Amazing customer service from Shawn who helped us sample, pick delicious gelato and even brought by great chocolate gelato with toasted marshmallow topping for free! He made our morning amazing. We all had lemon sorbet and thought that was the best, all flavors delicious. Thank you so much!

Amore makes a decent gelato. I don’t feel like I’m in Rome when I’m eating it, but still good. They offer a pretty standard selection of flavors with a couple deviations into more creative fare. Portions are generous. It’s a pretty good option for something cool while walking the 16th Street Mall.

Good crepes. Employee are friendly but not engaging. In other words, you are treated like just another person walking into the shop. Kinda blah.Making it more of a welcoming atmosphere would probably put this place on the map. The crepes and gelato are good but not quite special enough to stand on their own. Needs atmosphere.

Walked in at 645 PM and was greeted by an incredibly rude employee who gave us multiple eye rolls and attitude. This used to be my favorite place. Not anymore, what a joke. Guess she didnt want our money. Wish I could give it 0 stars. Unbelievable.

I liked this place. The food is made fresh before your eyes (which can slow down service a bit, but thats fine). In addition, the food is pretty good. I ordered a crepe and coffee which, thanks to a special, came with some free gelato. The food was fresh and the prices were pretty decent. I found the server to be friendly and helpful with her suggestions. I would eat there again if I am ever back in the area.

Ive been wanting to try this place even before I actually moved to LA and boy did it not disappoint. I passed by it multiple times, always scared off by the long line up at night but I ended up going on a weekday morning so needless to say, there was no line this time. It was so so delicious and I will come back again!

Great gelato, crepes are amazing. Been here multiple times and will probably be going again. Lots of interesting flavors to choose from for gelato, lot more then you can get at the supermarket. Prices arent bad and the staff are friendly.

Walked in at 816pm on a Friday evening and the attendant tells me the crepe station was closed. This same attendant was more interested in looking at some photos on a phone a male friend was showing her than actually walking me through whatever else was available. Too bad I couldn’t get a chance to taste and rate your food. Attitude and presentation plays a big part in customer service...and reviews.

Friendly staff, large serving, but the gelato was fluffy/airy and didnt have much flavor. Most flavors just tasted creamy with and after though of what it was called.

Watermelon macaron ice cream sandwich! Best thing ever! The macaron part has the right texture plus the refreshing watermelon ice cream (with chocolate chips) makes the perfect combo. Tried the banana caramel one and that one is just alright.Next time Im ordering the watermelon ice cream sandwich with an extra scoop of watermelon ice cream. Yes, it is that good!

Got really awesome birthday cake flavored gelato, and the girl working was named Ella, and she was really nice and helpful. Great atmosphere and very clean inside.

Kids loved their gelato and I had an awesome dessert crepe.

We visited Amore Gelato & Crepes three times so far and never got to try any crepes unfortunately. The first time, we went there thirty minutes before the store closes and were told they had shut down the crepe station an hour before the store closes. Another time we showed up a couple hours before the closing time and were told they ran out of batter by an employee who appeared to be high. For the third time, we visited the store a few hours before the closing time and were told they ran out of batter again.... Well, we wont be visiting here again.

Service was distracted by their personal phone. The gelato was too soft, temp of the refrigerator unit is too high. Other than typical 16th Street fair is was a decent visit.

Good gelato. Small seating area, but this is downtown and when the weather is nice the seating in the Sixteenth Street Mall is pleasant.

Walked in to get ice cream/frozen yogurt to enjoy while walking on 16th street. Enjoyed it very much. Choice of flavors was amazing. Service was quick and prompt.

Really dissapointing. More like ice cream than gelato, and among our group we tried numerous flavors, which tasted artificial and not fresh and fruity. The chocolate and coffee flavors were good but basic. Nothing special.

Pretty great & quality gelato, priced @ ~$6 a person. Main issue is seating, of which there is none, unless theres just two of you and hopefully no other customers.

Espresso & gelato is probably the only thing better than coffee & ice cream.

We have season tickets to National Western Stock Show and Rodeo. Last year, our daughter made a menu suggestion to the owner of the Crazy Crepes booth for a fruit crepe and its now on the menu this year together with their awesome savory crepes (which were voted best food at the stock show by The Denver Post). They also added gelato and now they have a physical restaurant space in Denver, in addition to their booth at the stock show and catering business. Their restaurant is known as Amore Gelato, where they serve both the crepes and gelato.

Crepes were closed, and the young girls tried to rush us out the door. Even though there was no one else in the store. We walked out without ordering. Teach your employees some customer service please.

I had not tried this place for a long time. I finally had a chance to go back and I must say I was extremely disappointed. I tried the pistachio, mascarpone and dulce de leche. All of them tasted artificial and almost the same. I think they use the same gelato base and then add food colors and extracts. Never again.

Couldnt find no one would pick up keep disconnecting call so couldnt get better directions than phone gps walked all through the stores so assuming your closed down or under a different name

Ever heard of a crepe-o-lato? Imagine a crepe with gelato in it and Nutella. Thats what I like to get here, along with a complimentary heart attack.Service is alright here and thats quite alright.

They have Guiness flavored Gelato for St. Patricks day. Very good place and not badly priced.

Went there yesterday ... i requested the junior size 5 dollars... got possibly the worst terrible scoops... by that i mean very small amounts and felt robbed. Needless to day i wont be coming back

I got the smores gelato and it was amazing. I got the junior size and it was still huge. Loved it. Located on 16th street, it has a fun atmosphere.
