***BUYER BEWARE*** Been with Metro prob 6 months and me and my wife have faithfully kept insurance on our phones. My wife dropped her phone and done a claim to get it replaced only to find out that Metro had let our insurance lapse last month. Instead of telling us that our insurance was going up $3 they took it upon themselves to cancel it without warning. Bad Business in my opinion. If this is the service you want then Metro has got you!!!!!! Went to Cricket and Im 110% satisfied. Shouldve been with Cricket the whole time. Goodbye Metro, hope that $3 was worth losing my business.....

Had a great time at metro it wasnt a long wait. The training manager was cool. I even gave him a 10 lol thanks for the upgrade man!

Buyers beware !!! Phones are all poor quality. I bought a phone and plan from them and within a week the phone was acting up doing all sorts of random things. All they wanted to do is send off for a refurbished phone. So I get the refurb phone which within a day is worse than the first one. After numerous trips to the store and phone calls trying to just get a different phone I got the runaround and ignored and told I had to deal with what I had. What kind of company doesnt stand behind a product or even try to make a customer happy? Hopefully they get shut down before too many people get ripped off and treated like garbage. This place is only cares about getting you roped in and getting that money. Once they have your money dont count on them backing up their products or service. Worst retail experience of my life.

I stopped by to pick up a cord for charging my phone. They were a little bit busy i was greeted and insured they woukd be with me asap. I was on my way to a Dr. Appt. So i came back to find t h e cord waiting for me . great staff.Ive had metroPCS for a few years cant beat the price . stop by for great service and quality products. I have to go outside my home to make calls, and sometimes I have to go to this storefront to make calls. I live about a mile from this place. They come out of this store and interrupt my calls. Ive paid ahead 6 months, and they will not refund my money. I had perfect service before this store was there and started riding on Team Mobile .

Very nice and helpful staff .Told me all the steps I needed to do to change my existing acct with another company and the very best cell services for the money as anyone else I have contacted about a change in my carrier ! I will eventually have them as my cell service carrier 😊

They lie and the service sucks. Switched to save a few bucks and they said there service was the same as Verizon. Not true. I live in debusk area with no service. I went back to Verizon and it turns out for 3 lines I pay 85 bucks. Hurrah for Verizon!

The phones are cheap and the service sucks phones want pick up half time bought one phone their and the charger that came with it was defective took it back and they said they couldnt give me another charger I would have to purchase one REALLY, I was at their store three times in one week getting my phone reset still have a lot of trouble with it miss a lot of calls because they didnt come through plain and simple metro PCs SUCK going to give straight talk a try
