They have several options for cookies. One i was not so impressed with was the pineapple cookie cuz i though it was overcooked. But apparently after some time under the heat the cookie became so soft. All the other cookies were moist and crumbly. I liked the most Rainbow one.

Really wanted to like this place but the cookie was completely raw in the middle, disgustingly raw. I couldnt pick the cookie up to even attempt to eat it whole. I figured at first that it was just really soft, so I ate the edge I did manage to pick up, only to discover the middle was straight up raw dough. Honestly have no idea how they even got it into the box like that 🤢

The cookies are so soft, yummy, and worth it. If you have never been to crumble cookies you got to try there! They rotate the recipes every week and always have something new. I had their peanut butter and jelly cookie and never really liked peanut butter cookies. Was super delicious and will definitely come back for more. Super sweet and good if you have a sugar craving.

We LOVE Crumbl! I think we go about once a week. Their cookies are out of this world and SO BIG! Worth every penny. Keep the new weekly flavors coming!

I am still mad at the friend who first introduced me to Crumbl. My addiction started then and every week that I go without checking the app is a win for me! Crumbl is how I let friends and colleagues know that I’m thinking of them, the delicious cookies are the cure for a bad day and a way to celebrate. We even had 500 Crumbl cookies at our wedding two weeks ago. Seriously, the best cookies. Period.

My highschooler went in tonight with a $20 bill he got for his birthday to get a box of 4 he was so excited to try. The Golden, Colorado location doesnt want to be bothered keeping a cash register for THEIR CUSTOMERS convenience, so their sign says, Exact change, card preferred. They were happy to STEAL his change on a $14.68 purchase and NO CHANGE! I called several other locations and they have never even heard of such a thing. Do yourself a favor and skip Golden!

Horrible customer service. Placed an order through the crumble app, the app said the order was delivered but it never was. Called the store and the person we talked to was super rude. She said that because it goes through door dash we were out of luck. Then calls back 10 minutes later and says we can get a refund only if we talk to Door Dash again with a bunch of nasty attitude. I understand it’s not their fault but why take it out on a customer that just got ripped off? I finally get ahold of Door Dash and they tell me i have to contact the store. Call the store a THIRD time and the very rude woman says she finally refunded me. She sent me on a wild goose chase because she didn’t want to refund me. Never ordering from Crumbl or this store again.

These are the best cookies ever. Different flavors every week. Always delicious and fresh. The workers are always friendly and polite. These cookies are so amazing I would come in even if the workers sucked but they don’t. Just be prepared to keep coming back after you eat your first one. You won’t be disappointed.

We came in 30 minutes before close and bought a box of 4 cookies and it’s our first time ever trying crumbl and they gave us four free cookies and said they were on them they were so kind and sweet and made our experience totally worth it.

Ive gone here occasionally and almost every cookie had been delicious! The only exception is one was burnt today, but the experience with the employees have been top notch! Maybe, just check the cookies better next time :)

First time going here, I am so impressed!! I got chocolate chip, mint chocolate chip, Snickers, and key lime. I was bummed they were out of the sugar cookies, but I guess Ill have to go back. $13 for 4 cookies seemed steep before I tried them, but they are totally worth the price. Cant wait to go back and try more!!

These cookies were SO GOOD when they first opened. Lately, the cookies are borderline raw inside which makes most of them taste like play doh. Id rather have regular-sized cookies cooked all the way through.

If you have not tried this place you need to give it a try. I highly recommend them.

Crumbl Cookies are amazingly delicious. They have a tremendous pool of cookie recipes to delight us with. Ive tried 25 different Crumbl Cookie flavors and have thoroughly enjoyed each one.The service has also been excellent. I really appreciate being able to place my order online and having my order brought directly to my vehicle upon my arrival. All so smooth, quick, and efficient.

Super cool concept, I love the way the cookies are decorated so a+ for appearance and presentation. I also love the atmosphere and decor of the inside of the store as well as the experience with ordering from their tablet while you wait in line. However I am not a huge fan of the cookies themselves. They are way too sweet for my liking you basically are eating nothing but colored sugar. How much more enjoy a cookie that tastes like cookie dough not a sugar jar

Crumbl has some of the best cookies I have ever had. They also warm up the cookies and have specialties that change weekly, so I know I will keep coming back.

Most of the time, the cookies are great. Occasionally one of the new cookies isnt quite the bomb. The variety is awesome, the only negative is that you have to get/use the app to order ahead, they dont allow online orders anymore.

I do not want to download yet another app. A company the size of Crumbl it might consider a browser-based ordering option, similar to other companies of the size. They also may consider taking phone orders. If pizza companies can do it, Crumbl should be able to.

Love how they swap out the cookie flavors weekly so there’s always a reason to come back and try another cookie. I always get the 4 pack of cookies and share and taste some of each cookie I get. We had an issue with one of our cookies and they fixed it don’t away!

The cookies are 5 star. Order convenience gets 1 star. In order to order ahead for curbside pickup you HAVE to download their app. They would not take my order over the phone and I can no longer do it online. No cookies for me today. Im short on time and wanted to order ahead. Oh well, 1st world problem as my daughter would say.

I have never been a huge cookie person, but I love Crumble. I love how they change their menu every week but always have at least one or two familiar flavors like sugar or chocolate chip. So you dont have to worry about not being able to pick the one you dont know if you will like. They have excellent fast service, and the cookies are always warm when you pick them up!! I think you get your moneys worth when you order with Crumble!

Honestly some of the best cookies Ive ever tried. This was our first time in, and the girl at the front did a great job explaining everything and the special cookies of the week. We tried the brownie peanut butter, Oreo, Lemon swirl and of course the classic chocolate chip. They were all amazing.

I have to be honest and say that I have never been a cookie person, or much for sweets in general. It was only recently that my husband tried talking me into trying Crumbl that I caved and gave it a shot. After looking at the weekly menu I decided on a chilled sugar cookie. Oh. My!.. Hands down, one of the best cookies I’ve ever taste! Of course this led me to trying more of them. I have many favorites now and am hooked. Definitely try this place if you haven’t yet. The cookies are always soft and PERFECTLY baked to a soft deliciousness.

Cookies are always great, what can I say...the issue today was again customer service. We ordered for pick up at 11am. We arrived at 11am to pick up and sent the text. 10 minutes later we had to go inside to see the problem. They apparently did not get the text and informed the cookies would not be ready for another 15 minutes. We finally pulled out at 11:30. What’s the point of ordering ahead if they are not ready? If we say 11am and we’re late, and we have cold cookies, that is our fault. Worst of all no compassion, apology, or understanding from Vanessa. A simple, “I’m so sorry or my apologies, here is a free milk for your time” would have been wonderful.

The price of a $5 “tip” seems excessive considering they aren’t serving me they are simply handing me a box of cookies. The cookies are expensive so you would think they could pay their employees well enough instead expecting customers to subsidize their income. It’s especially frustrating that I HAD to pay the tip before I even received the cookies. That isn’t a tip. That’s a service fee. Call it what it is. A tip is based on their performance, it’s not a set amount required upon ordering.

I love baking, but sometimes, the novelty of this place and the ever changing menu is just as special as getting homemade cookies—probably more so in the current social climate. We all know food is the sixth love language, Crumbl is my go-to when I want to tell someone I love them without coating my own kitchen in flour. So far, no one has complained. Download the app and follow the changing menu, chances are you’ll find out for yourself why they’re opening stores faster than Starbucks is these days.

Delicious treats in nice boxes perfect for gifting. Very pleasant customer service and I especially appreciated the way you order on the screen and the employees recieve the order instantly so your box is ready to go before you even finish paying.

From your average cookie milk chocolate chip (amazing) to bizarre flavors like pop tart (I was weary), cookies and cream milkshake, muddy buddies to churro! They taste exactly like you imagine they would. You can buy these cookies as a single, in a four pack (your choice) or in a larger box. If you order through the app you have the ability to order curbside and and you earn crumbs (rewards program). Definitely a must try even just once. I promise you WILL be addicted! Enjoy cheers!

I love crumble cookie but this location has had awful service and they run out of the most popular cookies before the end of the week. Even the customers that came in after us wanted the same cookies and left without buying any. Presentation should be a pride for your workers and it is obviously not at this location!

If I could rate this place 0 Stars I would. I placed an order with doordash for a party pack to be delivered as a gift as a token of my gratitude to a hotel that I was staying at, for there above and beyond service. Full 2 hours after placing my order they have the Dasher come pick it up, when he arrived they told him that they were out of cookies and to contact me to cancel the order. By that point in time it was too late to order a replacement gift order from any similar type of business. Why they accepted in order they could not fill or why it was not already filled by the time the Dasher came to pick it up is beyond me. I was then stuck with apologizing to the hotel for not being able to come through with the gift that I already sent them the information for and ask him if there was anything else I could do for them which is a horrible position to be in for anyone giving a gift. The way that they handled my order was extremely unprofessional should not have happened and was completely unavoidable and they made absolutely zero effort of any kind to attempt to make it right with me. They should not have had the Dasher reach out to me they should have reached out to me and apologized and you know maybe offered me something to offset my inconvenience and disappointment. But no I received nothing, not even the courtesy of a phone call.You do not do business like this.

Visited this location for the first time a few days ago, and got an assorted box. I didn’t realize the carrot cookies have peanut toppings (btw these cookies are AMAZING! They taste like cinnamon rolls in cookie form!). Anyways, Adora was helping me out, and explained which cookie was which when I picked them up, and offhand I asked to confirm there’s no peanut anywhere, as my boyfriend has a severe peanut allergy. Adora confirmed the carrot cookies do have peanuts, and very graciously remade both boxes for me to be super careful. The carrot cookies are frosted fresh, so I had no concerns about contamination.Really appreciate her patience and willingness to redo the box for our safety. The cookies are SUH GOOD, and I can’t wait to go back. Thanks, Adora!
