Dont bother! Went two different days in an earnest effort to keep my business local. Both days closed! This site stated they were open, as did their phone message. I happened to run into the possible owner who sternly told me they were closed as I went to the door. She then pointed to a very small and badly faded, hand-written sign on the door. My bad for not seeing this unprofessional sign. Their bad for not updating this electronic site, nor updating their outgoing phone message stating their new Summer hours when it is December 29! I will not return to this poorly managed studio. If I choose to do business with Merle Norman, it will be online, and to no benefit of this local Glendale store.

The make-up is great, but I the service from previous shops. She nice, but she cant answer questions about skin products and she doesnt give samples. My former location gave a sample of your choice with every transaction. Helped me determine what worked for my skin.

We no longer have a Merle Norman in Flagstaff & I LOVE their make-up! 😞However, I drove down to Glendale & Pam hooked me up. 😄 Next time she said she could mail it to me which is AWESOME! Thanks Pam! 🙋

I love the products and the service was just as great.

So i made an appointment for special event make up and when i got in there, just one lady was working. She was maybe forty with short hair. All i can say is that it was absolutely atrocious. Payed $35 for absolute garbo. All i can say is the lady was really nice. I dont think she was supposed to do makeup however, because when i made the appointment she reffered to the girls, but i dont really know. All i know is she wasnt a professional
