Annie has been doing my moms hair for 20+ years, shes amazing and I had the pleasure of getting my hair done by charmaine who help me achieve the style Ive been searching for for years.

Sephora has a great selection of makeup and skin care products. They carry affordable and luxury brands. The staff is knowledgeable on the products and this store is staffed well so there’s always someone to help.

Walked in looking for something, walked out happier than ever! I’ve always been sooscared of going into these places, not sure why.. but I was treated so well, was color matched and everything! My daughter started to fuss and the lady helping me didn’t mind one bit! So excited to get my birthday present :)

We had a very nice experience in the smaller Sephora located also in JCPenney and Melissa took time to personally walk us through the store and gave us helpful tips, products, and opinions on which products would work for us.

By far the worse customer service experience in one of the Sephora I visit. Two workers, one of them was helping a customer the other one was cashing out a friend? They were having a conversation that couldve waited until she cash the rest of the line with 4 people including myself. There was no sense of urgency to help everyone else. I waited patiently but enough is enough being disrespectful by not caring and continue the intense conversation that once the other worker got done helping the other customer instead of cashing out she decided to join!Absolutely ridiculous!

Like most Sephora’s Inside JCP, they’re always out of what I’m looking for. Poorly stocked, dirty, and employees always look at you like you’re stealing. I spend too much money in Sephora for these stores to be so dirty and unkept.

This smaller store does tend to get overwhelmed easily, but if you have the time to wait, you wont be disappointed. BE WARNED: if youre in a rush (on a busy weekend), hop over to the stand-alone Sephora where more staff is on the clock! OTHERWISE: the staff inside JCP takes care of its customers with helpful, targeted recommendations and is happy to create samples to take home (sans judgement).Michelle recently gave me a custom makeover and I was completely blown away. I am often outfitted with the same look, and Michelle acted outside the box. She was professional, patient and consistently checked in to be sure Id be confident in rocking my new look. Ill be back for casual shopping and CMs. Thanks, Michelle!

The Sunday evening staff is super snobby and rude. Professionalism girls, if you dont like your job, you might just better quit.
