Loved it! They have Olaplex hair care! Seriously the best hair care for dry hair!

Alot of clothes on sale. Shoe prices are like those at famous footwear. Unless they are at the clearance section. And that looked like a tornado hit it! My sister always finds good deals here for her 14 year old daughter. Its an ok place to shop. The employees are always nice and helpful.

Lol I didnt go to Sephora I went there to buy some jewelry. They have a very nice selection! Also the lady that helped me was awesome. She wasnt pushy or trying to upsell. She asked my price range and helped me stay within it. She definitely made buying jewelry there more pleasant. She was younger and I didnt catch her name. But I definitely will go back. Kudos to her!

I like that this store is tucked away without a mall. It does become busy at times but they have alot of merchandise to keep up most of the time.

The girls here are so rude, you ask about an item and don’t even bother to come and see if perhaps they have one more available, they assume automatically there is no more I stick and just walk away or turn away. I actually went and open the drawer on the bottom and found the item I was looking for.

The manager Sage was very inappropriate today when I had a complaint about her employee Christina, who accused me of attempting to steal a fenty beauty holiday gift set. Customer service and the ability to receive constructive feedback is a total miss at this location. I continued to shop after and I could hear the manager and the employee loudly speaking about the situation. There was no accountability that this situation could have been handled differently. Again very inappropriate.

Just had a makeover done by Cayla and she did amazing. She did exactly what I came in for and offered me amazing products to purchase. I spent nearly $200 and I love every bit of it. My makeup was flawless. Shes so professional and patient. 5 stars to Cayla!

Fantastic staff! They helped us pick the perfect scent for Dad for Fathers day, and they gave each of my girls a little sample of womens fragrances for their purses. Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful! Glad we went there over another department store to buy fragrance for dad.

Under staffed. Saturday morning only two makeup artist that are busy doing people’s makeover makeup appointment and one cashier. Wasn’t able to get help on matching a product or hear about recommendations. Went to cashier for help and she said their too busy at moment. Go to ulta instead they always have plenty of help around and super friendly.

Bought there Sephora foundation. They found the perfect full coverage foundation for my skin tone. Which covers up my dark eye circles perfectly.

I went into this store last Friday, the one clerk was on the phone, didnt have time for me. I showed her my empty the roller ball of cashmere mist that I had purchased there and asked where I might find it, she said they have never carried that and went back to her phone call. So RUDE! I did actually purchase the roller ball there plus a bottle of the Cashmere Mist less than 6 months ago. I wont go back to that store for anything...never...I promise!

Today I went into Sephora, asked for 3 perfume samples and the person who I found out is the manager was not very helpful at all. I had asked if she could choose any 3 random scents and she kept saying my taste may be different from yours....I told her I knew that ...I just wanted random samples to try. I proceeded to a different person who at 1st wanted to help me, but after I told her who the person was she informed me its her manager and she couldnt go over her head. I will not shop that Sephora again... customer service was at its lowest .

Nice to have a Sephora without having to go to the mall, but it was terribly dirty, the testers were gross or MIA and several products missing a price. That coupled with a long wait to check out(even though I was second in line), I will probably just stick to online.

Found a good deal on jeans for my 16 yr old . Got him 4 pairs of 501 38×32 $39 a pair.

I enjoy this Sephora because the girls are always nice and willing to help. The testers provided are not as damaged as ones at other Sephoras. They may be dirty or mixed by the kids that parents bring along with them, but other than that the store is always organized and in good shape.

Worst place I been ..... I walked in I see three employees and no one greeted me .. no one asked if I needed help .. I went to get what I needed and looked around there was a guy and a female standing one foot away from me and didnt even offered to help me in anything. I got what I needed and went to the register. The girl was there already counting money or something told me to hold so Im here waiting for her to finish didnt even say anything to me Im just ready to walk out she charged me and told me good night then the guy tells me have a good night Im looking at him thinking oh now you want to address me I just walked out. My friend asked when they closed and the lady at the register said 5 min so it was 8:55pm. I understand we went in late but they didnt have to be so rude. If I was working there (I wish I was ) I would help the customer regardless the time! customers come first. They dont deserve one star at all. 0 stars for me. But since I have to put a star I gave them a one.

I love this Sephora location! I can’t believe they have such a low rating. Anyways, I love love love this location. Everyone in there is extremely helpful and they manage to really take their time to help you considering they’re busy 24/7. Ian, Jasmine and a few other woman that work there are beyond friendly. I’d come here any day over ulta down the road.

So i went to sephora and well i spent over 50 DOLLARS ON SOME DUMB MAKE UP THAT DIDNT EVEN SUIT ME!?!? I the lady was nice yes but, really you used the little device to see which was my skin color and ya know what it was to dark like really come on you at least could have gotten a better one plus she made my face look caked up and I just hated it.

She seemed genuinely interested in helping me find the right product and offered great feedback as to what I could do. Ive been to the sephora at Arrowhead plenty of times but I think Im going to start coming here better.

Decided to give it a try again I Went in to get matched for foundation, I asked if I had to sign up she told me no then comes another employee says I have to sign up and theres 2 ahead I told them i would wait and get the things I was gona buy.40min past by and i see my name being the only one left and all I see is the employees skipping me when they knew that I was next to help people barely walking in that diidnt sign up. On the bright side I saved $200 because I ended not buying what I was gona buy never going to this location

I came into this location today to spend a gift card & some birthday money. I have been to this location one other time & was disappointed at the low stock they carried. There had been a sale the week before so I chopped it to that. Nope!!! Today could not find anything I was looking for. Samples or try me lipstick were so old & dry. The place was super messy & dirty. was in the store for at least 15 min before someone asked if I needed any help. Once I was helped the staff was very nice. They were trying to clean up & restock. The store had been open for 20mins already. shouldnt that been done before they open?!? I will not be returning to this location.

Store was nice. But a worker there was very rude giving me & my mother dirty looks. I usually dont let that bother me but my kids and mom were with me & I didnt appreciate that, & Was very weird Dont know why they would hire negative miserable people like that.

Horrible customer service, only two employees, one at register and the other said she was doing a makeover with a client only no one was with her and she was on her phone. All I wanted was for her to point me in the right direction, their loss, will spend my money elsewhere where customers are appreciated!

This Sephora is the worst it was dirty employees were not helpful at all and the manager was So rude I purchased a lip plumper from glamglow and it’s been on the weekly wow for over a month it was even advertised for $9 instead of $19 they charged me full price I understand accidents happen I did not realize until I arrived home I wanted to keep my lip plumper because it’s amazing but defiantly not worth the $19 I wanted to return and repurchase for the advertised price I still wanted to keep the same one I just wanted my money that was owed to me the employees couldn’t help me because they could not find it but yet it was afdvertised online and still is for $9 I asked to speak to a manager and was very polite she told me I was rude and they would not refund me and that she should transfer me over to loss prevention as if I stole something she made me feel like a thief and wothless I literally started crying after the call I didn’t even want to go in anymore and she told me she doesn’t understand why I’m complaining about $9 I literally only work one job and struggle with bills I just wanted to buy myself something nice I will never return to this store I hope many people see this and never experience what I went through the manager should not be working with people at all

Horrible customer service!!! I purchased a gift card for $30.00 and apparently no money was added to the card I was so embarrassed with my friend which I got the card for. I called they took my info and they said they would call me back.THEY NEVER CALLED! I also went to the store to see if I could get the issue resolved in person ... they couldnt do anything because I didnt have the receipt they advised to call the number on the back. I called the number and they informed me the card was never activated and it had a 0.00 balance . They also said that with that the card number they could pull the receipt. So I called the store,they put me in hold for 10 min and they hang up on me. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a terrible store to spend your money at. Dirty and unkept. Low inventory. Poor customer service. There is trash and poorly sanitized displays. Items you would assume to be stocked or similar items to match are out. And if you find someone to ask to help you find the item you are looking to purchase, the will be quick to let you know they dont have it.....actually, there is an exception. A girl named Alyssa helped out the customer in front of me without any hesitation, even when the super rude guy said oh weve been out of that mascara for months. Thank goodness Alyssa found it :). Overall go the distance to another store. This store is terrible.

For starters I had received a palette for my graduation and although I was grateful for receiving a palette it just wasnt my taste. I had called prior to going into the store and had asked one of the employees (Jessica) if I needed anything to return a gift I received because the person who gifted me the pallette did not give me a gift receipt. They employee just told me to bring it in and they should give me a store credit or exchange of equal value. When I get into a store two of the workers give me a difficult time saying that I needed an ID to do anything. I understand that this is protocol for sephora to need an ID to do anything but if this was the case then why did the employee not tell me this before hand ? Seems like they are not properly informed of their work policies. So this made me have to go out of my way to get my ID and come back to sephora making an uncalled for secondary trip. Secondly this palette was 50 dollars mind you, Sephora only refunded me 39 dollars and I had asked this worker with the blue hair why and he rudely told me because thats the price it rang up as now I know their is a better explanation as to why this rang up this way but he did not care to give me justification. I Am trying to work with sephora in order to get my full price back for my returned palette because I was going to use that money to get a different palette. However sephora is ignoring my calls and emails. How professional. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN. Shouldve listened to the reviews in the first place.

Frequently out of stock in a lot of products, and you have to deal with the usual issues with it not being a standalone Sephora (i.e. they took my Sephora Play rewards card, acted confused and the points never got applied; you cant accumulate VIB points from your purchases; cant use your Sephora flash shipping for ship-to-home etc). However, the employee who helped me on June 10th was very sweet and helpful, Im still happy with what she spent a good amount of time helping me pick out! (Im not sure of her name, but she was a lovely black gal with purple in her hair :) )

This sephora gives me so much anxiety. I hate shopping here, I never get asked for help and when they ask me they do it in a condescending way and its extremely discouraging. Sephora needs to restaff already. This girl got all pissy because I opened one of the draws. Like she owns the place.
