Great place to do business. The staff is top of the shelf. Always polite and eager to help whomever walks through the door. And if youre looking for paint, Id make sure I went to Ace Hardware in Greeneville, Tennessee. Not only is the paint good quality paint, but when it comes tomatching your existing paint.......I wouldnt go anywhere else but Ace !! Never have I had a problem with them matching colors for me. As for the competition.....I dont even fool with them anymore. Aint worth the stress or headache that comes with it. Ace is where I take my business for painting, no questions asked.

I dont shop there much but I had an issue where I needed to return an item that I thought would be a problem. But they happily made things right for me. I will probably shop there more often. My only issue is their prices are a little high. But they are convenient and professional.

Yesterday, I purchased some landscaping materials via online order with store pick up. Everything was taken care of and I was assisted with loading items. While driving home I received a phone call from an employee (I wish I could remember her name) saying the Item numbers didnt correspond and that I had overpaid. She resolved the issue and gave me another bag of pea gravel to resolve the issue. That type of Customer service is very rare these days. Thank you Ace Hardware of Greeneville.

Not the greeneville store just ace I general. Ordered a 28ft.ladder online. Paid. Waited two weeks only for them to cancel the order no explanation just before delivery. If they cant get it they need to take it off the website and stop wasting peoples time. I could have had it two weeks ago from home depot. What a joke.

Great selection of fittings available for the air tank project Im working on, and the dude walking around that asks if you need anything actually knew what he was talking about. I still prefer to spend my money at the locally-owned building supply store in town but if they dont have what I need I go to Ace.

This store always has helpful employees, I do enjoy to shop here. Parking lot feels a little odd from the slope. That probably isnt worth passing the store by though. I have never been disappointed. Their staff has always went the extra mile to help me.

I had paint mixed here in no time. The staff is always so kind, pleasant, and always ask if they can help help. This Ace Hardware has a lot of small things that you cant find anywhere else - not just hardware, but kitchen stuff like a pressure cooker seal and many other things for inside and outside the home.This is a second trip sometime later. I went to this hardware store and got a mower belt and I didnt have to look for an hour. In the far back is the parts manned by a human. He just picked the right belt out of a bunch and it was it! They have special order parts- this is one fantastic Ace Hardware!

Went in to get the Valspar paint that was on sale. I realized the girl was working alone AND didnt appear to know how to mix properly...that I could deal with, what I didnt appreciate is being totally ignored by her and her BOSS! Something like Ill be with you in a moment would have been nice. Probably wont be back to that particular store!!

A lot like old time local hardware stores that are long gone, but still great pricing like big-box stores. Would much rather keep the money in the community. Nuts & Bolts department is awesome, unlike the big box guys where you are just as likely to find four different length bolts in the same bin. They apparently never straighten them up.
