This is a wonderful place with absolutely terrific customer service. We pawned a necklace there a few months back and it is very important to us. It was a situation where we needed help and received it. Our date came to pay on an extension or buy back and we missed it due to a mix up on our part. Place is a joke! When it comes to a pawn shop. Dont bother making and offer; just go buy new. Pricing is as close to retail as it gets and then when you make an offer the owner makes SMART A** remarks like you should accept his pricing without questions or RAISES THE PRICE. He has no idea how to offer customer service.

Rude and down right evil. Walked in with more than $1,000 of camera equipment seeking a $90 loan for ONE week. Just wanted to pawn the camera body and a 28-200mm lens (easily worth $300 wholesale combined). He started digging through my personal items, including long-range 300mm lenses. When I simply asked, why?, he expelled a long line of expletives. He was angry because I had come in at closing on a Sunday. Geez. Im typically a buyer, owning 19 guitars and always looking for new ones. This was my SECOND bad experience with this store. Forget this place. Go to Cash Connection, where they treat you like a HUMAN BEING!!!
