Try another shop! I believe this is a good shop, but the mailroom and managers of it apperantly do not know what they are doing or what Customer Service is about. I received someone elses order while someone else was sent mine. Since they did not have another part in stock and could not get it from their supplier, they just refunded my money and walked away from it without looking elsewhere! The very simple fix would be to send a label with my address to the person who got my parts and all is good. Instead they are very one track minded and dont know how to thing ouside the box. I will steer clear of this store and suggest you do the same.

If you are looking these guys up before buying from them online, then dont bother unless you like very poor communication and missing parts on your order. They never even shipped my order out until the 3rd business day, which was probably only because I sent a message asking them what was going on with it.

Im amazed to see all the bad reviews I have been here numerous times most recently I got a carb and tail light housing both priced much cheaper than local chain shops. They are always helpful when I come to there, so I dont know what other reviews are about or maybe those people are no longer working there?

Did you ask for help?These guys are no slouches like some other automotive stores,they are a real speed shop with guys who know performance products because thats what they either still do or did,racing I mean.If you want sub-par parts or to beef up your cheap puny import dont go there,go to a garage.These guys deal in real American muscle,period.Oh yeah they got a great variety of 12volt candy to.If you know what you want goin in,youll have it walking out.The store you see is only 5% of what they have IN STOCK.

Had my weathertech item in stock. Lots of other go fast goodies hanging around. Service was a bit slow but good. Next time i will see if their promise to price matxh Summit or Jegs is true.

Unprofessional buffoonery is the only way to describe this company.The website locked up midway through placing an order. After about ten minutes I went to another website and ordered what I wanted.I then received two emails telling me that I ordered the same products twice.I called the company to cancel the orders and was transferred to FOUR different people before I was hung up on.I have never seen such disorganization.

JOKERS! These guys either never have it in stock and have to order it or their prices are so outrageous that I will only use them in an emergency and even then I will order from a reputable performance outlet and wait for it to be shipped.

Went numerous times and every time i went the people were very rude and unhelpful. Last time i went the guy was extremely rude and didnt offer to help find or order my part. Just turned his back go me. I called not long ago to see if they had lug nuts for my car. They said no but to order 1.25 thread lug nuts. So i did and they were the wrong ones. Ended up needing 1.5. Out of probably 10 visits i talked to one person that was helpful and only talked to him because he interrupted the man i was talking to bc he kept trying to give me the wrong parts. I will not be back again

Horrible customer service, lady had an attitude to rival any hood rat. They sell items they dont have in Stock and then wont refund purchase amount. Save ur money and go elsewhere
