Wayne was very helpful and changed my poor bad cell older battery. I need a new one really bad to get my car going again after almost 2 years it’s been sitting. Wayne installed the new battery I purchased. I was on my way to do a oil change at the dealership and check out other things with my car. Thanks advance auto parts.

Had a great experience and was absolutely catered to!After getting into Nashville from FLORIDA, my CV axle blew and needed to be replaced. I called the store and the manager, Wayne, was very happy to let us use the parking lot as our garage. Wayne was extremely helpful letting me to borrow some tools and get us on our way.Additionally, those complaining about the masks or lack thereof, get the F over it… it’s 2021. We all know it’s not as serious as anyone thought. We don’t need masks. You’re a stupid sheep being led by the wolves.Thanks to everyone as Advance for getting us back on our way!

Yesterday was my first time ever going into this business needed to buy a battery for my truck found the staff there very very very helpful and very nice I would recommend this place to anyone. There was particularly one lady working there I wish I could remember her day but she went above and beyond to help me out

Very small store, but great for using online ordering. Its always quiet, never packed. I think they mostly do commercial stuff there.

I was driving back to Milwaukee WI on a Saturday afternoon when my charging light came on. They confirmed my suspicion my alternator went, they sold me a replacement and loaned me the tools to allow to change it on the parking lot. This while my kids were invited into the store vs melting in the parking lot..With them loaning me their tools saved me from being stranded for the weekend.Thanks for being a life savior!

I came by today to get a cabin air filter. When I eventually found what I was looking for, I went to the register expecting to be checked out. Nope. I was ignored. The 5 or 6 employees there were busy doing more important things than selling products. The one guy at the register just wandered off and left me alone in the store without even saying someone will be with you or anything. I put back my item and left after waiting 5+ mins alone in the store.Additionally, they have a sign on the door that requires masks. Not a single employee or customer in that building had a mask on except me. I have enough respect for other people to wear a mask and I dont even work there. If you have a rule, at least make an attempt to follow it, otherwise take down the sign. I will definitely avoid this location in the future.

To be a new store they have the slowest service I have ever experienced. Every time I go in there I have to wait for 15-20 mins. They have four or five counters but only one guy out front, six or seven more in the back pulling orders. And don’t let the phone ring, the counter guy will forget all about you standing there and help them. They need a sign out front that says deliveries and phone calls are our first priority, walk-in customers should be prepared to wait!!

This is the most useless automotive store Ive ever been to. Came here to get some ATV oil for my quad, couldnt find any on the shelves, so I asked the one of the three guys at the counter.They looked at me, listened to my question, and then turned back around and started laughing and joking amongst themselves. They never spared me another moments notice. I went back to the shelf and looked again, there was nothing there for ATVs or motorcycles, so I left.When I went to leave, I had to walk by the same employees, all three of whom continued to ignore me as I left.AutoZone less than half a mile away was much more helpful, and very polite as well.

I love Kristine, she is the manager. If you have an issue she will resolve it no questions

This place is amazing. My wiper arm was messed up on drivers side and it was raining. They were so nice I asked them to please install so I could get home to gallatin. It was like 30 degrees outside but 2guys worked on it untill they fixed it. Super nice people. I wanna thank you so much. God Bless.

Went into the store had 4 employees behind the counter as soon as I came up the only guy working was the manager I guess only had one item to buy the only one working was nice and was busy running around and told me he would be right with me he was doing something in the computer the phone rang and he answered it. But my complain is that 3 other guys was there looking like they didnt know what to do. If you work at a place that deals with customers at least let them know you are too busy to take care of them are have someone else take care of them will never go back to the ones in goodletsville

If you want an auto parts store that knows the business and are reasonable on prices, this is THE place. Dont go to Oreillys or Auto zone unless you want the wrong part or you pay way too much for your parts.Ive been a faithful customer ever since their stores were introduced.Advance Auto is the place youre going to want to go. Friendly staff.

Ordered online. Was told the order was ready for pickup. Arrived to find they didnt have the item in stock and hadnt completed my order. The man was rude and told me he canceled the order just then, but didnt. I had to contact customer service to have my order canceled.

My car would hardly start today. I went in and said I think I need a new battery. Employee came to my car and noticed my connections were not tight. He fixed, then ran tests on my battery. No charge. Great experience.

Bought OBD reader that didnt fit my vehicle, when I attempted to return in original package with receipt I was told no refund!

The woman that checked me out was extremely rude and does not have good customer service! I bought some windshield wipers and asked for the advertised free instillation and she wants to start talking about how she only installs them when its not raining outside and she doesnt know why people wait until its raining to get windshield wipers. & then she says well I dont know how to put the CHEAP ones on...if you would have bought the more expensive ones I could put them on and then tells me these are just going to last you 90 days if that. I will NOT be going back to that location. I will NOT be put down by my choice of purchases and if your employees dont know how or wont install wiper blades when it says clearly on the window that you do it, then DONT ADVERTISE IT!!!

Manger Teressa would not let me return parts with my receipt states that the warranty was under my husbands name and didn’t want my husband to be mad if I return them. Every time me or my husband go to this store she is VERY RUDE!!

I have made multiple visits to this store and the gentlemen are consistently helpful and friendly! They even helped me figure out an issue I was having with my battery and fix it!

I stopped here to get a new battery because my voltmeter was going crazy. It turned out to be nothing but a loose battery post expander. The attendant found that and saved me quite a bit of money and didnt charge me anything.
