Bummer, this is the only Mrs Fields in my location. They used to have nice cookies. I dont know what happened to their recipe. Cookies are a lot harder. Brownies arent that great either. Staff does help you quickly.

Extremely rude man, besides the thick accent which makes it hard to communicate, he was calling security because i didn’t want my yogurt anymore (tasted funny), pretty much forcing me to buy it

The workers were super nice and helpful, coustmer service was 100% great and the cookie were warm and obviously baked fresh that day. My husband and I got a cookie cake from there and it was decorated beautifully!

Asked for a medium watermelon icee, the girl asked me something in a quiet voice, asked her to repeat herself and she said in an annoyed voice, “UGH. What flavor??” although I already told her what flavor I wanted..

The front was unstaffed even though three patrons were waiting to buy desserts and the brownies I purchased had to be at least a day or two old. I will never shop there again after being served old, dry, and inedible baked goods.
