I worked with Diane to purchase my engagement ring. Throughout the entire experience she was extremely helpful, always followed up and was very friendly. She never forgot the particulars of my situation and always went out of her way to accommodate them. She was patient and answered my questions honestly. She never forced me into a purchase rather she listened and advised. I have already shared my experience with many other people because of Diane’s friendliness and professionalism.

Friendly staff. Serious about the 6ft social distance rule. Very helpful and clean! The only concern is that a lot of people were touching the jewelry and its hard not to touch and touch it when the sales agent shows it to you. But they provided sanitizers and felt great either way. I love coming here. Will definitely come back

Came here today to smell their perfumes and was met delightfully with Diane! She was very knowledgeable, personable, and made me feel very open with asking any questions as she let me know about how I could add that Tiffany blue color to one of my heart pendants on my necklace. (Which I will definitely be emailing her to do and get that process started.) Thank you so much, Diane!

Cant say enough. Prices range from affordable to out of my league, but theres nothing like the look on her face when she sees that Teal colored box and that white bow. Trust me fellas, its a winner

Worst Tiffany experience ever. I asked them to shorten my necklace and paid $70 for it. The guy who helped me was very unprofessional and rude. He didn’t even measure the size. I thought he was very good and maybe he could just do it with his eyes. It turned out the modified necklace would choke me to death. I had to wait another two weeks. Several weeks after I received my necklace, I wanted it to be slightly modified because they told me alteration is free within 6 months. However, when I went to the store, they told me I would have to pay again! This is not the service quality I would expect from Tiffany. I would have my engagement ring ordered from Tiffany, but now I’m hesitating if Tiffany’s after sale service is so bad, why would I choose Tiffany?

They have a really good selection here, it would be nice if I was given a chance to look around without having someone hover over me like I am going to take something. It seems to be an issue at the store. Shame

Customer service was great. I came here to buy a gift for my girlfriend and I know nothing about jewelry. They were very informative and helped me get just the right thing (Even though I didnt know what it was :)) Will come again the next time I need a gift of sorts.

Went to this Tiffany location and the customer service was excellent. My Tiffany key charm blue enamel came off. Vic our excellent salesperson verified when it was purchased and replaced it at no charge. Thank you Vic. I will continue to buy at Tiffanys.

Walking in I was greeted I walked in to finally buy the bracelet I had my eye on 😍 I got immediately questioned “ If I could get helped something in particular” I bought the bracelet and was given a tiny gift box not one for a bracelet . My Tiffany experience was totally not worth the service I got . I didn’t get a chance to shop or browse as if they assumed I wasn’t buying . I believe her name was Ally or Allie ?? Honestly I wanted the pendant to go with my bracelet.

Wish I wore jewelry more often love key diamond...great that they have playing cards and other cute gifts

The Service: When the sales sense I am not going to purchase, the attitude change. The body language is so obvious!! Even when I am asking her a questions, no eye contact... she continues doing other things. Not professional and poor customer service.The Parking: Americana parking structure. Or if you dont mind walking, you can park at Glendale Galleria (free) and walk across the street.
