We finally decided to get a membership. The lady that helped was amazing. We really liked this location been too few other location but this one was very nice the staff were polite and friendly.

Went with a family member today to check it out and decide if I wanted to become a member. What a terrible experience, some of the worst customer service I have ever witnessed in my life! Not only was the cashier extremely rude and unprofessional, then a supervisor came out and was equally as rude and very unprofessional. Well that made my decision easier!! Shame on Costco and their standards with their staff. I suppose I had much higher expectations for such a large corporation. Needless to say, I will not be a Costco member!

Good price, nice and clean really good staff

Staff is always friendly and the warehouse clean.My husband and I do most of our shopping at the two Costco locations. This one is a little smaller and sometimes doesnt carry as much, bit Ive also found products here that the other didnt have.They have a great selection of fresh seafood. If you are looking for fresh king crab, shrimp, lobster, or walleye, this is the place to go. Their steaks are top notch too! I am also impressed by their selection of Keto/Low Carb products. I highly recommend Costco to anyone, even if you are a family of 2!

The hearing aid center is overburdened. The service is going down hill. Tried calling them 4 times and left messages 4 times. They returned one of my calls but not to the phone number I left in the voice mail for a call back. And more problems with the Hearing Aid Center and the store. I still like Costco because of some good deals. So at this point I will put up with them for now.

Always friendly. During these times all the people that work there have kept a positive attitude. In Michigan shopping rules have changed a couple of times.Thank you to the employees.

This place is really nice very clean but its kind of just like a Sams club you get good deals hit or miss when they have them in the catalogs and a pretty nice selection of clothes

Store staff is really friendly. I like how the gas station is in a secluded area. Food and other selection is great. Always efficient and they added a self checkout finally!

We shop here alot. Would have given 5 stars but the greeter is very rude. An older gentleman. Maybe he was just having a bad day. But all in all great place to shop.

My wife and I have been members for several years. Ive always been impressed by Costco. From the quality and prices of their products to the way they treat their employees and customers, Costco gets it right. Ive only shopped at the Wyoming/Grandville location, so I cant comment on other sites. This store is clean, and the staff is helpful.

The C in Costco should stand for consistency because I have never had a thought wishing I had gone somewhere else. And its the only store I can say that about right now. And Costco may not always be the least expensive, but sometimes, unexpectedly, it can be.

They didnt have what we needed, the products they had were excellent. We left with new exciting foods, so I was happy.

The location is convenient but the layout is awful! The parking lot is small as far as maneuverability is concerned. It is always busy as well.

A staple in my shopping for home. Clothes, food, paper products, pet supplies. The pharmacy is great! Always the lowest price in town when I combine with Good RX. you may think it is busy, which it usually is. But they get you through the lines quickly. Then you have to stop by the food court on your way out. Good food at great prices!

Been trying to get a couch for months and we were finally able to find the one at Costco. Since they always seem to sell out fast we called ahead and one of the managers was able to set it aside for us to purchase. Great customer service, both getting the purchase ready for us and helping to load it all.

This costco seems very congested, not a lot to choose from and it was not very clean. I usually shop at the Costco in Kalamazoo which is bigger and more organized.Staff was pleasant but to crowded.

I will never shop at Costco again. I’ve been a member for over 10 years. I withdrew my membership this year due to Company ‘policy’ that clearly violates our Civil Liberties and is Unconstitutional. I have a medical condition that prevents me from wearing a mask. So, they remove that exception and expect people to wear a plastic face shield to shop there! I hope people understand the multiple violations of Civil Liberties that Costco supports.

I shopped the Grandville/Wyoming, MI Costco warehouse store today, June 24, 2021. The Costco employees were friendly and helpful as always, and when I checked out I noticed somthing different, self checkout lanes. I thought I would try them and see how they worked. While the Costco cashier was there to assist, and was friendly and helpful, I was not happy with the process.I had 11 items, and had to unload each item and swip in over the scanner, place it on a staging area, and the at the end the cashier had to count each item to verify, compare it to the digital readout on the scanning screen, and approve it.More work and time for me, not efficient, someone also had to verify my sales slip with items in my cart.Usually when I have this many items, I arrange them in the shopping cart with the bar codes displayed, the cashier uses their hand held scanner to scann my costvo visa card and each ite in the cart, no one has to spend time unloading and reloading, and verifying my items another time. While the cashier is scanning the items iny cart, I swipe my Costco Visa card on tje card reader, the sales slip prints about the same time my items in the cart are handed back to me by a friendly Costco employee, wishing me well, I leave 😊The self checkout is less efgicent and takes longer, making me unhappy 😕If I had more items, where the bar codes could not be displayed, I would definitely not want to go through the self chevk out laneRight now I shop at Costco at least once a week, this makes a big difference to me.

Of all the Costcos I have been to the customer service here is the best. The meat Bakery and produce departments are always full and fresh. As an extra bonus the rotisserie chickens are the best with quality and price.

I visit this costco almost everytime I am on this side of the state. The employees are always very helpful but this costco is always way too busy for my taste.

They didnt have much of what I wanted

Its absolutely disgusting that this company treats customers who choose to not wear masks or face coverings like second-class citizens. I have been repeatedly harassed and treated horribly by employees at this store for simply removing my mask or having my nose exposed. This company is trampling all over our civil liberties and our rights to body autonomy. Not everyone is made the same. Many people have medical conditions that prevent them from having something covering their face. What are they supposed to do, never shop at your store again? Ok. Fine. Ill go to your major competitor instead. I know they wont turn me away.

There seemed.to be no logic to where things were located. I asked 1 of the front end supervisors about several specific items. He looked them up on the computer, and none of them were available. The grocery items I was.looking for could be found in any grocery store in the state I relocated from. So far Ive not been able to find these items at Meijer, Family Fare, Wal Mart or Cosco

Cosco has everything from frozen food to clothes to car and liquor .its bigger than sams club if you never been in one but .it does require a membership to get in... I highly recommend cosco ...Wish they stick one in muskegon

My mother in love has a membership here and we popped in for a few things, but they dont have clothes for plus size people in house.

Watch out for renewing membership on your card. If you try to have them just simply cancel the autorenewal, even during covid, you HAVE TO GO BACK TO THE STORE, give them your credit card for it to occur. They put you on auto renew automatically. Never again will I shop here.

For the average person a Membership here is going to cost too much on top of the items you buy costing too much. The items come in bulk at lightly lower prices which AMAZING if you have a family of four or more. For the average person or small family, perishables will go bad before use and it wont be worth the cost of membership. They do have some cool deals on general merchandise and such, but it has to factor in the membership cost. All if that aside the food court is AWESOME! Cheap, great tasting food at very low prices without usually having to have a membership, I go there for their pizza and .59 cent refillable drinks all the time. I dont have a membership and I dont shop there, but the Food Court is great!
