Disappointed with how I was treated on the phone. After requesting to make an appointment for an inspection and oil change of my high mileage TDI, I was told no, as this would take away from more lucrative jobs. I said I understand and explained that I fully expect to pay for the time it takes to go through the car. I also made it clear that I was willing to spend some money on it, and at that point I was basically laughed off the phone. It was my understanding that this is THE place for TDI service and many of these TDIs have high miles like mine. Oh well, Ill find someone else to help me get my car past 500k miles and beyond.

From the simple tire recommendations, fuel additives, general maintenance to low power / limp mode to chip tuning with Kerma to the OMG unknown issue that no one can figure out; Diesel Land is your place and owner Anuthee is your guy.

These guys have done a lot of great work on my 2012 Sprinter (144 high top) that I converted to a camper van. Theyve done all my oil changes, brakes, diagnosed and repaired some weird suspension noises, fixed the leaking factory A/C unit, and greased the rear axle. I also bought an awesome set of tires from them, which have really helped my rear wheel drive Sprinter in the snow (ask them about the Nokian Rotiiva AT Plus). Theyre less expensive than the dealer, and they always top off my DEF and wiper fluid, which the dealer never did for me. I will always use this shop for all my Sprinter repairs!

The dealership quoted $2,400 for the turbo plus the cost of the mechanics time. Ive been forgetting to leave a review for like a month now, but Anuthee and the folks over at Diesel Land are awesome. I had just bought a 2012 Jetta Sportwagen TDI, and didnt have any records of what maintenance was or was not done on the vehicle, so we did the full 80k service, some new Nokians, and a tune. After a month of driving around on the fresh rubber, tune, and fluids, and I can really say that they did an awesome job. I was able to schedule ahead of time, and they were prompt and on time with everything.Definitely going to use them whenever I need work done on my TDI.

Anuthee and his team at Diesel Land are awesome! We had taken our car to a local repair shop for a strut repair, and they forgot to fasten bolts, which left the steering loose and unreliable. Anuthee checked it all out, fixed the steering, and did an oil change. I felt very confident taking the car to Diesel Land, because he has serviced our VWs in the past and knows them. My wife and I bought a 2005 VW Passat TDI wagon for a last minute road trip to Mexico. A friend had recommended Diesel Land, and I’m really glad she did. I called Anuthee to ask about taking a look at it, he called me back on his day off and we discussed some issues the car may have. I dropped the car off on a Monday around 11 and Anuthee called around 4 to discuss what should be done and what could wait until after the trip. We gave him the go ahead to make the repairs, and let him know we needed it by Wednesday night as we were leaving Thursday morning. He and his team basically removed the motor and replaced the critical parts needed, all at the last minute for us. We drove the car almost 4,000 miles over 10 days to Mexico and back, with no issues. The fact that he understood our urgency and was able to squeeze us in at the last minute was awesome. You can tell that Anuthee loves what he does, by how thorough he is with his inspection and the in depth explanation of what needs to be done. I can’t thank Anuthee and his team enough for getting the repairs done so quickly and giving my family the security of knowing we wouldn’t have any issues on our road trip. Best mechanic I have ever dealt with. If you own any VW/Audi TDI and live anywhere close to within driving distance you have to find Dieselland. My son just inherited my old MK4 Golf TDI when the alternator died because the fuel pump was leaking all over it. My local garage was going to charge me thousands to replace the pump. Anuthee talked us through repairing the pump and replacing the alternator ourselves. Then he sold us the parts to upgrade the turbo, fuel injectors and suspension and talked us through doing all that work ourselves too. We just brought the car to him to check our work and do the things we couldnt do ourselves. Now the car is better than new and absolutely rips! More importantly it was an unbelievable father/son pandemic project. Thanks Anuthee!

Two and a half years ago we were on our way from Illinois back to our home in Utah. Just outside of Cheyenne theTDI lost power. A friend who owns a VW place in Portland referred me to diesel land . A friend Brighton rented a trailer they came and rescued me and hauled me 2 Diesel Land. And one hour he went through the entire intake and replace all the seals and not only got me back on the road but solved a vacuum leak problemthat the TDI had had for two solid years and could not find. Now the TDI is having hiccups again and Diesel Land is clear over in Golden and I dont know who to turn to. You are so good maybe you can diagnose it over the phone! 😀

I have gone to Anuthee for years (7 or 8 now I think) since I moved to CO. I own a 2001 VW Jetta TDI. Been a member of the TDIClub forums and found him through there. He was HIGHLY recommended and regarded as one of, if not THE, best in the nation for TDI service. Well, he has proven that correct.I have had timing belt, suspension, oil changes, brakes, computer swap, key issues, etc. taken care of here. He uses OEM or better parts that he has tried and tested on his own vehicles. Yes, he actually owns and drives the same vehicles he works on. First and foremost he is an enthusiast and treats every vehicle like it is his own. Prices are way better than the dealer and he is significantly more competent.I am in the process of buying an Audi gasser now (damn you TDI emissions scandal!) and one of my biggest factors in deciding on a new vehicle is that I dont want to lose Anuthee as my mechanic (he is even doing the pre-purchase inspection). If that isnt a testament to this shop, I dont know what is!

Great TDI shop

Ive used Anuthee a couple times and have referred multiple friends here. Anuthee is not your average mechanic; he is extremely intelligent and understands the mechanics, engineering, electronics, and physics of how and WHY things work the way they do on your TDI. Most mechanics pull codes and throw parts at problems to hopefully fix it the first time whereas Anuthee understands why the computer is throwing the code it is, what is happening with the voltage in the sensors, and where the source of the real problem actually lies. This isnt a big dealership with a shuttle, wifi, cookies, and absurdly overconfident junior techs; this is the place you go to get it done right and for a fair price.

I found Anuthee through TDI club and contacted him to do some work on a new to me 2001 Golf. I drove 4 hours to drop my TDI off with him and knew right when I pulled up and met him that I had made it to the right place. After a quick drive in my car we talked about what all I wanted done and Anuthee took care of everything. My car has performed flawlessly in the 15,000 miles since I had it serviced and Anuthee actually told me a few things I asked him to do didnt need done. Its amazing to find someone who is honest these days especially as a mechanic! Im used to mechanics who want to throw parts at cars instead of actually troubleshoot things to fix the real problem. Anuthee is the only person (other than myself) that I will let work on my car now.

Started taking my TDI here about a year ago and as long as I am in Denver I will continue to. Anuthee has great prices and is very honest.

My 2009 Sportwagen TDI had electronic issues. No cruise control, windows not working properly, brake lights not working, etc. They sorted through all the wiring issues and only charged me for the wiring they used, not their time. Cant recommend these guys enough.
