I came in yesterday and was looking to get a new phone, I was greeted by a wonderful guy named Richard! After finally deciding what I wanted and after we talked about the phones, we sat down to get started. We ran into some bigger problems with getting my account activated. But he was patient and went through multiple phone calls to make it right. Later on we ran into issues with my bank. But he was happy to hold the phone for me, this morning I came in and we made a quick phone call to get the account active and we were able to get everything set up. He was awesome! Patient and was very helpful and thoughtful to my worries about cost. Ive always been afraid to open my own line. And have felt other companies tried to hide any other fees, while he explained everything to me and assured me multiple times of what I would be paying month to month. Richard is amazing! Calm and handles situations, with ease. THANK YOU!! Youve made my experience with Verizon 10000% better just by being human and not some robotic sales machine. 😎😎 plus he helped me pick out a cute case! I could go on and on about his wonderful customer service and overall demeanor.

Very disappointed!! I showed up 40 minutes to closing and the only employee (that was sitting outside on her phone) didn’t have time before closing to switch my old phone out for my son’s broken phone. I have been a long time customer and this makes me think it’s time for a change.

Start telling the teenagers you hire to start acting like it. I would give a zero star if I could. Pathetic

I came to this store to switch from sprint to Verizon. Gus was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond helping me find ways to make the process not be so expensive. I was very impressed by Gus, he was so kind, helpful, professional and truly made this experience very pleasurable. I highly recommend this store. I also highly recommended Verizon Wireless, it is the ONLY cell provider that has reception in rural areas.
