LOVE THEIR SERVICE!!! I enjoy my brows coming out clean after they have been waxed and tinted by the one and only Erica. Her customer service makes me feel comfortable and satisfied with how my brows should look before and after waxing. Erica also provides insight of the products offered by benefit to ensure that her clients are picking quality items. I can’t wait for my future appointments with Miss Erica.

I needed help with making my eyebrows look even in length and thickness and Erica really helped me with that! she was very sanitary when doing the service and made sure i was part of the process.

Absolutely loved it here. Though a bit pricey. Sara and Marisa (I think those are their names) were wonderful. They map out your eye brows and make sure you know exactly what is happening every step of the way. Theyre very meticulous and want nothing short of perfection. They make you feel comfortable and make sure you are satisfied with the results. Definitely recommend going there if youre new at getting your eyebrows shaped.

So unfortunate that these people are SO UNPROFESSIONAL!! I called to see if I could get my eyebrows done and they said yes of course come on in and so I got in my car and drove 15 minuets to have them say they couldnt because they were closing in 20 minuets when Ive had my eyebrows done at other Ultas before in less than ten so I know it wouldnt take that long! Too bad they dont know how to train their employees to know what to say on the phone when someone calls! They absolutely have no customer service skills! Absolutely WILL NOT be trying to go back to them which is bad because now Ill be taking my money elsewhere!

Im new and just need to feel the girls out... I think they have my best interests arts hay, but I will have to see the end product. it was time cute a change, a modern brow, but they seemed a little judgemental. I will post again if my feelings change

So this was the worst experience Ive ever encountered in the make up world . First and last time Ill ever go to this place its trash! The service was horrible . The way these women made me feel was so bad . I brought my mom to give her a change and spoil her (since she never buys good make up) and I walked out of the store with nothing . Why??? Because the service. Not because I didnt have money to spend . Trust me I spend a lot on make up. I asked for help to match my color and to try a new foundation I only tried on one foundation I said I didnt like it that was ignored . I asked to try a concealer and I was given a few I didnt like so the girl that wa helping me eventually got tired of me Im guessing and told me I can try them out myself and walked away ! Wow I was shocked . Then when I asked my mom if she wanted me to buy her what she had on and she felt so uncomfortable so I told her lets go I gave the lady the stuff back and told her we wont buy this thank you and the attitude I was given was not a good one . As we walked out we were followed like if we stole something . We were watched all the way until we left the parking lot . Worst feeling in the world is feeling like a thief when youre far from it . Never again ! Honestly !

From out of town, have never had my brows waxed or shaped. Ive always been to scared to have anyone else shape them. Marissa at the benefit brow bar at ulta in goodyear,az did an amazing job for myself and my sister without a doubt HIGHLY recommend her to anyone.
