While shopping for a portable cell charger I asked for price check. Having decided to purchase the lower priced charge I made my purchase. After he transaction I realized I had been charged for higher priced charger. When bringing it to the associates attention I was met with total disregard to remedying the mistake. I then asked to trade for the higher priced charger, since I might as well at least leave with an item that was equal to what Id paid. I was told no, it would mess up inventory. I offered several solutions to which I was met with that Id agreed to the amount during the original transaction. It was a simple price adjustment. I left after telling them simply that they have lost a customer. To which the associate replied that was unfortunate. Yes, it is unfortunate that the total lack of customer service lost one of the few that still shops at RadioShack.
