My wife and i went for ice cream. Yeah a clothing store and ice cream. Maybe everyone should do this. Gun store with ice cream, hardware store with ice cream. Anyway nice place and really good ice cream.

This is a specialty store. They carry all kinds of stuff from Simply Southern Tshirts and other specialty Tshirts. They have shoes, water bottles, home decor, and all kinds of stuff. They also have a place in the back where you can get specialty milkshakes of various types. I believe all of the milkshakes are $10. Im not sure what else they have in that section but there is also tables and chairs where you can sit to enjoy your purchases. If you need a unique gift stop by to see what they have.

I have never been in the store, but I did order products off their website. I got updates on my order everyday, with that, I got an email about my shirt being out of order and if would I like money back or choose another product. I chose another product but I couldn’t really navigate through their website to figure out how to add to my order. So, I called the store and got a call right away the two ladies I spoke to on the phone were great with costumer service, both times I had to call, they even made sure the shirt I chose to replace my first order was in stock before they hung up with me. Also, the shipped my products that day and I received it in three days. Great service all around.

Customer service needs vast improvement. Hospitality lacking. I walked around the store for 15 minutes with my small support dog. All of a sudden a fellow comes running up to me and tells me that I can’t have dogs in the store. I showed him her ID card and he’s like OK. By that time my shopping experience was ruined. I can find nicer places to spend my money. Helpful hint to management: post signs on the door Re: your policies. Someone told me it’s illegal for them to ask you if your dog is a service animal. Is that true? Seems a little discriminatory to me.

Went to the new location. Its lacking charm, hospitality & affordable prices. The place is bigger but the staff doesnt speak or interact with customers, they stay behind counter. Look like new place & higher prices. This was my 1st & last visit at the new location. You dont offer anything that I cant get online shopping because the shopping experience & variety are gone. I gave 3 stars because the nicest person was in the back serving ice cream. He was polite & very nice.

Me and my family +8 recently visited this store after hearing about how good the milkshake bar was. Where needles to say the name of place doesn’t match the attitudes and hospitality received during this business. The milkshakes were awesome customer service worse than a spilled milkshake. During the visit my nephew spilled his milkshake after only having it for 2 mins. Well I made the young girl aware of the spill she hunched her shoulders like she was so upset. Then she proceeded to the tall woman whom I’m assuming was the manager she spoke very harsh to workers if that was her. Well the young lady made me just the shake part over. Ok now I’m baffled I spent $103 in milkshakes so I would think if an accident occurred after 2 mins of having it then it shouldn’t be a problem. Well it was and I had to pay for a whole other milkshake again after getting the mangers approval’s for the transaction. Now I’m so confused because of I spent 103 dollars on just milkshakes then why would I have to pay for another if an accident occurred. Customer service needs improvement I was always taught u want ur customers to have to the best experience when visiting your store. It was ok milkshakes are awesome customer service needs training and I services because people never forget how you made them feel.

I am going to give this place 2 stars and thats only because the customer service that I received once I got to the counter wasnt anything like the 2 customers before me. The only thing I was happy about was the fact that I got to freely shop in peace without someone constantly asking me if I needed help. I watch and listen to people as they work, just because I used to be a manager at one time and I value customer service. I watched the cashier as she cashed out the 2 women before me watching the interaction and how she asked about the rewards card and how after she signed them up and gave them their receipts she showed them their rewards points. When I got to the counter she wasnt even going to ask me about the rewards card and when she did she had to ask me for a bunch of information that she didnt ask the other 2 ladies for. After all that was done my receipt was printed she just handed it to me and she didnt even show me where my reward points were or where they would be located on the receipt. I am not trying to bad mouth this place but fair is fair. I am so tired of people working or owning businesses that dont treat everyone the same. Yes there are people who are displeasing to deal with but you deal and move on. You dont treat someone differently on based on the way they look, dress, or the color of their skin. Not saying that was the case but thats how I felt.

Cute clothes, BUT no one greeted us! The employees just stared at my and my grandmother like we were beneath them. The lady that came in right after me was given a warm welcome to the store by the employees that just stared at me. No one is friendly. Employees passed me multiple times and NO ONE asked me if I needed help. I did make a purchase only because they had a shirt that I needed. Once at the register I was asked if I was a rewards member, and I responded that I wasnt. That was it and she proceeded to ring me up, while the lady beside me that was paying was asked the same question and she gave the same response. The only difference is that she was asked if she was interested in signing up. Now I really hate when the race card is thrown, but I believe I was treated like this because I’m Hispanic. The only people that they were nice to were people from their own race.

Nice selection of womens t shirts, tops, sweaters and dresses. Also Ts and hats for youth and men. LOVE the selection of seasonal items ! I always find something I need😁.

I miss the the feel of this place when it was located in the mall. It had a different charm to it. Its like some things are missing. Still a wonderful place to shop.

This is the cutest shop in town. Must visit for all gift needs. Country must haves. Staff is always friendly and you can get an ice cream cone 🍦 and sit and relax in a rocking chair. 🤠

I really enjoy this shop. First I came for their fresh popcorn and cookies, and now they have ice cream! My mom gets special decals made here that look nice and my brother is always buying shirts for his wife. Good place.

This is was my first and LAST visit. I wasnt welcomed when entering the store. When I asked about the sale going on I was answered with sarcasm. When rung up the cashier was extremely stuck up and asked me was this on that rack over there?. Their employees should know their own merchandise, and not be asking customers. Also she didnt even hand me my bag properly. No wonder its known as the racist store around town.

Tried to return 2 shirts and lady at the counter was rude and tried everything in her power to no give me my refund. She said there is a 30 day return policy but it doesnt say it anywhere on the receipt and and there is a sign at the front desk that only says refund with receipt. Nowhere does it say 30 days. Then after all the inspecting and scratching for 10 min at the 2 shirts, she says she cant refund me.. Im like why. because I dont have cash, you have to get it back on a card me- well then put it on the card ( duh) . Just no reason to go through this nonsense

My experience inside this store was absolutely horrible, my family and I walked in there for the First time last night and never in a million years have I felt so out of place, I was looked up and down, felt eyes on me from every corner, wasn’t even greeted when I walked in, the sheriff followed us everywhere we went while other customers could look around in peace we felt like criminals just because we weren’t the same race, as soon as I walked in there everyone stared like I was a foreign object unknown to their existence, I hated the vibes inside that store and I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one that has been treated this way.....

Love this place too. I visited last when it was at Berkeley Mall. Havent been to there new place.

Worst store ever, you can actually feel how racist this place is, my 4 members family went there the other night, first thing we noticed nobody greeted us, and there was a sherriff watching the place, he was literally chasing us every where we went.
