The worst experience I have ever had with any company!!! Their phone service is very poor, the customer service is horrible, and they are dishonest. I switched to TMobile becuase they said they could offer me better coverage when I went out of town. The first time I went into the store, I was told that my current phone would work just fine and that I did not need to buy new one. That was not true at all, as I quickly discovered. On one of my many phone calls to customer service in attempt to get my phone to work, a representative told me that I could get a certain phone for free based on a promotion they were doing for people who switched to TMobile. After several days of waiting to receive the phone, I soon found out I still could not get any kind of acceptable service with the new phone. After several more months of very poor or no service at all, numerous visits to the store, and many very long conversations on the phone with customer service, I finally gave up and tried to go back to my former provider. TMobile once again added to my nightmare when I tried to get them to unlock the phone to return to my previous carrier. I finally just gave up and purchased a new phone after all. After over seven months of trying to get a working phone, I am at last receiving good phone service with my former provider!However, to add insult to injury, on my recent credit card, I saw that TMobile had charged me for at least one month when I was no longer using their service, but also had a charge of several hundred dollars added on for the purchase of the phone they had given me “for free.”I spent over an hour on the phone with customer service trying to get this charge removed. The representative just kept repeating himself, saying the charge was for the phone, which I understood. I told him that I would be more than happy to return the phone, as it had never worked for me anyway, and was just sitting in a drawer. I also suggested him having his supervisors, (who he would not put on the phone), listen to at least two recorded phone calls where I was told by Tmobile staff there would be no charge for the phone. My suggestions were completely ignored. I have contested this charge from TMobile on my credit card statement and will take this company to the Better Business Bureau if I have to. It is beyond frustrating when I think of all the time and effort that was wasted, and yet, this company is still trying to rob me of more than they already have. On a side note, my daughter has been using TMobile because it is less expensive than some carriers, and it is what she can afford. She also has constact lack of service, dropped calls, etc. with them. She will also be switching to another provider as soon as she is able to.

Love T-Mobile. Coverage keeps getting better and better. Have coverage now in places I never did with Verizon.. On my 3rd phone through them due to damage, the the warranty replacement placement is super easy and in store service was fast. Excellent.

Tried to JUMP my phone on 8/10/21… unfortunately they couldn’t process the payment. Andres had to call his manager to ask how to get a quick code and how to go through the process of JUMPIng a phone… once the manager had finally walked him through to the point of sale, he couldn’t find the right card reader for the iPad he was using and Andres also did not know which iphones he had in his inventory. I wasted 40 minutes trying to upgrade. Hopefully the Fargo store has knowledgeable mobile experts with proper training unlike the Grand Forks location. No wonder why that place is a revolving door, tcc doesn’t train their employees or their managers well enough to do their jobs. Andres then decided to write a review on our store just calling me rude, he cant say anything about the way I do my job though. I rated him on the way he performed at his job, and personally I dont think its rude to try to upgrade my phone, but it is unprofessional to take things personally and just rely on personal issues... the point is that Andres did not know how to do many things on one attempt of a transaction. He did not know the basics of his job. So he might not like it when I critique his job, but he should know how to do his job well without anyones help if he works there. At least I know how to do my job without anyones help and I am completely comfortable with any of my customers whether they are rude or not, I can put aside my personal issues and focus on the business and I expect that when I go to any store.

Great atmosphere. These people talk to you like a tech or a fellow phone lover. Not like others that talk to you like a salesman and will literally say anything to get you to buy a phone. If they have a favorite phone they will tell you. If they dont know about a phone they will tell you. Great people. My only complaint is I wish they had more of a selection out for show models instead of just top tear flagships like Samsung and Apple. It would of helped me make a better choice on a LG phone. Im still in the window to return my velvet but I dont think I want to go through the hassle of returning and pay a restock fee just for the slightly better V60. But great people and they do what they can in these troubling times.

A few days ago I had an awful Experience, The moment I entered the store it was crowded with 1 worker and 5 customers, it took the worker, Amy. about 30 minutes to an hour and a half to help each customer. On top of that I was even asked to help with her job, After this experience I will definitely be switching to a different service provider!

I visited the store for help with phone account issues and the assistants were top-notch, very patient, and extremely helpful. They helped my wife and I get our phone accounts set up with a low-cost plan that has been affordable enough to bring my relatives on a shared family plan. (Date of visit: 12/2018). Thank you!

Terrible. I was told that once I stop using the SIM card for my deployment, I wouldn’t be charged for the months that I don’t use. Clearly the guy didn’t know what he was talking about because now I’m being charged for months that I’m not even using the SIM. T mobile won’t issue a refund even though there is clearly no activity on my account.

Switched from Verizon to T-Mobile two weeks ago and Ive had to visit this place 5 times since then because the first employee completely screwed up the process. Since then, I still dont have mobile data and each time a trip to this store is 60+ minutes that Ill never get back and still be without resolution. At this point, some cans and string would be better.

Sign on the door says open at 10 am it is now 10:40 a.m. and still no one even in the store. I have watched other people walk up and try to get in the door and just turn and walk away. I guess if your going to open when ever why even post your store hours. Kind of makes me wonder if I should even talk about bringing my business to this company (3 phones and service).
