There are some really good deals to be found here. Theres also the old saying You get what you pay for. I mean the uni bits are cheap but you can only use them once. However they have a wide assortment and most of them are good.

Bought my son a gift card from there for Christmas. He lives in that place do I knew I couldnt go wrong getting him a gift card from there. It was very festive too. Had an awesome Christmas tree decorated with all kinds of different tools. It was awesome looking.

Only a 1 star rating because I purchased a Badlands 9k lb winch and what was said to be a 1 year replacement plan but when I got home and started looking at my paperwork I was sold a repair plan. I called the store and made them aware of my concern and they assured me if anything happens it will be replaced but u would feel a lot better if the receipt said the same.

The people who work there are exceptionally nice every time Im there. The tools.....the tools, If youve purchased Harbour Freight tools before you already know how they are. I buy things I dont consider mission critical. They do have a good warranty on most of their stuff and they have good prices but if you do serious work, you might want to spend the extra money on higher quality. That being said, I will go back because they have a lot of interesting things. All in all, nice place to shop.

The best place to go for affordable tools.

They have pretty reasonably priced tools but the warranties are too expensive to purchase for them. So I go to Lowes because I feel as though the product and warranty are a better value.

Always enjoy the prices for a decent tool. They have a 90 day return policy which is great. Some tools are not made great, but hey, what did ya think you were getting, snap-on?! No...so take this store with a grain of salt, also...download the harbor freight app on google play, you cam get the 25% coupon on ya phone always, WITH the free item coupon. Its only on android I believe so...

The staff was friendly and helped me find everything I was looking for. The reason for only 3 stars is because on my first visit the bathroom was completely disgusting.(please read my entire review with update) It looked like one of the gas station ones that you enter from outside. I would say by the looks of it that it hadnt been cleaned in two or more months, and its public so you know it gets a lot of use and some people make a mess when its not their bathroom. Luckily I didnt have to sit to do my business, if so I would have left and gone somewhere else, it was that bad, and I work on the road and I see a lot of clean and dirty bathrooms.Now the update, after I contacted corporate people, the next visit there the bathroom was spotless. I really mean spotless like Mr Clean just came through. So if an employee sees this, please keep up the good work!

They have more items displayed than before so I can see what I am thinking of buying. Only seen 2 people in the store one at the register and then the manager walked up and got on a register. So if I could not find something I was looking for I had to always go to a register and wait to ask if they had any or where I might find the item. I do like if I forgot my coupons I can use the phone app and get some coupons there. The 20% off limited items and a freebie. I just wish they would change up some of the freebies more since it seems like 99% has been the same ones for 20 years that I have been a patron.Yes I like harbour freight and have introduced many people that never heard of the to the store, as well as encouraged people to check out the store that was not sure of the quality. Even a couple companies that saw tools I worked with and asked where I got them at. I have never had a problem with an exchange when one was needed.
