Friendly service & great prices! My phone screen was completed shattered and they fixed it very quickly!!

Overpriced and they tell you so much lies just to get money. They compare all their prices to msrp prices years ago. I find more things at best buy smh.

I took my IPhone to get the screen repaired but he gave it back worse than how I took it in. It was a 45 minute repair Job but Once I came back for it he said that he needed more time to work on it, overnight. I asked why but he said that my phone was too old and he couldn’t put the screen back correctly. He took a few more minutes to get the screen in right, and tried to rush me when looking over the phone. I brought up to his attention that the home button was not working but he replied saying that that’s how I brought the phone in, he went to the back and brought the screen he “replaced” to prove that it was already broken but he clearly shattered the screen when he took it off. He said it was not his fault but he could fix for an additional $50 on top of the $120 I was already on the hook for. The replacement screen is of the lowest quality, colors are off on pictures and when I try to record it shakes uncontrollably. I took my business thinking that I was helping a business in the community but I’m the end it was not worth it. Definitely do not recommend this place:

I would give zero stars if I could do not come to this guy he is a liar and a thief I took my daughters phone to get repaired and he ended up returning the phone with the screws missing to hold the screen in place now he is refusing to replace them or at least give us the original ones stay away from this place and I would go to 59th and Olive

My teenager dropped her phone in water and I have accident coverage which I could have used, but tell a teenager they won’t have a phone for up to 3 weeks!! Well to make a long story short I brought it in to the Phone Doctor for them to look at it, and he assured me he could fix it, and the price was so reasonable and he fixed it like new!! And she had only had to suffer without her phone for one day!! Thank you, thank you! Kept the peace in my household LOL! Truly impressed with the cost and expert service!!!

I found them bbn on a app. Fb marketplace, offer up or let go. I dont remember which. Showed up to purchase.a phone for them to tell me it was gone. Where was the message or phone call saying it was not avalible???

I can’t thank Dimitri enough! He fixed my Samsung S9 that was water damaged and now works flawlessly. He fixed it for a reasonable price (best in the valley) and was fast with the repair. Would recommend the store to anyone with a cellphone.

DO NOT GO HERE! Worst place you can take anything! They stripped a screw on my brand new phone and now want to charge me $250 to fix their mistake! Pay the couple extra dollars and go to Apple. Now after the dumb girl strips a screw, dmitri says he will fix it and I told him I have an appointment at Apple to check it and he tripled the price!

You’ve officially been reported to the BBB . Don’t bring your phones here or to his other shop on 43rd Avenue & Bethany Home Rd. These people have no clue what they are doing. Donot trust them with any soldering either they stick tape on your motherboard and lie straight to your face about it. This guy Chauncey bent my motherboard and they won’t take responsibility for it now I’m out of a phone because the owner Demitri hired people who are pretty much experimenting on your devices they don’t know anything.

Wouldnt recommend this company, nothing about my experience went smooth, they kept my phone for multiple days sending me back and forth between the 2 stores (51ave&103ave). Also didnt fix my screen the first round & ended up charging me another time. My phone works now after $400.00

I went in to get my cracked phone screen repaired. Ended up waiting 2 hours and 45 minutes. There was one person working, and she was new so she had to keep calling her boss to ask how to fix the screen. I also bought tempered glass, and she wasted two pieces of it because the first ones were crooked and had air bubbles and cracked when she took it off. The glass is still crooked and the corners are not applied fully.Worst part is that my phone battery is totally shot. I dont know what was done to it, but now I have to keep it plugged in, and a full charge lasts less than 4 hours. This new employee should have never worked on my phone for that price. Save yourself the money and time better spent somewhere else.

Just picked up my daughters phone to fix it so it can charge now the damn thing will charge but you cant do nothing with it cause they screwed up the screen and saying that they cant verify stuff well it was@ 76 percent and functional yall need to fix it. Going to call the manager.
