Was very happy about the service received. The only thing missing was the proof of the radiator leaking. I wish they had shown me the old radiator so I could see it myself as I told them I had never see a leak on my clean concrete garage floor. Guess I just believed them, my fault. I should have asked.

Dillon Chevrolet has a very loyal staff who treats their customers like family. From vehichle purchases to their service, Dillon Chevrolet is professional and courteous through and through.

I brought my car in for a recall, the next day the recall issue was preventing the hybrid system from working. I brought the car back to them they were able to get the car up and running again, the next day the car was stuck in the garage and had to be towed out.They started by offering to have my car towed in and they would try to get me a loaner... When I called them back to set up getting the car towed in they told me they told me it would be at my expense and they wouldnt give me a loaner. OnStar still says they never preformed the recall.I gave them 2 tries to fix my car and at the end of the day I had to have my car towed to a different Chevy dealer 40 miles away.In the 2 days that I spent waiting in the lobby I noticed 100% of customers wearing masks, Both of the service workers wearing masks and less then 25% of sales/managers/finance workers wearing masks.

Appreciated how they worked to get us a good price on tires. I was uncomfortable that one of the service managers had his mask pulled down. I know you have the plexiglass but it is not perfect.

My buddy and I were talking about this dealership today and reminded me of an experience I had with them. So about a year and 4 months ago I went to this dealership in looking to purchase a newer Chevy Camaro ZL1 while trading in my older 5th Generation ZL1.They were professional with me for the most part but I felt somewhat belittled by them when I told them that I was looking to buy and finance a used 6th generation ZL1. At the time I was 25. I’m a young adult who can’t pay cash for a car like that.For some reason the finance people and Mr. Dillon would not give me the time of day even with an older ZL1 Camaro for trade in. I was serious about buying one and also asked if they could locate a used 6th Generation ZL1 Camaro for me. They came across to me like I was wasting their time.I ended up buying a brand new Ford Mustang Shelby GT350 a couple days later at a Ford dealership that treated me with respect and gratitude.

Went to buy a used truck. They did not have anything we could get in to. Found a truck at another dealer. Thought that Tom would call us with a truck he found but no. We could not wait any longer. Great dealership otherwise. They are busy. I think we got looked over because of being busy.

Great experience! I brought my daughter in for her first car purchase - retiring the 1993 boat I bought for her in high school. Sales staff was awesome and they gave her all the info she asked for without pressuring to make the deal work. After she had narrowed it down, they made day when they suggested she could go home and sleep on it ! Much different than her hometown dealer (just an hour north on 91,) where they under reported her credit score, then increased the loan rate; they played dizzying games with the bottom line, and then they slid an extra $500 into the sales tax and reg. fee, AFTER using the sticker price, not the actual sales figure to calculate taxes! Shameful. BUT! No worries - the Chevy Trax she bought at Dillon has similar and better safety features; better interior features, and the same or even better NHTSA crash test ratings compared to the Rav4 she walked away from.... Im gonna enjoy swapping trucks with her once in while so that I can drive it to Dillon for regular service.Thanks Dillon! Your Folks Are Awesome!
