I work in the same mall and usually most of the time get a coffee there! If I ever am craving something different they always give me new recommendations and I have never been disappointed! ❤ I love talking to the Baristas and its only the highlight of my retail job 😍

I walked in there and asked if they had simple syrup and Carmel drizzle and she litterally told my no as I watched the dude behind her put Carmel drizzle in the cup😐and how is it a coffee shop with no classic syrup or simple syrup

I’ve been a long time Gloria jeans customer ever since they were at Mayfair. Today I made a trip to Southridge just for them and was disappointed to find out that now whip cream is extra charge 😐 and the cups aren’t the same. Not that that’s a matter. But The service wasn’t friendly and the whole vibe was off. The taste of the coffe was too today 😕

Theres always so many people in line so seriously dont expect to get your coffee right away. Super good coffee and cookies tho, great for gifts

Love going here but they are closed right now (morning time im assuming). Not sure due to what since covid hasnt been affecting places like Starbucks. Theres a hiring sign on their front window as well.

Great coffee for the price. A good little pick me up. Very convenient as it is right in the mall. As you are shopping you can stop on in get a coffee and continue on with your shopping as it is good coffee. Highly recommend their caramel beverages as it is just the right amount and not overbearing in terms of sweetness as some other places can be.

Only reason this is getting 4 stars is because of 2 people that work there, the rest seem like they hate the world. I used to always tip them, as Im in a tipping industry myself I know how important tips are, but I have never once gotten a thank you, or any type of pleasant customer service there, besides from the 2 short girls. But the coffee there is amazing, love it hands down, wish there were more Gloria jeans so I wouldnt have to go to this one. I also stop going there for long periods of time n just go to Starbucks due to Glorias lack of customer service. They definitely have potential for 5 stars, the coffee has 5

Im Italian and I like espresso. This espresso is the best espresso ever drink in Milwaukee. Great.

Its a great place to get a coffee or cold frappe... price isnt that far off from Starbucks. There just isnt alot of these stores so it is rare for me to be near one, but when I am we will stop in!

Great staff everyone was very nice expesically one of the workers took time out of her day to make the customers feel appreciated. Fast service. Always will stop here when I go to southridge.

I love ordering the Chocolate caramel avalanche chiller. Thier sizes are not bad at all. The medium looks like its a large. (To me at least) the prices arent that bad either.

Fantastic coffee shop! Great specialty drinks all year round. I routinely go out of my way just to go here. They also sell coffee for you to brew at home and have lots of accessories and small sweets.

The best place for coffee. They knock the socks off Starbucks. Their flavors are true without the nasty burnt coffee taste. Their staff is friendly, helpful, and efficient.

I dont understand why people stand in line at the other coffee shop in the mall. Same quality. Great customer service. Just a little smaller on the second floor.

Very friendly people and good service. My boyfriend always gets a regular coffee and says its tastes great. I however get a hot carmel macchiato which is always made just right there. Just a nice place to relax with a friend or a book. 😊😊

Their drinks are just so good. Way better than Starbucks! Sometimes the service is lacking/unfriendly but I dont care because everyone there makes one heck of a latte!

I drive 45 minutes to get my favorite coffee of all time- Mocha Voltage Chiller. Every drink I have tried from here is hands down better than any of the competitors. Please build more Gloria Jeans!

Gloria Jeans is my favorite place to get coffee. I probably come to soutridge mall 2-4x a week just to get this coffee. I am truly addicted.But on Wednesday’s I work all day long. A 10hr shift and I come all the way up to the mall from Cudahy, risk being late to work, just to get coffee here instead of the 10 other coffee places along the way. Just to get here and they’re still not open. I work at a Burger place. Why is a coffee shop and s burger joint opening at the same time? This should be the first place open in the mall when everyone’s here in the morning walking laps around the placeI’m not the only one waiting for this place to open. Please open earlier. I would like to get to work on time. It is not 945am

I have been going here since I was 14 Im 21 now n Ive gotten the same drink since I was 14 which is a strawberry banana fruit chiller with honey on th3 cup and on top of the whipped cream and the last 4 times Ive went they keep Telling me I cant have honey on the drink like that since the manager doesn t want to do it anymore Im gonna stop going here n go to the smoothie stand down stairs where they actually make my drink how I want it

Never miss a chance to stop in when I am in Southridge.Had a chance to go today (Thursday, mid afternoon) and as usual my drink was perfection.The lady behind the counter had awesome hair (purple I think) and a great attitude.Have been going here for over a decade and will continue to do so.Yumm-i-ness all around.

Their Mint Chocolate Bomb was pretty good. The people behind the counter were nice. Theyre selling some pretty sweet Star Wars glasses right now.

Worst coffee and service I ever had, after a few sips out of my drink I realized it was made incorrectly. Half of the ingredients were missing and the ice was barely blended. When I went back to complain I was very rudely told I cant have a properly made drink because I had taken a drink out of the one they gave me, Im sorry but if Im paying alnost 7bucks for a coffee it had better taste like a7dollar drink not a mcdonalds coffee.
