FYI to the staff at shamrock fasteners: You appear to be an older, established business which would lead a person to believe that you would have helpful information on where to possibly find items that you do not carry (example: two items that I was looking for - casters & window closure magnets).You said No faster than I even got the question do you know where I might find... out of my mouth. ACE HARDWARE!!! They were kind, they listened AND, they helped me figure a way to attach the casters that I have and they had the window hardware... Next time some one stops in to your business direct them to ACE HARDWARE and they will more than likely find what they are looking for.You all seemed to have an aura of superiority -- that just doesnt seem to exist.Wont return

They can get odd ball bolts for working on equipment. They have a lot of stuff you would not expect.
