Delivery was exactly when they said it would be. Everything is in excellent condition. Curtis and Adam installed everything efficiently and tested everything. Left absolutely no mess at all. Asked if I had any questions, I said no but I would once I start using it. So they went ahead and filled me in on the perks of each appliance. That was very enlightening. This was a wonderful experience.

Amber Nester was very patient with us in regards to the scheduling delivery of our new appliances. Every part of my experience with Bekins grand Haven was so great!! I have what’s considered a luxury line stove and could not find anyone to service it so I was so happy when I found Bekins Who can service anything really. When I scheduled, scheduling was super clear and detailed about the process, then the technician Ray was very detailed and took his time to diagnose all the issues and went out of his way to help in the meantime before parts were ordered. Then I worked with Jennifer in parts who was just the best!! She was just above in beyond in customer service, so responsive, so friendly, so helpful, and I had some issues that she just went above in beyond in when she didn’t have to. This team is just amazing, I’m so happy I found them, will definitely use them again and would recommend them to any and everyone, they are THE BEST!!!

Our experience buying our new fridge and stove at Bekins was great. Everyone from sales to scheduling to delivery was very professional. All of our questions were thoroughly answered during the purchase and scheduling. We are usually do-it-yourselfers but chose to pay for delivery and installation and it was money well spent. We had separate deliveries for each because we needed time to get a new gas line installed and both delivery teams were wonderful. They took great care with our home and appliances and got everything hooked up and running smoothly. They even started the oven to burn off any manufacturing residue. They asked us if we had any questions about our new purchases before leaving too. I hope I dont need new appliances anytime soon but I will definitely shop there if I do

I have a Heartland stove that is older than fire -- and I love it. Unfortunately, the stoves are no longer being made, so when I needed new hinges for my oven door I was concerned about access to parts. Bekins tracked down the right parts and did a nice installation, so I can keep my oven operating until the NEXT stone age. Really courteous workers, too, by the way. - Dennis

Jonathan knew the products and listened to what we wanted and the prices were the same as Home Depot! Installers, Keith and Justin were so professional, they installed, cleaned and took away everything. They even vacuumed up the sawdust! If I could give them 10 stars I would. From the point of sale on the telephone to delivery we were NOT unhappy one minute. My refrigerator died and they had what I wanted in stock at a great price - delivered in 6 days. They did their best making sure I was on the top of delivery schedule asap because were without a refrigerator. Price of delivery and installation very reasonable compared to other appliance dealers.ALL associates were friendly, understanding, knowledgeable, and helpful.The delivery guys (Kurt & Andrew) were the BEST we have ever had( weve been married 56 yrs). Kurt was training Andrew and did it well and patiently. They put out a red carpet to protect the floor - cleaned up very well and even gave me a Thank You Note and a Rose. Very Sweet Touch.

We had an issue with a dishwasher late in its warranty. Bekins got us major credits from the manufacturer and replaced the unit quickly. Their high level of customer service is seldom seen and a major reason for the reputation they enjoy.

I just had the best experience ever for our new garage refrigerator - from the ordering process, which I did exclusively over the phone, to the scheduling, to the delivery, it was absolutely wonderful. The two gentleman who delivered my refrigerator literally spent 30 minutes meticulous peeling off the protective wrap from the exterior of the fridge, something I abhor and something Ive always had to do myself with other appliance purchases from other stores. Needless to say, Bekins will be the only appliance shop I contact in the future!

I paid over $6,000.00 for my Aspire grill and when an interior light did not work and the temperature gauge fogged up due to a bad seal, all within five months of taking delivery, they refused to do anything about it. Said those things happen and it is my problem. Since Heston won’t cover it Bekins also refuses. There have been minimal issues, but every question and concern has been dealt with respectfully and to our satisfaction. In addition, when we need service, we know that we will get the best service and advice.Our most recent purchase - a new washer and dryer - were white glove delivered and setup. Scheduling and follow up emails to keep informed and installers use protective neoprene and their own cleaning agents and are very careful and considerate in your home. Great extended warranty coming directly from them and would recommend all day long.

Get a 2nd quote. Bekins has a very nice showroom and an inviting team, eager to help answer your questions. Their appliance pricing was almost identical to a reputable competitor in Holland, but their installation/delivery was $1,100 higher. Let me begin with the store front. Inviting, well maintained and clean displays that were social distancing. Seriously though, the folks there are friendly and informed well on their products. All of our questions were answered to our satisfaction. The show room which is bi-level, is well signed with detailed information of the products. Erin Hulbert introduced herself to us, she knew all about warranties, service, installs, and delivery options. We ended up purchasing a LG fridge, gas stove, and microwave.When our appliances arrived at the house we were greeted by Miles and Mike. Both these guys were friendly and professional. They worked well together, communicating and planning how to execute the various hurdles they may encounter for the install of our products. The guys laid down floor protectors and a board to slide the appliances on. The install was done on all three appliances in under three hours. They cleaned up, explained how new appliances worked. We were pleased to hear that they dont contract any service out of their products like the big box stores do ( The Home Depot) which my wife and I were very pleased to hear.Will most exclusively recommend Bekins to everyone I know looking to purchase and install new appliances. Everything went very smooth, start to finish and I just dont give that statement up. Extremely happy with Bekins in Grand Haven! We chose Bekins because we thought a local company would have good customer service. I was certainly wrong.We purchased a new Kitchenaid refrigerator, dishwasher and dual oven. Within 6 months, the compressor went out on the refrigerator.After being told that we would be receiving a new replacement refrigerator, bekins rescinded their offer and told us the only option we had was to replace the compressor. The refrigerator was under warranty and this was unacceptable. After months of going back and forth we settled for the repair.Bekins couldnt have been more arrogant or condescending to work with. Ive had much better experiences at the big box stores and thats unfortunate. Avoid this company at all costs. Another Grand Haven company taking advantage.

Bekins is always my first choice for an appliance purchase or repair. They are professional, knoweldgable and focused on customer service. Recently, there was a mix-up regarding the date of my appointment (may have totally been my fault!). They offered to send someone out immediately, when I said I could wait they indiciated they were sorry for the mix up and would still send someone out becuase they knew I had taken the day off.

Did some rewiring! This is a 5 star establishment. I will never waste time shopping anywhere else!

I went with Bekins bc they came recommended and was very pleased when I went to visit but then it was one problem after another. The sales guy didn’t ask the right questions regarding our range so we were without one for 3 months. Ordered a fridge in July and 10 months later we finally received it. Not even the one we ordered bc of parts delay so we went with a showroom model that they wouldn’t deliver bc they needed to ‘fill the hole’ on the showroom before they’d deliver it. Worse excuse ever. Still waiting on bottom panel bc they forgot a part. Delivery guys were very careful and friendly. Our experience started out well and went downhill so fast. They weren’t willing to waive delivery, etc. Good customer service is just non existent in life anymore.

Repairman was prompt, courteous and professional. I was very happy with his work. Also, I must give kudos to Angie in the repair office. She was so helpful in giving us a temporary solution, until the repair could be made. She spent a lot of time and really went out of her way to help. Bought a new maytag March 5th. Didnt work. After many visits they were able to find out the problem. Was frustrating for us and them, trying to figure out what was going on. In the end the problem was solved.

This is my 2nd Bekins purchase in 4 months. The first was a BEKO freezer. LOVED the model. The sales staff was helpful in ordering even in the midst of COVID shortages. We did not have installation because all we needed was to plug it in.Our 2nd purchase was an LG refrigerator. Again the sale staff was remarkable and again ordered one for us because it wasnt in stock. With both purchases Bekins give about an hour window for delivery as opposed to a half-day window that competitors give. Also Bekins staff does the delivery and they were AMAZING!!!Rob & Charlie arrived at the exact time we were promised. They were extremely careful bringing the appliance and very courteous. When they moved the old appliance they vacuumed and washed the floor in preparation for the new one. New waterlines were also installed and they made sure I was comfortable with all of the features. Then they moved the old appliance to the garage and we so far as to vacuum all the dust bunnies from under the old freezer!I purchase Bekins service plan for both appliances. With the sales and delivery service we have received I am confident that any repair service that may be needed will be Bekins quality service!!!I HIGHLY recommend Bekins!!!

I found this sight via the web. It caught my eye that the sight displayed the full line of Bowers and Wilkins speakers with pictures of various brands in a display and audition room. I recommend calling as when I asked to see the B&W speaker I was told to go upstairs to the AV rooms. Once there the only pair of B&W speakers were satillite speakers, Sonos, and Paradigm. The salesmen stated he could order the D3s, but who buys speakers without listening to them. The store has a broad range of appliances, but is sparse on electronics. Make sure to call about selection before visiting unless you know your products and just need to order them.

What started as just looking for a washer and dryer turned into a very happy couple! We were impressed with the store, staff and product line. The efficiency and product knowledge staff has is terrific. The order was delivered by two very nice young men, that had very good people skills and set up the washer and dryer quickly and efficiently. I cannot praise and express my appreciation highly enough to Nathan and Nick who installed my new Bosch dishwasher. I replaced a Miele which turned out to be 3/4 shorter than the new Bosch and was surrounded by wood trim and quarter round at the top. The Bosch would not fit; Bekins had no compliant Miele. Nathan and Nick talked to a carpenter friend and waited till he could remove the impeding trim - for more than an hour. This is extraordinary customer service on a busy day. They deserve special commendation for their effort to create a satisfied customer,. 5 Stars. Bekins should recognize this exceptional service.

We called to say our ice maker was broken. A representative came and charged us $145.00 for ten minutes time to tell us our ice maker was broken. To fix our ice maker the estimate was a total of $720.00. No thanks, I can buy a whole new fridge. I guess this business model works for them. It does not work for me. Why am I paying someone $145.00 for ten minutes time to tell me what I already know. Isn’t there a solution that does not include me paying to have someone tell me what I already know?We did not post about the wrong company. We are an actual customer. We stand by our review. We see no reason to call Mitch.

Bekins provides excellent service. We came in to purchase our first washer and dryer for our house. The salesman, Zach, was super kind and helpful and provided us with plenty of information for us to decide on what we did. Every phone call I received or made to Bekins had a kind and helpful person on the other end. The service guys arrived within the given window of time and were very careful and quick with the installation. I was satisfied with the entire experience. We are very happy with the help Phil gave us purchasing our new Maytag washer. The delivery people were great and after the washer was installed one of the delivery men showed me how to use the settings on the washer then the other delivery man handed me a beautiful long stemmed red rose as an appreciation gift for buying our washer from Bekins. We are very pleased with Bekins and will be purchasing any of our appliance needs in the future from them.

We have had many issues with an ice maker. The service department has been exceptional in responding to our issues, even securing coverage for parts from the manufacturer. Once we decided to purchase a new one, the ice Maker was ordered and installed in a matter of two weeks. The servicemen are always friendly and leave our house as if they never entered! Great experiences with customer service and this time with sales as well.

Service was great. Phone interaction was great. I just have a hard time paying someone $220 for someone to spend less than an hour to repair my dryer. Parts were $40. I think next time I will just take my chances watching a YouTube video and make the repairs myself.

Most people think buying from the chain stores gets you the best deal - NOT!! Bekins sells American made products at affordable prices and the quality is significantly better. I didn’t even go to the store; I called and spoke to a knowledgeable sales rep made the purchase over the phone and the Whirlpool Washer and Dryer were delivered within [2] two weeks only because they have loyal customers buying their products and are willing to wait for QUALITY over NEXT DAY delivery appliances that don’t last more than [5] five years. Great 👍🏻 people to work with and the family prefers the American Brand over the imports. They clean better and are easy to use.

We were very fortunate to be able to buy our appliances for our new home from Bekins(thanks Mom and Dad!!) because from the beginning it has been an amazing experience! Richard, was very helpful in talking us through our options and best choices for our new home. He was prompt in returning emails and very friendly and knowledgeable. We had to reschedule delivery and installation, with Netria and Katie, many times and Bekins was nothing bu understanding and helpful.When the appliances arrived today and our site was still not hooked up to water the installers, Erik and Keith, were nothing but helpful. They spoke with my husband and talked us through getting our stove vent pipe correct so they can come back and install it.Building a new home is a huge venture and the only thing in the process that has been pleasant was working with Bekins! We were having trouble with our new Maytag dryer. It would take three cycles to get a load of towels clean. we did one load of clothes and left it in the dryer after one cycle so that the technician could see how damp the clothes were after the dryer had shut off. He said he suspected a clogged duct and after checking outside he determined that there had to be a restricted duct because there was very little air being expelled. I found it hard to believe because we had an unrelated fire last year and the duct was supposedly cleaned. However he proceeded to try to brush out the duct and then he tried to vacuum it and I witnessed a lot of foreign material had come out of the exhaust duct. I assisted him and we got out what we could but I am waiting for a professional to thoroughly finish what he started. I really appreciated the technician for accurately diagnosing the issue and being diligent enough to do what he could to resolve the problem. IT was a pleasure to have him in my home and I appreciate Bekins service on my machine.

We have purchased from Bekins at least four times. Each purchase and installation has been outstanding. On our last purchase of a Kitchenaide refrigerator the installers arrived on time, had the correct equipment to move the unit across the hardwood floors without scratching, added a new water hose, set the settings, ensured it was working properly, cleaned everything and explained how some of the unique features worked. They were extremely competent and friendly. And then, left us with a beautiful rose. What a team.

Angie in the scheduling department was great! I called in a panic when the refrigerator wasnt cooling and everything in the freezer was thawed. I was three days away from serving dinner for 35 people for a family event. Where was I going to put all the food? Angie suggested I unplug or shut off the breaker and then vacuum the coils. It was a miracle! I didnt have to pay for a repair person to come out or buy a new refrigerator. When this one finally does give up the ghost, I will be going to Bekin to buy its replacement.

We purchased a new stove and they were able to accommodate our schedules for the delivery and the delivery was spectacular! Our experience with Bekins started a couple of years ago. We wanted a good price, on great products, and wanted to stay local if at all possible. The customer service at Bekins is second to none. Even if I had to pay more, and their prices are competitive, I would shop again with Bekins. From the front desk to the delivery, it was all seamless.

We bought KitchenAid at Bekins. They prepared us for what we needed, induction ready pans. The Service Installers were very knowledgeable. It helped that they answered all of my questions about how to use it. They left the house cleaner than when they came to install the appliances. We are also relieved to know that they will fix it if it ever needs repair.

Joe was a very knowledgeable technician who quickly fixed our problem, explained what the failure was and also took the took the time to make sure we were capable of using new controls. What a surprise and delight!Our dog Bonnie was also impressed and ready to go back with Joe when he left our home.

My washer died. The service guys came out, gave me all the details and a quote for the repair. I decided not to fix the washer and they gave me $150 credit on a new washer with them. I immediately ran to the store, purchased a new washer and it was delivered and installed in two days! Everyone was so nice and super helpful. Ill definitely be a repeat customer!!

Kris was very responsive and knowledgeable about all of the brands and types of appliances, pointed out the pros and cons of each, and guided us to the ones that best fit our needs and budget.
