Im pretty sure our photos might say it all! But to elaborate Krista and her team are INCREDIBLE. They created such a beautiful display for our cake and cupcakes that everyone raved about it. We love all their cupcakes but we chose lemon, cookie dough, red velvet, and double chocolate for our cupcake flavors and carrot cake for our personal cake. All of which were just fabulous. We hired Gold Mine Cupcakes for our wedding. The provided cupcakes and a cutting cake. They were delicious. We got many compliments. We had leftovers, and we enjoyed them a few days after- they still tasted just as fresh! They were fast to respond to each message, were friendly, and great to work with. So happy with Gold Mine providing our wedding dessert.

Gold mine cupcakes did the cake for my wedding. We got both gluten free and regular cupcakes along with a gluten free cutting cake. and they were phenomenal! Finding good gluten free cake is a challenge that they nailed not only did everything taste great it did not cost an arm and a leg I could not beleive we paid so little for so much. Try them out you wont regret it!

Goldmine cupcakes is the cutest family owned cupcake shop youll ever go into. I got the strawberry rhubarb and lemon blueberry and they were both so moist. Writing this right now is giving me flashback to two weeks ago when I had them last. Moist, doesnt fall apart, and so very tasty! A place you need to stop if your in golden.

$15 for a dozen mini cupcakes. Perfect size and not overwhelming. This place is extremely popular. Co workers grabbed some before I could take a picture of the various cupcakes! Im not a fan of overly sweet and the fact they give more cupcake then frosting is a plus for me! Moist, soft, and delicious!

Does this place need another 5 star review? Probably not, but Im gonna do it anyway. These are probably the best cupcakes Ive ever had. I dont know how then manage to keep them moist without them completely falling apart while you eat them. Great flavor choices. Highly recommend.

Well the girlfriend loved this place. She got a half dozen of her favorite flavors and they didn’t stand a chance. The owner was super friendly and spoke to us a little while about our new puppy after we noticed they sell dog treats as well. We asked if the treats would survive a couple days until we got back to Florida. She stated that all the ingredients are fresh and there are no preservatives so she wouldn’t advise saving it for that long. Nothing like honesty at a neat little cupcake spot. Definitely drop in and indulge in some flavorful cupcakes.

I had a gluten free coconut- chocolate cupcake and it was moist and tasty, not too sweet. We also had the douple chocolate one and a raspberry frosting vanilla cupcake. The store is cute, you can have a complementary coffee with your purhase. Highly recommending, friendly customer service.

Best cupcakes ever!! These are literally the epitome of what cupcakes should be. They have so many flavors and each one is spectacular. The fruity flavors are the best ones though! The cupcakes are always super moist and fresh, frosting is always soft, buttery and flavorful. Never dry or dull. Family owned business with great customer service as well. We had Goldmine Cupcakes for our wedding. Everything was done very professionally and on time and I cant complain about anything there. Beyond that, these are by far the best cupcakes Ive had, so its great to have this place nearby.Edit: We went back to get some cupcakes for our 1 year anniversary and Goldmine comped a half dozen for us. Wed have gladly paid, but it was a wholly unneeded and nice surprise.

Honestly, Ive never had better cupcakes. The texture is fabulous, especially given how difficult it is to bake at altitude. Favourite flavours include carrot cake, red velvet, double chocolate, and chocolate strawberry. Though I could honestly list all of them-havent tried a bad one yet! We decided that given the pandemic, we had a responsibility to support the cupcake shop and have definitely over-purchased given our caloric needs. We really appreciate the effort Gold Mine Cupcakes has put in to ensure safe pickup of deliciousness! A++++

I dont really have a sweet tooth, but for gold Mine Cupcakes, yeah Ill make an exception. Their cupcakes are so incredibly good, with rich, quality frosting, and their cake is light and fluffy (but not too much!), and they have something for everyone! I was so taken with them that I used them for my sisters baby shower, and they were such a hit that my sister then used them for her sister-in-laws bridal shower! And on top of having an excellent product, their staff are just exceptional. They are so friendly and helpful, they really go above and beyond to make sure that youre happy. And that is why whenever I need cupcakes in the future Im going back to Gold Mine, and whenever anyone asks me where to get excellent baked goods, I know where to send them.

The most delicious cupcakes we have ever had! Flavors are unique, cupcake is moist, and the regular size is actually very large. Not overly sweet which I love. Cookie Dough and Strawberry flavored cupcakes are a must. I dont know how we have lived in Golden and not made it there until today. Its going to be dangerous!

Amazing cupcakes! Highly recommend using these guys for a wedding, everything about the process was fun and easy. We set up a taste testing with Sophia (who is awesome!) and it was difficult to narrow down a few choices from so many great flavors. Theyll also set up for you at your venue and you can choose one of their custom made cupcake stands for a reasonable price. The chocolate covered strawberry cupcakes are one of the best since they use actual strawberries in the icing.

We came in about an hour before close and they still had what looked like all of their different varieties. The proprietor and his daughter were working and both explained to us all of the different flavors and made recommendations. They even offer free coffee with every cupcake purchase and made a fresh pot just for me! The prices were very reasonable and the cupcakes were delicious. Friendly folks and good eats!

Goldmine Cupcakes provided cupcakes for our wedding July 29, 2017 in Keystone. They were honestly the most delicious cupcakes I have ever had and we had so many guests raving about them. The display that they provided was so beautiful and the cutting cake was so cute. I love the wrapper that they use for the cupcakes. It isnt the traditional crinkled wrapper it is very nice paper and looks so elegant! Thank you guys so much!!

Im a born and raised NC girl. My daughter and I enjoy trying local cupcakes bakeries in town all over. I read an article about the top cupcake bakery in all 50 states. Just so happens our friend was visiting Colorado and we asked him to please bring us home these cupcakes. The owner was very accommodating and Im so thankful because these cupcakes are the best we have ever tried....and we have tried alot of cupcakes over the years!!!! The flavors are on point, the cupcakes are so moist! With every bite I know living in NC I will likely never have these again. However with every bite Im thankful I had the opportunity to try them. If you are ever in Colorado or have a friend who is do yourself a favor and try these cupcakes!!!

AMAZING!! BEST CUPCAKES EVER! We LOVE their cupcakes, had them for my baby shower over the past weekend and are CRAVING more. Unfortunately I live in the mountains, about 30 minutes away and traveled down there today to get some, not thinking to check the website to see if they were open and they were inevitably closed:(. One sad future mama right here! We will definitely try to make the trip down again soon, just not on a Tuesday or Sunday.

My daughter and I have enjoyed cupcakes far and wide but we must say that these cupcakes are the best we have ever had. We have tried all varieties that were available upon our many visits now. Favorites are (not necessarily in this order) Champagne, Peanut butter, Raspberry, Chocolate-mint, Lemon, Diamond, EggNog, Cherry, and Blue Moon. I would suggest that if you are taking cupcakes to go and are taking the chocolate-mint with other varieties, request that the chocolate-mint be packaged in a separate container as they will flavor the other cupcakes with their mintiness.
