I needed a new computer built so I went to PBS because they were close and I have seen them in the same place for ever! They spent 4 or 5 hours with me going over what I wanted and needed. They ordered everything to build my computer and stayed within my budget! They spent hours going over my choices of cases to find the right case to do the build! They never had a problem with me stopping in OFTEN to make changes! In the end I came home with the computer I wanted to do everything I need it too! I could have gone more expensive, or less expensive and been treated with the same great customer relations to make my purchase a great experience! I came home with an awesome computer that works exactly as they promised it would, not to mention how fantastic it looks! Im very pleased and happy I chose them to build my computer! I would give PBS 10 stars if it was available!

Very helpful, knowledgeable and trustworthy

I finally had to update my computer. PBS made my last computer and it lasted 15 years. Its small, flexible and super fast. I simply attach my Nuc on the back of my monitor. I can also put it on my 54 tv and use my tv as my monitor. They took the time to answer any and all questions I had. They even syncd my Samsung phone calendar to my computer calendar. Their team is professional and friendly. When they say personal, their not kidding. My computer does everything I asked for an more. Thank you PBS!

UPDATE:Paul and Nico continue to impress us with their availability and ability to quickly resolve our computer issues. A recent Quickbooks update, changed our settings so that we could no longer email out invoices, purchase orders, etc. After spending almost THREE HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH QUICKBOOKS SUPPORT, I got Paul on a conference call with me and Quickbooks. He found and fixed the problem in NO TIME!!!Nico just fixed a similar Quickbooks issue that surprised me when I logged in this morning. These guys and this company provides fantastic IT support and customer service. Thanks Paul and Nico!!!FROM 2017:Personal Business Systems saved the day!! When the lead computer in our small business network started to spontaneously shut down repeatedly, we called Personal Business Systems - without ever having worked with them - and Nico came right out to our office to diagnose the problem. When the computer shut down for good, Nico was here to save all of our data and provide us with a temporary computer until they build the right system for our needs.
