A wonderful starbucks, the staff was friendly and polite. Their service was quick and easy. They also recently started allowing in-store purchases of drinks. although you still arent able to sit down inside and enjoy your beverage, however thats probably for the best due to the current pandemic situation.

Bathrooms are horrifying. No paper towels so you have to touch the door handle on the way out. I am disgusted thinking that employees use this bathroom then make my drink.

Yup it’s a Starbucks. I can’t say it’s the best but it honestly depends on who’s making your drink, there are some newbies and I understand that it won’t be perfect but it should get better with time and they are trying their hardest. Most employees at this Starbucks are kind.

It wasnt a great experience. People were rude in the parking lot and the design was not very efficient. Hopefully it becomes less crowded so it becomes a better experience.

Hours show that you open at 8AM. I placed a mobile order for pick up at this location only to find that the mall isn’t open until 11am. Knowing that I checked your hours beforehand I called to see if maybe I was at the wrong door. The young lady told me that they were only open to mall employees and I had to wait until 11. I inquired why I would be able to place an order and she said she didn’t know but I quote “We aren’t like Uber Eats or anything so we can’t bring it to you.” After waiting and going inside I see that there are at least 4 employees. Someone could have made an exception to meet me at the door. The manager proceeds to tell me that she was next to the young lady and that’s not what she said. It’s 100% what she said and I don’t appreciate the treatment or having a manager lie to me instead of addressing my concerns.

Waited almost 10 minutes for a small peppermint mocha. There was only one other customer in front of me. Ive been served faster at other Starbucks with a lot more customers.

OK just be prepared for not a typical Star Bucks experience because this is just a shop inside of South Ridge but still we usually get a latte (pepermint or sometimes pumpkin) before we head to Pennys or shop at the other stores.

I come here every time Im at the mall, theyre great. I was just there for xmas shopping & they had a curtis with ice water in it with cups available for passerby, which was a terrific touch.

Barista recommended the Cascara foam cold brew. Said if I didnt like it I could have something else. I loved it will definitely order it again

I gave 4 stars bc they do have my favorite drink the white chocolate mocha with soy milk which is always a great go to choice hot or cold love the new kitchen sink cookie! The downside is they are always out of something like the newest sandwich etc. The staff is very accommodating if you dont like something they will always replace it without a problem.

One Barista ignored my order and not only had her back to me the entire time. I knew it wasnt personal. She was so busy texting on her phone she must not have seen me. Good thing the other Barista noticed her professionalism and completed my order. They were terribly busy with all the orders I guess. Oh wait...I was the only one there. 🤔

Im pretty thick skinned when it comes to my race verses customer service with a almost stupid slant towards the benefit of the doubt when it comes to what I think motivated a bad customer service experience. Without being specific and including the sorid details of the encounter let me say that the cashier and barista that was working about 4pm on March 8th made me a believer that even young women can be racist. Im sad about that.

Today my girlfriend and I were looking for newspapers and happen to grab a WSJ. Then an elderly employee went to snatch it out of my hands like I was about to steal it. Love their coffee, their lemon bread is the best. The pumpkin muffins are a perfect for this time a year. They also have fruit drinks, and hot chocolate if you dont care for coffee.
