but their employees have good customer service.
