I had a great experience! The young man who helped me, Marcel, will be my new go-to - he was helpful, not at all pushy, and was as excited as I was when I got my new phone (The new S3 Flip). He walked me through the whole process, explained all the details even when I had crazy questions, and I left with my new phone feeling great that hell be there to answer any other questions.

I have 3 lines on this plan and have some issues. Walked into Grand Forks North Dakota store to try to do some figuring and square away issues, they gave me three options for a better plan than I have and knowing I wasnt happy with some of the issues, told me this is what we have or you can choose to opt out if thats what you wanna do. Wow!! Thats what you tell a customer these days? You dont fight to keep 3 customers? Hmm? Guess they are there just to sell plans and phones to heck with customer service. Thats not what I was taught with customers Ive dealt with in any of my previous jobs. NOT IMPRESSED!! I live in a rural area and drove 80 miles for that! Been with Verizon for 5 years. Not what I was expecting from a company that big. Ill be sure to share my experience with others who are looking for better service/ company.

Scheduled an appointment to upgrade 2 phones on my account. When we arrived the first thing we were told is that they would prefer us to do this online. I haven’t found the website super user friendly and also thinking that having an actual person would be helpful in upgrading these lines. Every other sentence out of the associates mouth was go online. We would ask about a phone they would tell us the info and point out it was available online. We told them the phones we wanted they went back to grab them and even took down back up colors only to return saying they didn’t have any of them in stock. Finally, we took their suggestion and left with no devices or accessories, but did not go online. At this point we are thinking of switching carriers after 15 years over this poor customer service.

I love this place not for price, not for selection, not for accessories but for the outstanding staff they have working there. I cant say Ive ever been disappointed. I had problems with missed calls, they swapped out my SIM and told me that others working were I do had similar problems with how to fix it. It fixed it. I brought in a phone I hadnt bought there that wasnt working, they fixed it. I buy a screen protector there, they apply it perfectly. Prompt. Knowledgeable. Friendly. Not condescending. Just plain good customer service.

I have been going to this Verizon store since it opened. I have always had great service and even though the store is busy a lot the wait is never too long and I have always had everything fixed and am always able to purchase items right away and have them set up. Great store.

Listen carefully when in this store. Went in to upgrade a phone and get an Apple Watch. The last price we saw was 195$.. later that night we saw we were charged 277$. The associate put products of mine on my partners bill having him pay for it without asking or telling us. After these things happened I went in and talked to the manager. She was very helpful and explained some things that we were confused about. We went in to spend money but were very disappointed that we were not informed of what we were being charged when the price had changed. Now almost a month later (yes I should have saw this before) but I saw on my new bill that they had sold me the series 4 watch when I specifically said I wanted the 3. Now I’m stuck paying more for this watch than what I was told because they gave me the wrong one. And it’s past the two weeks of return..I’m honestly just disgusted because I’ve never had these kinds of problems before. And I understand that they are sales and work on commission. But you have to remember human decency too. We feel that they lied and stole from us. Now we are just stuck. I’m wanting to even change companies because of this.. there was nothing done about any of this other than a polite conversation with the manager.

The policy on SIM cards is a flipping joke. Only a listed manager on your account with a photo ID can pick up a SIM card? Get real. Whats the point of an account passcode, then? Might as well stick to Amazon and eBay, because theres no convenience in having someone make a pickup for you at the local (75 miles away) store.

As usual, the first person I talked to wanted to argue, and talk down to me, and question why I would want to purchase a phone outright. The second guy was much better to deal with. He gave me all info I was looking for, and with that decided to wait a couple days untill some new phones were announced and see if the price drops.

I was told a new phone would be sent to me. I got the bare bones but had to go to a battery store to buy a battery first. I think Verizon should have the batteries for the phones they sell in their own store.

Went into Verizon because my phone would no longer charge. The associate checked my phone and then they ordered me a new one which later on I ended up replacing the phone all together. The associate did a great job explaining everything they were doing to correct the issue which was much appreciated

The wait was a little longer than I would have expected, but the staff was helpful and made sure I got everything I needed. Cody gave me his business card in case I had any issue with the online custom phone order I wanted to do, which I appreciated. They seem to enjoy working with each other, which makes the atmosphere more fun.

My old iPhone seemed to have given up the ghost for good, so I went in resigned to getting a new phone. Another location in Grand Forks had not impressed us a while back, and the wife had tried this place and got great service, so I wanted to try them as well. I’m not one given to doing a lot of reviews, but felt compelled to after such a great experience.The store had a “traffic director” who greeted me, got me in queue, and made me feel like they valued my business. He took my old phone, got it to actually come alive so all my contacts could be backed up, and got it charging while I waited. After a short wait (they were Saturday morning level busy), a customer rep came to me, heard my sob story, and proceeded to fix me up with what I needed for a phone along with a few useful but not gimmicky accessories, and with the good news they got my data backed up on the cloud. In the last fifteen years I have been in numerous Verizon stores in three states for my and employees’ phones, and this was the highest level of customer-centric service I have ever experienced. I thanked my rep and complemented him on this level of service. Thank you Verizon on 32nd!

This is the best store ever!!!! All of the employees there are very helpful, knowledgeable, and go out of there way to make sure everything within their power is done to make sure the customer leaves happy. I leave this store grinning from ear to ear when I am done. Carrie is one of the most helpful and super friendliest and answers all of my questions at all times of the day and even answers her personal phone on weekends to help me and all my friends. She helps with broken phones when possible, but never pushes me into something I dont need or want. Everyone that works there should be recognized for all their hard work and having to put up with all the grouchy people who dont listen and blame the employees for things that they have done to their phones and dont understand how the company works. I had a warranty issue one time and called Carrie to get it fixed and I was told they cant warranty it out because it wasnt a warranty issue and she didnt want me to get charged for a full retail phone! Saved me a ton of headache and money!!! I listened to what she had to say and we figured out the best options I had and got it handled quickly and I was so happy I brought pulled pork sandwiches for all the employees!!! Thanks again!!!!

Don’t ever call the store looking for assistance you only get a robot that transfers you to another robot and when you finally get to talk to a real person they transfer you to another robot that disconnects your call what a joke, Verizon’s customer service is the worst.

I would never shop at this Verizon store. A employee named Mike will do anything to make a deal. Hell lie right to your face about lowering your bill and when it doesnt happen he will say it must have been bad communication. He said that he was going to throw in two extra cases, screen protectors and phone chargers but instead charged me $400 for it and I didnt realized it until it was after 14 days to return it. I recommend to never go to the 32nd Verizon if you do dont talk to Mike.

I bought a new Pixel 2 phone from this store. Seemed like good guys to deal with until they pretty much hussled me out of the store. I asked them to help set up my phone. They said to just call this number when I went home and it would be super easy. They knew I lived in Canada. You can’t activate a Verizon phone when you’re in Canada so I have to drive down to the usa now to activate it. Well,I’m not doing that. I’m driving down to the store to deactivate my account and walk away from Verizon. Terrible that I would have to go all the way down to activate a phone without knowing and being led astray by these guys. Not impressed at all. Oh and they sold me the wrong case after I questioned them on it.

I was in line for about an hour and a half to replace a broken charger. They told me the charger still works well enough and sent me on my way. Out of the 5 staff, they only helped about 10 people in the entire hour and half I was there. A verizon retail store helped me in seconds of walking in and were very polite.

Went in to upgrade to a new Samsung S9+. Sales person was more concerned with his next appointment than taking care of me, standing right in front of him. I felt rushed. Forgot memory card in old phone and only realized when I was 40 miles away. They dont answer phone at phone store? Talked to 4 different people and 45 min on phone!2 out of 3 experiences at this store have been terrible!

Update: 9/2018. 17 years with Verizon now. I should have listened to my own review from a year?? ago. No one will ever answer the phone. Never once over the years had anyone answer.Sold my wife a new iPhone and 2 new iPads. The deals or ??? are NOT the same as you would get calling Verizon directly. DONT go to/buy from the store. I went back personally and am now more confused about what they sold me or if I got Scr—ed. Tried texting the salesmen and calling the store all morning and all afternoon with no answer or response. Had to call Verizon directly.Feels as though they are there to just make as many sales as possible. However possible.So, just call Verizon directly for everything.Old Review: Staff is always friendly. Sometimes quick. Sometimes nightmarishly slow. Some advise on this store. Dont think or trust you will get the same deals, pricing, discount or etc as you would by just calling direct to Verizon Wireless. Trust me Ive been a loyal customer for over 15 continuous years. Do your business direct by phone.
